The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and easily accessible. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the condotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect home away from home. I would highly recommend Henry’s Condotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!

The location is great. The staffs are accommodating. Clean room, especially the bathroom. Downside is no inhouse breakfast or restaurant that we can order anytime. However, there are drinks for sale at the lobby. You can also just order thru Grab/Foodpanda since there are just also fastfoods nearby.

Great value for money! Keep in mind that it is a Dormitory setup, so you may share a room with different kinds of people each day. Clean room with toilet and shower (no heater). Can't complain much due to its price.

I booked a Premium Room; however, I was only given a Deluxe Room since the floor where the Premium Room is available was being renovated at the time. I was given two (2) cans of soda in exchange for the inconvenience.

This made it quite challenging to socialize with other guests or even just relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. While they advertised a ”free breakfast” offering, the catch was that it was only available until 9 am. For travelers who like to sleep in or take their mornings at a leisurely pace, this limited breakfast window could be a significant inconvenience. Another noticeable drawback was the apparent disinterest of the hostel staff after breakfast hours. It felt as though they didn't want to be bothered with guest inquiries or assistance, which can leave guests feeling unsupported and unwelcome. On a more positive note, my room had a veranda, which was a pleasant feature and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In conclusion, while the room with a veranda was a plus, the dead evening lobby, absence of music, restricted breakfast hours, and the staff's disengagement during certain times significantly impacted my overall experience at Ola Hostel, making it a less-than-ideal choice for my stay.

Centrally located, newly built great apartment building. The unit was simply amazing with all the necessary amenities. Exceptionally clean. We loved the interior. Unit was at the 54th floor with a good view of the city. WiFi connection was good. Bed was really comfortable with comfortable pillows. Aircon was good. Ample hot water in the bathroom. We totally recommend air residence.

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

This is a 1 star hotel which provides TV, bed, private bathroom, air con and WiFi. I stayed in a room at second level. The staff are polite and friendly. The place is clean. There is no window, no chair, no desk, no trash bin, no\missing phone, no\poor cellphone signal and cheap pillow. So this is not suitable for several days stay. I think this is only good for overnight stay. The WiFi and hot water (shower) are shared, so internet is slow and hot water can only be felt at night. The toilet (has small toilet bowl) needs to change to a better toilet bowl.

It is an old hotel, the services was good.  Since I am a solo traveler it was horrible for me to sleep alone because the room was quite big and the design is old but still good.  They always clean the room, collect the garbage daily They have hot and cold shower  The hotel is walking distance in robinsons place  Love my stay!

Je suis descendu à StayMalate. Pas besoin d'aller chercher ailleurs, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. J'avais prit une chambre simple qui donnait sur Adriatico street. Le rooftop est super sympa, vous pouvez manger un poulet au curry avec du riz pour 3 ou 4 euros ou autres plats. Vous pouvez aussi vous faire à manger mais vu le prix des plats préparés, c'est dommage de manger des pâtes en platre trop cuites comme les français que j'ai vu dernièrement. Les toilettes partout sont très propres et la salle de bain aussi, nettoyés tous les jours. Point de vu sécurité, aucun problème, veilleur de nuit, caméra partout et hôtel bien fréquenté, c'est important de pouvoir laisser ses affaires dans sa chambres sans angoisse et ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Le patron ainsi que les employés sont tous sans exception très gentils, aimables, et répondent à toutes vos questions. Les arrêts des Jeepney sont en bas de la rue et vous ameneront partout dans Manille, et des 7/Eleven partout. Pour les sensibles au bruit, prevoir des boules Quies car il y a du bruit la nuit dans la rue, mais c'est partout pareil ou prendre un lit qui donne pas sur la rue. Autre point positif, un très grand centre commercial ”Robinson” à 500 mètres où il y a de tout autant en nourriture que des magasins comme H&M, Samsung, restaurants... I had taken a single room which overlooked Adriatico street. The rooftop is super nice, you can eat chicken curry with rice for 3 or 4 euros or other dishes. You can also cook your own food, but given the price of prepared meals, it's a shame to eat overcooked plaster pasta like the French ones I've seen lately. The toilets everywhere are very clean and the bathroom too, cleaned daily. Security point of view, no problem, night watchman, camera everywhere and well attended hotel, it is important to be able to leave your belongings in your rooms without anxiety and lift in the building. The boss and the employees are all without exception very nice, friendly, and answer all your questions. Jeepney stops are down the street and will take you anywhere in Manila, and 7/Elevens everywhere. For those sensitive to noise, provide earplugs because there is noise at night in the street, but it's the same everywhere or take a bed that doesn't face the street. Another positive point, a very large ”Robinson” shopping center 500 meters away where there is just as much food as stores like H&M, Samsung, restaurants... We had a great time. Sogo is a very nice chain of hotels and the Malate is one of their best. Their motto is correct. It is clean & very good. The food is wonderful, The place is very efficient and the people are very cool. A few things went wrong with our travel and plans but Dennis, Jocelyn & Joanna went above and beyond to help us work things out smoothly

This place has one thing going for it. Definitely inexpensive. It does most of its business in renting by the hour and is not great for those looking at staying long term. The Bad: They dont give out keys and no card lock systems. The doors lock from the inside but the only way to secure your room when you leave is to ask a staff member to lock it and open it again upon your return. There are alot of staff around and they do seem to be aware of who belongs where. No hot water. They say ”warm water only”. Warm is being generous. Maybe 80F°/27C° at best. Shower head had major leak, reported, no effort to fix so it sprayed water everywhere. No extra towels to serve as a bath mat making exiting the high sided tub a dicey process. Phone in room stopped working. Notified staff. Was still dead 4 days later. Wifi seems to reset/disconnect every couple hours forcing you to log back in regularly. Housekeeping only if you ask. No real attempt otherwise. The good: Inexpensive Clean Staff generally very polite and helpful. Room service food was far better than expected Tub large enough for two, as long as you don't mind your body heat being the primary source of heat. So if you need a place for a little fling, probably fine. Looking for amenities and security... Stay far far away.

The room given to me was nice. And kudos to the staff - when water entered the room because of the recent storm, I was immediately moved to another room. Maybe fix the leaking windows next time. But overall (if there's no storm or typhoon), I'd probably stay there again if given the chance.

Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels. Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only. Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs. Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

Would love to have more necessities like toothbrush toothpaste hair dryer. Anything else it was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

we booked and stayed at this hotel just for a resting place before our flight. near NAIA, just enough for a 1 night stay rest, shared bathroom is good, hot water is working, bed is not too shabby but only provided 1 thin bed sheet, our rooms kinda noisy because it's near the highway you can hear all the vehicles commotion outside specially the trucks and buses horns. Have to close the blinds all the time because we can definitely be seen by commuters passing by. They have a cafe, but just don't try the food there not worth it. Better to buy outside

Hotel is very neat and clean and staff are very polite and very cooperative in nature. One thing is most like that they are serving food for 24 X 7 with minimum lapse of time. Food is also hygienic and affordable rate. Their room services are excellent and they are cleaning their room on daily basis with change of pillow cover and bed sheet too. The location is also very good and near by Manila International Airport say hardly 3.4 kms. to 3.7 kms. They are providing airport shuttle services that I don't know. But I have the best experience of the hotel. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also in walkable distance so that you can visit nearby cities of Metro Manila. You can say it is in the center of Pasay city. Once again I like to stay there and I recommend to stay there for good experience forever. I wish them good luck.

Secara umum, tidak buruk untuk satu malam dan pada waktu pagi di lapangan terbang, kebersihan sangat baik, tidak ada selimut, tuala lebih seperti 2 selimut kecil, yang kami terpaksa menutup diri kami pada waktu malam, ia tenang pada waktu malam, penghawa dingin bunyi rendah, lipas datang dari celah antara lantai dan dinding, kakitangan sukar dicapai, tetapi mesra, lokasi di kawasan bukan pelancong, saya tidak mengesyorkan pergi berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang, di sana adalah 7/11 di dalam bangunan.

Lokasi ini boleh diakses oleh pengangkutan terutamanya berhampiran dari stesen LRT/MRT hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki dan jika anda membuat bajet terdapat restoran yang berpatutan berdekatan. Tempatnya selesa, kakitangannya mudah didekati dan akomodatif. Mereka menawarkan kopi percuma dan roti serta dispenser air disediakan. Secara keseluruhan 👍, pasti saya mengesyorkannya kepada rakan sekerja, rakan dan keluarga saya.

Good and quiet place . You can relax and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable . Surely I will book again next time .

stayed at the Roxas Blvd Branch in Pasay today and it was great! All of the staff and Management were extremely helpful and professional during the checkin and checkout process. The manager even escorted me to my room to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Just walking distance to MRT/LRT Cubao and Gateway Mall. With stores and jeepny nearby to travel around Metro. Room is clean and spacious but you can loudly hear everyone outside your room. No hot/cold shower as well. Elevator not working when we went there.

Fersal is nicely located when we needed a place to stay while monitoring our brother who was brought to the ER at the Philippine Heart Center. The place is clean,however they can improve the lighting in the floor lobby / elevator landings per floor. Also, they can upgrade their AC units to centraziled AC as they are still using single units which are noisy, especially at night. We also requested for ice at 8pm and were told that there was none as the kitchen was closed. This was surprising as even budget hotels such as SOGO accomodates such basic hotel requests.

The hotel was great and so clean , the staffs are very friendly and welcoming , can't wait to comeback ❤️

Good for layovers and rest. Not for long term stay since lack of amenitie such as fridge for you to keep your food.

The service was good, vet accommodating personnel. I requested for a different room and let me upgrade for a different one because I was not happy with the deluxe room that I previously chosen so I pay an extra to upgrade my room. It was good enough for me. I also requested to change the sheets and blanket so they change it for me. Overall it was good and happy with the services.

We stayed for a week in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating, the food was very tasty and our rooms were very clean. We had stayed in one of the penthouse rooms and found it very spacious for two people. The views from the rooftop terrace and restaurant were lovely and had a nice ambience. Half way through our stay, Typhoon Carina had hit Manila but we felt very safe as the hotel is on higher ground. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

It's next to North Ave MRT station and the Trinoma Mall. Very noisy location . As soon as you walk into the entrance, a foul sewerage type of smell hits you. Not a nice welcome..!! Girls on reception are efficient but not particularly friendly. I think they don't enjoy their jobs. I was escorted to my room to view the lighting levels because I requested a brightly lit room with a window. There are many hotel rooms in the Phillippnes without windows, something to be mindful of. I wasn't happy with the dim yellowy light bulbs but the supervisor kindly replaced a few with brighter whiter bulbs. Kudos to him. But there was an overpowering smell of fresh paint coming from the closet in the room. Despite getting it cleaned and sprayed with freshener, the smell never went, hence I couldn't hang any clothes in there for my entire stay. No restaurant in the hotel just room service that brought food wrapped in cling film. Food quality was not too good. The reception and kitchen staff don't seem to understand that a vegetable chow mein shouldn't have meat in it. ”no meat” doesn't seem to register with them. The 24/7 store next door was convenient for snacks and drinks. The only saving grace for this hotel is it's proximity to the MRT station and the mall.

Sogo Hotel Quezon Ave is clean and well-located, but the only problem is parking. They're currently undergoing renovation so the parking space is located in Panay Street. They have a complimentary car service to take you back to the hotel though. Will definitely come back here.
