Kind reception very friendly. Nice bar with local beers. Enjoyed it.
The room interior is old. An alarming thing is that, the bathroom stinks badly. The smell comes from the sewer. It was a bad experience.
Breakfast is very simple. No warm food (only omelet but no taste at all).
Location is awkward as they claim to be close to the airport. But without taking a taxi, it is not easy to reach. Walking will take 40min.

The proximity to CPH airport which is about under 10mins walk is really great if you have an early flight. The bed is great for a good night rest. Room size is just about right to open two big luggages.
Everything is self-service, hence the average score, however they also have service staff at the counter to help for those who need assistance.
Very basic amenities like shampoo and body/hand soap plus a hairdryer like most of the Scandinavia / European hotels. Would be nice if could provide a kettle to make some hot drinks. Clean towels which is good but would be better if could provide bath robe.
I’ve paid for the breakfast and it had good variation.

A mi la verdad que me ha parecido un hotel estupendo. Iba por negocios en ballerup y la conexión era muy buena. Hay un centro comercial justo al lado.
Limpio, tranquilo y cómodo.

Staff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it.

Overall is satisfied. The bed and pillow is comfortable, the room space is enough for us, the buffet breakfast is fantastic with so many choices and the food is tasty as well! Meanwhile, the location is prefect and convenient! A supermarket just downstairs for buying daily necessities and foods. Also, with some restaurants and shops nearby.
The only thing which have to improve is the washroom, the small piece of glass is not big enough to prevent the water splitting out when taking bath inside the bathing tub. It is unavoidable making the floor wet.

El hotel es muy lindo y pintoresco y la ubicación es perfecta (muy cerquita de la plaza mas importante de copenhague). Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables y comedidas. Lo mejor de todo, es que todos los días a las 5pm en el lobby del hotel te ofrecen una copa de vino (blanco o tinto) sin cargo.

Good location if you want to explore Sydhanen area so slightly away from town. The staff is very friendly and decorated the lobby with halloween 🎃 figurines. The room looks funky and basic. Has mini gym and chill area at level 1.

GGuest UserEasy check in and check out. Booked because of the proximity to the airport. Only downside is there isn’t a shuttle service available for the airport and the train station is pretty far. Overall the short stay was good and easy to get to the airport by cab.

SSal Z.I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, occupying 3 different rooms due to separate bookings. My experience varied depending on the room type.
For the smaller room, the condition was quite disappointing — the carpet was dirty with many dark stains, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The room itself felt cramped. Also, do note that basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. There were no robes or slippers either.
For the larger room, the experience was slightly better. It came with a coffee machine (though strangely, no kettle). However, the lighting was still minimal — no ceiling lamps, just a few dim lights. I’m not sure if that’s typical for Denmark, but it felt a bit unusual to me.
On the positive side, I really loved the location. It’s in a convenient area, close to grocery stores, in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with no noise pollution. Overall, the surroundings were lovely even though the room conditions could be improved.

DDaweidezhangHotel location is very good, just turn right at the train station and then turn left. It takes 3 minutes to walk. It is very convenient. It is a short walk from the large shopping mall and there is a 10-15. The hotel is very comfortable. Breakfast is also great. It is the most convenient for business trips.

The beds were comfortable.
Perfect location, with a large shopping center (Bilka) right next to the hotel.
The only things we missed in the room were a small fridge and a kettle.
