PPengguna TetamuWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room is clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The guest laundry self service is really helpful. The location is also great, close to subway making it easy to travel around. Also it is very close to Silk Street market.

CChee YuenThis hotel does not dissapoint, this is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The cleaniness and service is excellent and consistent during our stay.
This hotel has one of the most comfortable mattrress. The toilet and bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water.
The room is also equipped with air purifier.
The service staffs are helpful.
The breakfast spread is good and foods is tasty.

The room was spotless and contemporary. Location is unbeatable, sitting right on top of an upscale mall. Daily fruit delivery was a lovely touch that showed someone's thinking about guests. The vibe is youthful and high-energy throughout the public spaces.
Fair warning for introverts or anyone seeking a quieter luxury experience: the lobby is bright, colorful, with a full wall of screens and constant foot traffic from the mall below. The gym is a commercial one open to non-guests, so it's busier and less exclusive than typical hotel fitness centers.
The rooms themselves are quiet and peaceful, a nice contrast to the lively common areas. But overall, staff interaction is minimal. You're essentially paying for excellent facilities and location, not personalized hospitality. No one greets you by name, remembers your preferences, or checks in on you. It's efficient and polished, but transactional.
If you want attentive service where staff make you feel looked after, this isn't it. But if you prefer a stylish, self-sufficient base with great amenities and don't need much human contact, Jen Beijing delivers well. Four stars for what it is, just make sure it's what you're looking for.

NNoccy SquidMy go to hotel in Beijing! Comfortable, central, close to subway line 17. Quiet because inside a residential community. Rooms are spacious, big shower with good water pressure and good quality products. Good reliable café with room service option. Breakfast has enough Chinese and Western options to keep you happy. The staff is sincerely SO friendly. I mean everyone. Concierge at the door: always smiling, holding the door if you are carrying suitcases. Reception staff: smiling, helpful, they help each other to communicate in English. Cleaning personnel: quick, efficient, room service takes short time and is always thorough. They replenish every single courtesy item every day if used. Very generous with water bottles. Breakfast/café staff super friendly too! They make sure to explain the options and they are happy to help. The other day they brought a cake fresh from the oven cut in small pieces around all the tables with guests having breakfast. Such a kind gesture! And they have long breakfast hours, I think 6.30 to 10. It is a pleasure to go and feel at home. I will visit again. The hotel is good but the staff makes it amazing!

Kami menginap di Malam Xmas dan hotel ini menjadi tempat paling popular untuk malam itu kerana hiasan Xmas yang cantik. Layanannya juga hebat, anak saya ditawarkan masuk percuma untuk makan malam selepas saya berkata ayah saya hanya boleh makan sedikit. Makanan cukup baik untuk kami, kami sangat berpuas hati. WwepanWe had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the station and just steps away from a mall, which made exploring and grabbing meals easy.
The service was excellent. The staff kindly brought our luggages up to the room, which was a nice touch. What truly made the stay special, though, was the birthday surprise waiting for me: fresh fruits, a cake, and a handwritten greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a lovely night's sleep. I also have to mention the view, it was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning when watching the sunrise over the city.
