This place was well located and there were some good things within walking distance-downtown might be better though. The hotel was basically good, relatively clean, lots of tv channels but very few English. The breakfast was good and the attendant was always helpful. The bar downstairs was good too. Less good--really seemed to depend who you got, many really couldn't be bothered, especially the overnight manager. Hedir (likely spelling that wrong) was a breath of fresh air on reception, helpful, smiling and upgraded me. She was great. The dry cleaning service was good and quick but very pricey.

I stayed at the Ibis as part of an Exoticca tour. I had 3 nights at the start of my trip, and 1 at the end. All on a half board basis. The first room I had was nice, admittedly a little tired, but clean and comfortable. The room I had last was not as nice, the basin smelled really bad and the shower leaked. Breakfast was good, very strong coffee, nice juice, an omelette station alongside typical continental options, as well as hot food. Dinner was ok, lovely salads and bread each day. There is a bar which sells alcohol (albeit expensive), and a gift shop. It is opposite a mall and supermarket, and there are restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities were excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time during my visit to Jordan, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I believe the staff member who welcomed me was named Louay, and he was extremely professional. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. What truly stood out was their readiness to assist, even after my departure. I’m confident that this hotel will be my go-to choice for future visits to Jordan. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

Walking distance to 7th circle bus station, free upgrade to suit, Clean and spacious, but the showeroom is flooded, breakfast is arabia style, we enjoin it very much, we return annd stay for another night after our Europe trips, definitely recommend this hotel.

In der Bewertung, die ich zuletzt gelesen habe, stand was von der Bar nebenan, durch die es so laut wäre. Da kann ich Entwarnung geben, die ist geschlossen. Es war wirklich total still in der Nacht. Okay, der Muezzin ist auch dort nicht zu überhören und ab und zu fliegt ein Flugzeug erstaunlich nah vorbei. Aber in der Nacht haben wir nur in einiger Entfernung Hunde bellen gehört und wurden vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Unser Zimmer Nr.32, war super. Sehr groß, Blick auf den Zitadellenberg in die eine Richtung, Blick in den Hof der Schule auf der anderen Seite, kein Gegenüber. Bad war sehr ordentlich. Beim Frühstück haben wir gemerkt, dass wir - nach Corona und zu Beginn der Ukraine-Krise - wohl in einem Hotel sind, das harte Zeiten durchgemacht hat. Buffet gab's keines, was dann am Tablett serviert wurde, hing von demjenigen ab, der Dienst hatte. Mal gab's ein Ei, mal nicht, mal Halva (sehr gut!), dann wieder verpackte Pseudomehlspeisen. Aber frühstücken ist nicht so wichtig, finden wir. Sehr zuvorkommend waren die Herren an der Rezeption. Sie haben uns geholfen, ein Mietauto zu bekommen, haben uns die PCR-Tests runtergeladen und ausgedruckt und als wir eine flackernde Lampe bemängelt haben, wurde die sofort ausgetasucht. Freundlich sind ja in Jordanien wirklich alle!

Good welcoming at reception and the owner was nice guy and help a lot But one things I hope they can sort it out The guest at hotel they are vey load laughing and talk on the corridors of the rooms the hotel management they must do something about it I couldn’t sleep

The hotel can be called a budget hotel. The positives are as follows:1. The Safeway outlet is within walking distance and also has a restaurant. 2. Gusti ice cream is near by around a 650 metres walk. The area also has confectionory shop, shawrama outlet, Iraqui restaurant etc. 3. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly. 4. The breakfast buffet spread is decent. However, the rooms could do with some renovation specially the bathrooms and the bathroom fittings. The lobby area and the dining area seem to have been renovated. If the rooms are renovated gradually it would be really good. They also have a nice coffee shop which serves shisha. The staff goes out of the way to help you in all possible ways.

We had good experience in this hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is centrally located, room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was more than enough, good value for money, I do recommend this hotel.
