Stayed here while in Kyoto for leisure, the location is quite convenient since it is on the back side of the station and only a 5 minute walk so you get a convenient location and less people. Check-in was easy and they use a combination of desk check in and kiosk with adds an extra step but at least it was easy to use. The room was quite comfortable, while not spacious, the use of space with this next generation of business hotels is quite welcome, just do not expect a view from your window. Overall, as a budget traveler this ticks all the important boxes for a cost effective stay in an overcrowded tourist destination.

Lokasi yang sangat baik, tiga laluan trem di sekelilingnya sangat dekat dengan hotel, yang pada asasnya memenuhi keperluan pengangkutan pelancongan Kyoto. Ia sangat dekat dengan Sungai Kamogawa. Hotel ini terletak di jalan komersial, di mana anda boleh membeli-belah dan makan apabila anda keluar. Terdapat pelancong dan kedai di sepanjang jalan. Anda tidak akan berasa bising apabila tinggal di dalamnya. Hotel ini bersih dan kemas dan harganya berpatutan. Ia lebih daripada cukup untuk didiami oleh seorang. Great location, just a block away from Kyoto Station. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it’s very accessible. The room is just enough for 2 people, and we loved the lounge robe and pants provided. Amenities were complete, and there were staff to help out. Check-in was also smooth, and we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and tour around since we arrived early. But the best thing is probably the breakfast buffet. Loved the selection! There’s a variety of food and drinks! All in all, the place is worth the price, and will definitely book here again.

地下鉄四条駅から徒歩5分ほどでどこに行くにも非常に便利でした。おしゃれできれいなこじんまりとしたホテルで、ベッドの寝心地もとてもよかったです。スタッフの皆さんも感じよく親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。 サービスではなく部屋の設備部分やシステムに不満がありました。 今回は6連泊しましたのでホテルは早割でリーズナブルなところを選び、価格的には大満足でしたが、やはり値段相応の設備でした。部屋が狭くスーツケースを広げるのがやっとで、クロゼット、衣類用引き出し等がなく、荷物の置き場に苦労しました。部屋の清掃のたびに荷物を片付けなければならず、面倒になり清掃は1日おきにしていただきました。使用済みタオルとパジャマ、ゴミを部屋の外に出して新しいものと交換するシステムです。 ベッドサイドに個別の明かりがなく（ベッドボードのところが全体的に明るくなります）、ツインで利用する場合、自分のところだけ明るくできません。また入り口天井部分と居室天井部分の電灯はスイッチが一つで個別につけたり消したりできません。1，2泊なら問題なく過ごせたのかもしれませんが、今回は日増しに不便さがつのりました。TVにイヤフォンジャックが付いていたのは便利でした。 浴室のシャワー設置箇所（上下2か所あるうちの上の部分）が高く、160㎝の私でやっと手が届く感じです。160㎝以下の方はシャワーの調整に苦労するかもしれません。同時に宿泊した友人の部屋はシャワーヘッドを止める金具が壊れていて接着剤止めしてありましたが、ぐらぐらしてシャワーを置けない状態でした。 カードキーでエレベーターの操作と部屋を開錠するシステムですが、支給されたカードキーが反応せず毎日カードキーを取り替えていました。連泊なのに支払い明細が日にちごとに分かれ個別の予約扱いのようでしたので、チェックインの際に毎日チェックインしなければいけないのかと確認したところ、ホテル側でまとめておきますとの回答でした。このことがカードキーの作動不具合に関連しているのでしょうか。また、このアンケート依頼のメールも宿泊日数分発信されています。曜日によって価格が違うので連泊扱いができないのかもしれませんが、予約の際も手間がかかり不便でした。 3月半ば過ぎから価格が倍以上に急騰しますが、この設備では見合わないように思います。 部屋が窮屈で不便でも、地下鉄の駅と繁華街に近いことを優先する短期滞在の方向きのホテルです。

12月の土曜日に一泊しました。新しいことと料金がお値打ちなところで選んだホテルです。 行きも帰りも阪急の大宮駅から徒歩でした。堀川五条のバス停が最寄りになりますが、京都駅からタクシーを使うのが案外便利かもしれません。地下鉄の五条駅からもそれなりに離れています。ホテルのそばにはコンビニが多数あります。おいしいパン屋で朝ご飯をとるのもよいと思います。 チェックインの対応は至って普通です。受付と支払いが別になっています。自転車がフロントロビーにあったのでレンタル利用できるのかもしれませんが特に問い合わせしていません。 部屋は6階の角部屋。部屋の大きさはフロアでどれも同じのようです。部屋は広くてベッドもクイーンサイズくらい。これは申し分ないのですが、テーブルに電気がないのでリモートワークができる環境ではありませんし、お茶を飲むのも難儀します。エアコンはドアのそばにあって部屋全体を暖めるには相当時間がかかりますし、部屋の隅は寒いままです。2人利用なのでせめて椅子は2名分用意してあるとありがたいのですが、それもかないません。窓は珍しく曇りガラス。窓の外がお寺のお墓だからかもしれません。 土曜日なのにお値打ちだったので言うことはありませんが、もう少し部屋でくつろげるとよいかなと思います。次回お値打ちだったら泊まるかもしれません。

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessities like a TV, bathroom, and electric kettle. Its convenient location near cultural attractions made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond by providing umbrellas and plug-in adapters. I look forward to staying here again during my next trip to Japan.

Easy check-in and spacious room. The entrance is hidden in a side street. There offer omplimentary bottled water and universal travel adapters were available at reception. Conveniently located above a SevenEleven as well as close to a Subway Station, Nishiki Market and a big road full of shops.

Very pleasant stays at this lovely hotel. Room is bigger than most hotels in Japan Has a small kitchen stove that we used to cook a family dinner on the last day since the supermarket was just right across the road. Must mention the service staff was super helpful and accommodating. If I’m visiting Kyoto again will definitely stay here again!

JR京都駅から３駅目、地下鉄東西線ターミナルの二条駅から徒歩5分、京都市内で一番長いショッピングモール三条商店街のすぐ脇にあってとっても便利です。住宅街の路地沿いにあって町屋ホテルのようにも見えますが、1階ロビーには、広い食堂スペースと共同キッチンもあります。今年できたばかりの新築ホテルで、各階に洗濯機が3台設置されていて長期間滞在にもとても便利、物干しやアイロンも貸してもらえました。客室は、ベッドでいっぱいですが、バスルームは、普通の広さで、キッチンが付いているタイプの客室の方が少し広いとのことでした。ちょうどワンルームマンションのように、長期間宿泊されている方も多いそうで、フロントの親切なおじさんたちや、留学生さんスタッフさんと、下宿屋さんのように仲良く過ごされている宿泊客さんばかりのように感じました。

Good location, very near Omiya Subway. Even w kuggage, there's lift. You gotta look for it. Easy to travel around w Subway. Very near Nakai & Sukiya. Walk ard 5 to 10mins, there's McDonald's, Matsuya n many other local restaurants. Family Mart & 7-11 are all over. No worries if suddenly u get hungry in e middle of the night. Bed is comfortable. Pillow very soft. Ice machine w cups, vending machine & laundry are there for usage. There's a common area w comfortable chairs and tables for u to seat when u wanna hangout. There's also microwave and water dispenser (bring your own cup or bottle to fill). ¥100 hot coffee machine available. You can seat around and warm up yr takeaway food and eat there. All in all, I recommend this hotel in Kyoto. Away from e busy street. Quite a nice street to walk. Accessible to different parts of Kyoto w subway nearby. Price is very reasonable.

宮津駅より徒歩で10分程かかり、天橋立へ3km程の距離があり、宮津市街地唯一のコンビニエンスストアにも徒歩で10分程度要する場所にあるホテルです。周辺環境の状況から利用しづらい印象を持つと思いますが、だからこそかもしれませんが、平日休日問わず周辺は静かで、大声でおしゃべりするような宿泊客もおらず、非常に快適に滞在できるホテルだと思います。ホテルのスタッフも一様に丁寧な接客で、気さくに声をかけてくれるものの、必要以上に距離を詰めてくるような接し方はしません。 ロビーから客室に至るまで、清潔さが保たれているのは言わずもがな、設備やアメニティも無駄が無くよくまとまっています。客室への入室時のカードキーをかざすセンサーが分かりづらい、客室の電気系統がやや分かりづらい（入口のスイッチは、部屋全体の電気系統のオンとオフを切り替えるもののようです）、バスルームはバスタブが無くシャワーのみ（且つ大浴場が無い）、という注意点がありますが、それ以外は全く申し分はありません。 1階のロビーには待ち合わせスペースの他、共用のキッチンのようなスペースがあり（シンクがあるだけで実際の調理は出来ません）、宿泊客に対し無料でコーヒーを始めとするドリンクのサービスが提供されています（全て無料です）。 殆どの宿泊客が車で利用するからか、充分な広さの駐車場が備わっている上、ホテルの目の前には高速バスのバス停があるため、京都などからの高速バスを利用してのホテルの利用も非常に便利です。 周辺は飲食店がいくつかありますが、上記の通りコンビニエンスストアはこのホテルよりやや遠いところにあります。一方でホテルの北（徒歩2～3分程度）のところにショッピングモールがありますので、食糧調達に殊更不便、ということは無いと思います。周辺環境にやや難はあるものの、ホテル自体は素晴らしく、何度も利用したくなるホテルです。 It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Miyazu Station, about 3 km to Amanohashidate, and about 10 minutes on foot to the only convenience store in Miyazu city center. The surrounding environment of this hotel may give the impression that it is difficult to use the hotel, but perhaps that is why the area is quiet on weekdays and holidays, and there are no guests who chat loudly, making the hotel a very comfortable place to stay. The hotel staff is also uniformly courteous and friendly, but they don't treat you in a way that puts more distance between you and them than is necessary. From the lobby to the guest rooms, it goes without saying that cleanliness is maintained, and the facilities and amenities are well organized without being wasteful. There are a few minor issues: the sensor to hold the card key when entering the room is confusing, the electrical system in the room is a bit confusing (the switch at the entrance seems to turn the entire electrical system on and off), and the bathroom is shower only with no bathtub (and there is no large bath). Other than that, everything else is perfect. In addition to the meeting area, there is a common kitchen-like area in the lobby on the first floor (with a sink, but no actual cooking) where coffee and other beverages are served to guests free of charge (all free of charge). The hotel has a large parking lot, probably because most guests use the hotel by car, and there is an express bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to use the hotel by express bus from Kyoto and other cities. There are several restaurants in the area, but as mentioned above, a convenience store is located somewhat farther away from the hotel. On the other hand, there is a shopping mall just north of the hotel (about a 2 to 3 minute walk), so it's not particularly inconvenient to procure food. Although the surrounding environment is a little difficult, the hotel itself is excellent, and I would like to use this hotel again and again.

阿蘇海沿いの好ロケーションにあるホテルで、駅からのアクセスもとても良いです。 部屋でゆっくり寛ぐのも魅力的ですが、特徴のひとつである天然温泉を引く、大浴場の利用には日帰り入浴やすぐ近くにあるリーズナブルなオーベルジュ天橋立に宿泊するのも手です。（サムティの株主優待対象ホテルですが、こちらだと一人で3枚必要(ただし2食付き)。一方でオーベルジュであれば、一人1枚で宿泊可能） 天橋立を一望できる露天風呂が良かったです。

景色不錯，房間海景

Hôtel loin de la gare Pas d’ascenseur , avec des grosses valises c’est très compliqué . Chambre minuscule, pas la place d’ouvrir sa valise en deux ailleurs que sur le lit . Hygiène tres douteuse , tapisserie tachée +++ ,mobilier sale ,salle de bain sale, rideau de douche moisi , literie tachée. Le mini frigo sert de table de nuit et fait un boucan pas possible. Pas de sèche cheveux. Et le pompon ,les grandes chambres avec vue sur mer ont la possibilité de faire des bbq en chambre, une odeur de graillons se dégage des 17h et envahit les couloirs et les chambres autour ! C’est écœurant

我剛住完兩天，一開始這酒店沒什麼資料有點害怕，但入住後發現性價比很高！ 新酒店，車站距離大概走2-3分鐘，附近有aeon，還有明智光秀像、城堡。 如果你行程是嵐山為主，這間非常不錯，去嵐山很快，途中還有景色看！保津峽站很多人在拍照。 楓葉季也不貴，含早餐，居然還可以泡湯！！晚班的櫃枱小姐很可愛😏！！！！！而且英文很好！單身的果斷交換電話！ 房間乾淨～晚上的街道沒什麼人、我景觀是看對面酒店和公寓，但是中間的位置很空曠，感覺舒服。而且除了電視櫃還有一張桌子給客人用餐放東西，還有小沙發和一張椅子。加分！！！ 另外早餐也不錯吃，看到的客人都是日本人為主。 兩分鐘到地鐵站，附近還有aeon、還有明智光秀像、城堡。 去京都車站也不太遠，30分鐘車程。

いつも忘年会でお世話になるこちらの旅館。今回は友人が転勤で遠くへ行くので、お別れ会を泊まりでやろうとお邪魔しました。お部屋は２階のコーナーデラックス。洋室でとリクエストはしましたが、まさかこんなお部屋を用意いただけるとは。総ヒノキの客室風呂に職人が削り出した感じのフローリング。リビングの壁いっぱいのテレビに備え付けのコーヒーマシン等々、豪華です。食事は毎年宴会でいただいているので詳しく書きませんが（食事が気に入っているので宴会で利用するのですが・・）、今回季節にはまだ早いマツタケの土瓶蒸しが良かったです。いつも個室で夕食をいただくのですが、今回は少人数なのに広めの広間を用意いただき、感謝です。地元で湯の花温泉の評価だと、翠泉→すみや≒松園荘→渓山閣→烟河が一般的だと思うのですが、私の勝手な感覚だと、松園荘が一番好きです。（翠泉は高くて泊ったことが有りませんが・・）また近いうちにお邪魔します。ありがとうございました。

呢個車站係大站，離京都各停都只係30分鐘內，15分鐘左右就一班。 一般旅遊會去呢個站會係坐保津川遊船。 我係想一早到天橋立，係京都同二條搵唔到咁平又近車站、仲可以遲多半個鐘先坐車。 車站北口1分鐘就到，最近便利商店係車站，車站南口5分鐘內有Aeon超市同餐廳開到11點。 單人房係一般日本商務酒店大小，絕對無17平方米。 早餐6:45開始，趕時間有飯團可以拎走。

很老的酒店，服務還可以，硬件一般般

Hands down the BEST ryokan experience ever. I stayed in a different one of the same scale in 2017 but Suisen blows it out of the water. From the service, food, environment and just attention to detail, everything is just top notch here. We got the room with private onsen and the room was huge! Had separate bathroom with shower/tub, a makeup room, living room and huge bedroom. The private onsen was nice on the balcony as well. We also booked the private onsen and that was 100% worth it. The outdoor views are simply stunning and they also give you little drinks in the fridge. Next is the food, the lounge offers unlimited ice cream, cookies and coffee. The fridge in our room was also loaded with different types of drinks, beers etc The dinner and breakfast was on another level. We were amazed by every course, each was a work of art and taste did not disappoint. Chef Kobayashi really knows his food and what works together. The staff was always friendly, and eager to help. The stay was only 1 night but we will be thinking back on it for a long time.
