Hotel 5-Star di Ningxia, China

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

酒店目前來説在銀川比較不錯，位置也還可以，視野開闊，晚上也沒什麼嘈雜的聲音關鍵晚上離酒店不遠處還有夜宵，裝修風格整體來説就是萬豪特有的風格，價格合適，相比較旁邊的凱賓斯基差一點房間氛圍，服務態度一般，感覺很生硬沒有旁邊酒店那麼熱情，早餐服務人員整體缺少熱情，早餐種類不是很豐富，但是麪條還是很好吃，特別是當地獨有的蒿子麪味道不錯

I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

Super friendly staff, with a very comprehensive gym. It's a little far away from city center but you can either walk or take a taxi for 2km to get to just about most places.

Super cool hotel! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Breathtaking view and great food, super friendly staff. There are many programs for family and kids. My room type is the desert view cabin, wonderful- kids can just play send once step out of the door. You can observe stars in their star viewing valley, swim in the swimming pool, or simply go to explore the desert and enjoy the great scenery. Love it and will come back!

Very nice new hotel which located at the modern developing district. Short distance to 览山park. shopping mall with many good restaurants is not far from the hotel. Good size hotel room, very clean.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. My only complaint is that the room was warm and you are unable to adjust the temperature. Thankfully we had a balcony and could leave the door open and they also provided a fan, but otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in the city centre, but the room and facilities seem a bit worn out, although the hotel itself is not very old. Breakfast is really good, but the in-room amenities — the mini bar — is empty. I saw hair dangling around the flip flops.

我願稱之為國內目前我心中的NO.1,崇左麗世排第二去了！無論景色、環境、服務、餐食都是很棒的！ 來之前我做足了功課，在tengol、星星和鑽石裏選擇，首先tengol酒店風格很獨特，但是在沙漠外圍，不夠沉浸，據説服務一般，先排除！星星和鑽石是一個管理集團的，服務應該都可以，但是餐食鑽石會好非常多：鑽石總共30間客房，星星有200多間，可想而知服務會有很大差距了。關鍵是星星的房間比較小，也不是我喜歡的風格。 先説我最看重的餐食，包含早晚餐，現在淡季，都是在小程序提前可以點單，各種品種隨便點，啥叫隨便點，就是你想點幾份都行，這點太棒了，最關鍵品質非常好，沒有一道菜是應付的，擺盤和口味都棒呆！睡前還有深夜一碗麪送到房間！ 酒店就是一個鑽石項鍊的形狀，無人機拍了一下，人生大片啊！房間少，所以非常安靜，房間走出去就可以玩沙，沒人打擾，我是覺得住多少天都不會膩的。 再説小童配套，雖然我們沒帶孩子，但是每個房間都有小童用品，包括臉防沙罩、鞋套這些也都有孩子用的。門口就有滑沙板、挖沙工具，太方便了。 房間的設施很好，SMEG的咖啡機和水壺、戴森吹風機和加濕器、飛艇音響、帕爾瑪的洗護…… 服務更是沒話講，可以説就是訊息秒回，衹要你提出來的需求基本都滿足！ 整個寧夏，這個酒店是唯一讓我想再來的理由！

Wellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks. A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.
