Love the location! About 5min away from Grand Batam Mall and a convenience store just opposite the hotel for your snack runs! There’s also local food available if you’re adventurous and a wet market nearby (for breakfast food!!) It was a really great break from the city life. We also had the opportunity to see some fireworks at night. Great location and would recommend. Will be back!

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

One the best breakfast in nagoya batam. Wide spread of international and local dishes and desert. Love the jamu beras kenchur that you see in mostly big hotels in Indonesia. Tall hotel building located on hilly top showcase view of nagoya city served by 2 lifts that efficiently bring guests up and down. Staff are all very friendly and help right from the time you enter front desk to room service to restaurant. Restaurant manager would assist you in any way possible. Professionals indeed. Provide massage service, but by female therapist only. All amenities safe box aircon working superbly well. Would definitely return. Hope for more promos to make stay here more attractive. All rooms equipped with Google app. Versatile LED TV in the room let's you connect to your own Netflix and YouTube account so you see what you like. Simply a marvelous intuituve feature that let's you have a very pleasant and entertaining stay. Very near 300m walk to Jabal Arafah masjid that let's you 3 quarter way up the reasonably steep hill, through the convenient access gateway.

Lokasi yang sangat baik dengan pasar basah hanya bersebelahan dengan hotel dan banyak spa/urut berdekatan dan berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah (sangat berhampiran pusat membeli-belah BCS dan hanya 8-10 minit berjalan kaki ke Grand Batam Mall). Medan selera A2 juga berdekatan. Memandangkan lokasinya yang berpusat, grab ke pelbagai tempat adalah pantas dan murah. Pastinya kelebihan untuk lokasinya. Sarapan pagi percuma di hotel adalah baik sekiranya sesetengah makanan sejuk, mereka segera memanaskan untuk anda jika anda memintanya; ada telur, bubur, lontong dan stesen prata juga. Untuk harga rendah yang kami bayar untuk bilik, tiada aduan. Bilik suite keluarga besar! Bagi penggemar spa/urutan mewah, sila lihat Amartha Spa & Massage yang terletak di hotel - manjakan anda dan anda akan menyukainya! Kami sangat gembira dengan penginapan kami. Pasti akan menempah hotel ini lagi.

Hotel is pretty dated. Breakfast is not really good too. And the hotel is undergoing renovation on the ground floor so can hear all the drilling and can't chill in the hotel in the day. Although the room is supposed to be non smoking, the previous guest seemed to have smoked in there, so the toilet stink at the start. But the location is good, it is less than 5 mins walk to the Grand Batam mall.

Hotel baru dan semuanya segar dan baru. Saya berada di sana pada petang Jumaat. Berpuasa pada pagi Sabtu dan kagum dengan variasi asas kerana tidak banyak tetamu kerana perolehan adalah perlahan. Tetapi pada hari Ahad dan penghunian penuh, penambahan semula bufet b'fast adalah perlahan dan tiada siapa yang memeriksa bufet untuk memastikan bahawa item bufet diisi semula. Secara keseluruhannya, saya gembira dengan penginapan saya dan kakitangan sangat mesra dan mudah didekati. Pasti akan kembalilah👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar.
