Hotel Butik Beijing

We traveled around China for a month, and we can confidently say that this was the best hotel! We received so much care and attention from Sun Mengqian, who made our stay as comfortable as possible. We would also like to note that Sun Mengqian speaks excellent English. This is a rare find in China, as no one spoke English in any of the other hotels we stayed at. It was a huge bonus for us since we had previously communicated only through translator apps. Furthermore, Sun Mengqian upgraded our room category for free, which was a very pleasant and wonderful surprise. We are so glad that we found such a great hotel in Beijing, a place where it was always nice to return after a long day of walking. I would also like to highlight the quality of housekeeping, which is top-notch — and we are very picky about cleanliness. The bathrobes were nice, soft, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing, so we slept perfectly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. We express our deepest gratitude!

Facilities: The room facilities are very convenient, fully smart, and it was really comfortable to stay in. Plus, it's super easy to get here by subway — we even talked about making this our regular place to stay in the future. Hygiene: The room is just the right size and very clean. 👍 Environment: Green-themed, fresh, and cozy. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived quite late last night, and they called to ask what time we'd be checking in, and even upgraded our room in advance. Nice! 👍

Great hotel, but be careful with your belongings. Really enjoyed our stay — comfortable room, excellent service, great location. No complaints about the hotel itself. However, during our stay housekeeping changed the bed linen and accidentally (or not) took along a pair of socks that were tucked under the blanket. The socks were a limited edition Hello Kitty 50th anniversary pair — not something that looks expensive at a glance, but collectible and irreplaceable. A small Watsons tote bag also went missing around the same time — no monetary value, but we wanted to keep it as a souvenir from our trip. We reported both items at the front desk. Nothing was found. Maybe it was a mistake, but we think future guests should know: don't leave anything in the room that you'd be upset to lose, even if it looks ordinary.

The hotel was located inside a business park so the driver could not located it easily. However the park itself has many coffee shops, a restaurant and a local shops like a 7/11 for snacks. The staff did not speak English so we all used translation apps so it was okay for communication. The room was huge and great however the tv did not work and we couldn’t really use the phones to call reception if they don’t speak English, we would have had to go directly to reception to speak to them. It’s an old styled hotel so don’t expect anything fancy - it’s meant to be this way. There are pretty fountains but they only turned on on the day of our last stay. The hotel is conveniently centered near a subway which made travel effortless.

This hotel may not be the ideal choice for travellers who wish to stay close to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Although there is a metro station nearby, the surrounding amenities are rather limited. During my stay, I had to walk about 15 minutes to reach a small convenience store, and trips to shopping malls or other commercial areas generally required taking a Didi or taxi. That said, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-maintained. One of the advantages of the hotel's more secluded location is the peace and tranquility it offers, making it a good option for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, while the location may be less convenient for sightseeing and shopping, the comfortable accommodations and serene surroundings provide a relaxing stay.

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb. Its integrated with China World Mall making it easy to get food and also the metro. Their service is definitely tip top. Front desks speaks english and are very helpful. The room is cleaned everyday we are there. And whenever we needed more water they will take less than 10mins for it to be delivered to our room. For my husband’s birthday we were gifted a cake and beverages to celebrate. Really love this hotel and highly recommended. This hotel made my 1st trip to Beijing such a memorable and well rested one. The Jade Garden Hotel is listed as having four stars but should probably be between two and three stars, realistically. The location is great for anyone who wants to be central and close to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing and other sights. Its historic value is interesting as well and I enjoyed the exhibition in the side lobby. My room was okay and the noise reduction by the windows was great - it overlooked a very busy crossing and yet I heard no traffic noise. Bed linen and towels were clean as were the tub and toilet - but the room had a LOT of dust in various places: window sill, electric water kettle, on power outlets and doors…also, the furniture looks VERY used, the bathtub was discolored in places (though clean) and some equipment is sagging; the overall impression was not of a four star hotel room. The breakfast buffet was good but again: the impression is of two - three stars. What is impressive is the speed of reaction to pressing “please make up room” button! Otherwise the staff was polite enough but not outstandingly friendly or enthusiastic. For the location, the price was still acceptable, although the dust did detract from its potential charm.

Overall it is a beautiful and classy hotel. The stay was comfortable and the ambience of the hotel is lovely. The only issue was that the booking package of the hotel was supposed to provide choice of dining but instead only Happy hour with snacks. Quote trip.com booking as attached photo shows that Executive package includes dining at french restaurant and cafe and this is not so and the wordings were misleading. However, the beautiful hotel makes up for the shortfall. Thanks

Hotel ini sangat luas dan besar, dengan halaman yang luas dan lobi, tetapi terdapat sedikit orang dan ia agak sepi Harganya hampir sama dengan hotel ekspres berhampiran. Kemudahan itu memang lama tetapi tidak sukar untuk digunakan. Tiada TV dan ia kelihatan agak lama. Pendek kata, persekitarannya okey, kemudahannya sederhana, biliknya cukup besar, mempunyai tingkap dari lantai ke siling, berbau sedikit, dan penduduknya jarang.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing for business or leisure. It truly delivers a five-star experience in every aspect, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
