Hotel Butik Beijing

After a 3 weeks trip in different cities in China, this was the best hotel we stayed at. Very nice staff, always smiling and ready to help with any request. It is very clean and confortable. You have everything you need, starting from bathrobes, clean towels everyday, toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, hair dryer, tea, coffee, water, all complementary. The water runs hot 24/7, the beds and pillows are super comfy. Also the location is very good (nice neighborhood and close to main attractions).

Stayed at Ture Go Hotel because of its location and it didn't disappoint. It's really close to Liuliqiao East Subway Station and save me a lot of stress with luggage. Room was clean and bed was comfy, staff at front desk were quick with check in and check out.

the hotel is very nice and the room was very pleasant, with beautiful decor— I had a twin bed room with old peking views. The location is great. Where I found the hotel a bit lacking was breakfast, with a limited selection of “made to order” food, no filter coffee available, no hot milk, very few jams, and one of the three mornings they did not have any coffee machine that one could walk to, to make oneself coffee — one had to order it, and it was hence more difficult to fine-tune it to one’s liking. With everything else being so “upscale”, the breakfast fell a bit short on substance. It was served, however, in a beautiful room. Also I had to call the reception to get a shower cap — it wasn’t part of the standard amenities. There was no information available on the hotel’s facilities: where is the pool ? where is the gym ? what are the operating hours ? The TV had a “my hotel” icon, but if selected nothing happened.

The hotel was located inside a business park so the driver could not located it easily. However the park itself has many coffee shops, a restaurant and a local shops like a 7/11 for snacks. The staff did not speak English so we all used translation apps so it was okay for communication. The room was huge and great however the tv did not work and we couldn’t really use the phones to call reception if they don’t speak English, we would have had to go directly to reception to speak to them. It’s an old styled hotel so don’t expect anything fancy - it’s meant to be this way. There are pretty fountains but they only turned on on the day of our last stay. The hotel is conveniently centered near a subway which made travel effortless.

Menginap semasa cuti Hari Buruh, jadi memang ramai. Ada sedikit insiden, masa tempahan saya minta bilik dengan pemandangan cantik. Bila sampai sana, bilik di tingkat 13 yang ada pemandangan tu belum dibersihkan. Mereka tukar ke bilik di tingkat 11 yang ada pintu kalis api. Kakitangan kaunter penyambut tetamu sangat baik, cakap kalau tak puas hati boleh tukar bila-bila masa. Bila tengok bilik di tingkat 11, memang nampak bangunan CCTV, tapi ada pintu dalam bilik tu rasa tak selamat. Jadi, mereka tolong tukar lagi ke bilik yang lebih senyap di tingkat 19. Sepanjang proses ni, kakitangan sangat baik dan servis pun cepat serta cekap. Bilil berhias ringkas tapi kemudahan sangat bagus. Tekanan air cukup kuat. Walaupun ramai orang masa Hari Buruh, penghantaran makanan masih agak cepat. Satu-satunya yang tak memuaskan hati adalah caj letak kereta terlalu mahal. RM10 sejam di bawah tanah dan tak ada had maksimum. Saya menginap semalam, caj letak kereta sampai RM225! Berbanding dengan harga bilik yang lebih seribu, caj letak kereta ni memang menyakitkan hati. Sesiapa yang perlu letak kereta, kena bersedia mental ya.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to this hotel. It feels like an old, kind friend—yes, the building has some age, but that only adds to its charm and warmth. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Beijing, with all the main sights and parks just a short walk away. What truly made my stay special was the comfort. After long days of exploring, I always looked forward to returning to a wonderfully comfortable bed—the mattress and pillows were just perfect. The staff here are genuinely warm and kind, treating guests like family. With such great value for money, this hotel is a true gem for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a heartfelt atmosphere.

This hotel may not be the ideal choice for travellers who wish to stay close to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Although there is a metro station nearby, the surrounding amenities are rather limited. During my stay, I had to walk about 15 minutes to reach a small convenience store, and trips to shopping malls or other commercial areas generally required taking a Didi or taxi. That said, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-maintained. One of the advantages of the hotel's more secluded location is the peace and tranquility it offers, making it a good option for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, while the location may be less convenient for sightseeing and shopping, the comfortable accommodations and serene surroundings provide a relaxing stay.

Sangat berpuas hati menginap. Bilik ini luas dan pemandangan bandar yang hebat melalui tingkap. Kami menginap di Malam Xmas dan hotel ini menjadi tempat paling popular untuk malam itu kerana hiasan Xmas yang cantik. Layanannya juga hebat, anak saya ditawarkan masuk percuma untuk makan malam selepas saya berkata ayah saya hanya boleh makan sedikit. Makanan cukup baik untuk kami, kami sangat berpuas hati. Akan tinggal di sini lagi untuk kali seterusnya melawat beijing.

Saya berpuas hati dengan lokasi, kemudahan dan ruang. Anda boleh berjalan kaki ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah Line 7 selama kira-kira 10 minit. Tidak ada sarapan pagi di hotel, tetapi terdapat restoran di hadapan hotel di mana anda boleh bersarapan, dan terdapat juga KFC. Nampaknya mereka tidak lagi melabur dalam kemudahan dan beroperasi dengan kakitangan yang minimum. Tuala sudah lama, tetapi bagus kerana ia tidak dibasuh dengan banyak peluntur seperti hotel lain. Bangunan itu lama, tetapi kemudahannya bagus. Saya berhasrat untuk melawat lagi.

This is definitely a good value for money five star hotel in Beijing. Good location - super near to train station. Good service from staff. Room renovation is old but still acceptable with the leather chair cracking here and there. The toilet though is really not acceptable. Flushing is slow and pressure is low. Need to flush many times and keep waiting for water tank to refill.
