Kind reception very friendly. Nice bar with local beers. Enjoyed it. The room interior is old. An alarming thing is that, the bathroom stinks badly. The smell comes from the sewer. It was a bad experience.  Breakfast is very simple. No warm food (only omelet but no taste at all). Location is awkward as they claim to be close to the airport. But without taking a taxi, it is not easy to reach. Walking will take 40min.

The proximity to CPH airport which is about under 10mins walk is really great if you have an early flight.  The bed is great for a good night rest.  Room size is just about right to open two big luggages.  Everything is self-service, hence the average score, however they also have service staff at the counter to help for those who need assistance. Very basic amenities like shampoo and body/hand soap plus a hairdryer like most of the Scandinavia / European hotels.  Would be nice if could provide a kettle to make some hot drinks.  Clean towels which is good but would be better if could provide bath robe.    I’ve paid for the breakfast and it had good variation.

A mi la verdad que me ha parecido un hotel estupendo. Iba por negocios en ballerup y la conexión era muy buena. Hay un centro comercial justo al lado. Limpio, tranquilo y cómodo.

Staff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it.

The stay was okay — the hotel is conveniently located, clean, but quite basic. There’s no fridge or kettle provided, so it’s really suitable if you just need a good night’s rest. It serves its purpose well for that. I would still recommend it, but take note of its limited amenities. Also, a small reminder for those who booked through Trip.com: when I arrived and used the self check-in machine, it prompted me to make a payment again. I stopped the process and went to the counter instead. The staff initially also asked for payment, but after checking with a colleague, they confirmed it was already paid through Trip.com. So just double-check before making any payment onsite if you’ve already paid through the app.

I was absolutely delighted by the host. Received a complimentary glass of wine on my arrival. It had very cozy vibes and would definitely go back again on my visit to Copenhagen. The room in general was quite well kept. The bathroom could've been a bit well equipped and the shower could've been a bit bigger. In general, I would say it's an excellent place to stay.

Good location if you want to explore Sydhanen area so slightly away from town. The staff is very friendly and decorated the lobby with halloween 🎃 figurines. The room looks funky and basic. Has mini gym and chill area at level 1.

GGuest UserBob W Copenhagen is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around Copenhagen. The room was spacious and featured a small kitchen, allowing you to cook. I would recommend Bob W if you go to Copenhagen.

PProcessedfoodWe had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Copenhagen Ørestad. The location is fantastic, situated right outside the Bella Center metro station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around Copenhagen. The staff were amazing—friendly and welcoming. We arrived early for check-in and were pleasantly surprised when they offered us an immediate check-in if we signed up for their free membership—a great perk! Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, the modern, safe, and peaceful neighborhood made it a great place to stay. In fact, we enjoyed the area so much that we came back to explore and walk around even after moving to another hotel in the city. This 3-star hotel exceeded expectations—we honestly found it better than many 4-star hotels in the city center. If you’re visiting Copenhagen, we highly recommend staying here for its great value, excellent service, and convenient location!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at our Mekano Apartment. I highly recommend it or any of the other Nord Collection properties based on their wonderful service. We arrived very late at night but thanks to detailed directions, we were easily able to find the apartment. The place was very clean, very safe and they kindly stocked coffee pods and tea. There is a Circle K right next door so we were easily able to grab a few things for the morning. The location couldn't have been better for us as it was half way between the central hub of Copenhagen and our friend's place. The Metro station is about a 3-5 min walk, the train runs every few minutes so we never had to wait and it is a direct ride (maybe 10 minutes) into the city center. Very convenient. There is also a fantastic coffee house right near the metro station as well as a grocery store. I am so happy that I found this property and look forward to staying again on any future trip to Copenhagen.
