I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

As mentioned in previous review, this motel is not trying to be something it isn't, a great cheap stopover with friendly staff . I arrived an hour before check-in and my room was ready which was great. I haven't tried the restaurant so can't comment on the food.

Very close to the town centre. The lack of parking is not really up to the hotel since it’s down to the location, however. I would have liked some sort of parking discount to nearby parking spaces. Good breakfast with a wide range despite being a “Budget” hotel. I was quite happy to see that.

Jonas Hotel is in between a beautiful scenery area . The staff all are extremely polite and helpful to any need. The room is comfortable with a large bathroom and luggage area. The wifi connection is fast and the rate is perfect for all these amenities. They do not have breakfast service so they don’t charge breakfast however still they offer free coffee , tea and pastry in the morning . Perfect.

I think the downside is the lay out and set up of the plumbing system which drains water after a shower coz it makes the whole bathroom/toilet flood straight into the sleeping room and i could spot some water damages on walls and skirting boards. Overall the stay was good if only the raised issue could be fixed

There are free breakfasts like bread or cereal. You can use the kitchen to cook simple meal. The location is near tram station but located uphill. If you bring big baggage be careful of the slope. Rooms are basically clean but the shared facilities are used by all the guests. You can't expect they are always clean. Hosts are friendly that would help you when you need.
