My stay was very good. GRT Grand has always been the place to go to when in Chennai. The staff there are very professional and pleasant. Lakshmanan, the door *** is so friendly and helpful. Other staff members like, Johnson, Praveen and Lakshmi gave me suggestions on where to shop and what's nice to do in Chennai. Ashish, checked me in diligently. Poulamani, too. She accompanied me to my room and ensured I was comfortable. Abu, Rajan and Selvan in the F&B side, provided excellent service at every meal in the hotel.

Good to have experience here and enjoy all the services they provided. Good rooms and good environment that you need to enjoy from your side. Good stay that you need to come with family friends couples and alos good for busines stays. Nice food they afe providing

I love this hotel due to strategic location near to shopping & food heaven❤️ what strike this time, the hotel pack 3 set of breakfast for us when I needed to check out early morning at 6am! They are very thoughtful and friendly and I’m really appreciated the effort Next attraction was the sky restaurant at level 20! The scenery was unbeatable! It is simply wow Will stay in this hotel again? You bet

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

Kuppusamy, palani, Suresh and his team took wonderful care and were situationally aware about me being ill served me a lovely traditional drink to revive myself and felt so wonderful having that drink called Suku***i.

The property is in a prime location that connects the arterial roads in Chennai. The rooms are well equipped and the food service was excellent. It is an ideal destination for business travelers and also families.

The best hotel I have stayed so far in chennai. Ambience was awesome and staff were professional. Room were very clean and the sea facing view every morning when wake up gived peaceful feelings. Will visit again!

I stayed in the park Chennai It's one of the best places to stay The food and ambience is very good,Ms.kanchana did service to my bookings, really appreciated. I have used it in Bangalore and Hyderabad City at the park hotel very pleasant and good experience there.

The hotel staffs are exceptionally helpful and courteous, from bell service and the front desk to room service and restaurant staff, all dedicated to meeting your expectations. Despite the slightly aged hotel rooms, the excellent customer service compensates for it. A warm and pleasant experience.

Good thing about it’s location if someone need to access the Chennai railway station. Hotel is clean and I got upgraded to bigger room . Swimming pool is small but very clean . Breakfast selections was very good . Hotel stuffs are very friendly. Only thing which I didn’t liked at all was the Dinner at their one of the restaurants by name some “ Kebab “ ( exact name can’t remember) . Food for vegetarian was approx INR 2200 + ( I got although 15% discount as hotel guest ) , but food was terrible to me , despite of giving immediate feedback, still no one understood my taste & preferences, I have also gave poor reviews on the spot to the restaurant manager … I would give 2/10 to that particular kebab restaurant but other than that would give 8.5/10 other things

The room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

One of best place in Coimbatore for food and accommodation. There is no second choice for travels. Amazing hospitality and tasty and real authentic quality of food. Great team coordination and very caring management. Lovely place to stay.

Tabassum in spa and salon is very nice person and accommodating too. All the team members are very good and kind. I enjoyed my stay over there, friendly atmosphere, defenetly recommend everyone looking for services here, me and my son use to visit regularly .

We stayed dron the 19th Jan 2025 to 28th the hotel is quite comfortable ' this is my 2nd visit to the hotel I was here last year too from the UK their breakfast range ks quite good and varied every day however english style tea requests can become a challenge due to all staff not speaking english at a good standard However house keeping was excellent we had sivaraman on our floor he was awesome overall it's a nice place to stay One more thing I requested for s bottle opener to open a fana bottle I was told the bottle opener is only at the bar and the bar was closed I found this bizarre someone at the hotel should have the keys to the bar to open or the restaurant or room s ervice should have these basic items There were few small cockroaches noted in the restaurant near the food which was reported to the staff, Overall stay was comfortable a few manye constant pest control is required minor things to be.looked at tha k you

About the Property: The property is located at a nice location, with lots of trees, greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. Reasonably large property with different categories of rooms. We had booked a Pond Suite which was good. Now on to the details. FRONT DESK: Onboarding/Check in process was quite smooth. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival and the front desk staff were quite warm and pleasant. TRANSFER TO ROOM: The whole property is equipped with just one buggy. So mostly, you have to wait for the buggy. We went walking to our room. Luggage took some time to reach. ROOMS: We had booked Pond Suite which is adjacent to the pond. The balcony opens up to the pond view, but the pond needs to be cleaned as it stinks at times. Rooms are cleaned on request only and not on daily basis. FOOD &BEVERAGE: Just about okay. We tried Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast is the best among all. Breakfast spread is limited and is mostly repeated. Lunch was okay. Dinner buffet was not great. Overall food quality and hygiene needs improvement. SERVICE Most of the staffs are amateurs and not trained for the hospitality industry. Needs improvement. ACTIVITIES: Outdoor Activity: We tried bullock cart ride and pottery. Both were good. Kids enjoyed the ride and pottery making. We also used the turf and played cricket. Guided River walk is arranged in the mornings around 9:30. Its a 10 min walk to a nearby river. It was okay, but we couldn't venture and walk in the river as the water flow was more at that point. POOL: Pool is next to the restaurant and is good. Needs to be cleaned on a regular basis as there are trees around and the droppings from the trees might be annoying at times. Also, need to ensure pool attire with all guests. Overall, it is a good property and the stay was comfortable barring some of the concerns that are highlighted here.

The hotel delivers on all it promises. We stayed on 3rd floor. Room size was adequate, bed linen was clean and bathroom fittings were high end and well maintained. Hot water availabilty in the shower 24X7 was great. Staff are helpful. We got car parking inside the hotel premises itself. The restaurant in ground floor was good. We had booked through agoda and got a deal of Rs 3700 for a night. Righr now, the road outside the hotel is blocked on both sides for some repairs elsewhere and you have to enter the wrong side of the road to access the hotel.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Trichy Coastal Grand Hotel Sampath. Despite having a confirmed booking for three rooms, upon arrival at 1:30 AM, the reception informed us that only one room was available. The other two rooms were allegedly damaged, with one room having a selling problem and the other lacking a functioning air conditioner. After a prolonged and distressing argument, the hotel staff offered alternative accommodation at a homestay far from the city center. These rooms were non-air-conditioned, unsuitable for guests who had traveled from Malaysia, and did not meet basic safety and comfort standards. Moreover, no breakfast was provided, despite it being included in our booking.

I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was good. Especially to the front desk person staff names Srijita who attended to me and my family. She made our check in and check out abreeze. Another staff named Rengasri whose customer service is excellent. Both of them made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had two rooms and everything was well take care of. I am glad that Marriott has such staffs and should be recognised. My family and I is extremely happy with the stay.

We as usual enjoyed our stay at a lemon tree facility. You made our stay very comfortable and rewarding. Rooms are clean and well lit. AC is very good. Excellent service staff. Breakfast spread has a wide variety of tasty dishes catering to different tastes of visitors. Very very tastefully done up posters of the Red Fox 🦊, specially the wordings including the ones on the T-shirts on display. Always I pick up a Lemon Tree Hotel for stay if it is in whichever town or city we are travelling. Thank you for making it very special.

This is an old hotel and shows its age. Although, the rooms are large, the bathroom fitments are from another era. The air-conditioning was the worst. I don't think the HVAC system has been cleaned or maintained regularly. It was difficult to breathe in the room, with a heavy dank air coming out of the duct. 'Will never stay at this property again.

The hotel is located close to Chatram bus stand and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is about 15-20 mins frm the airport. The rooms and bathroom was clean. It has the basic amenities. The rooms had both fan and AC and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread was simple vegetarian affair and I was surprised to see fresh pooris and dosa served. We also had lunch at the hotel. We ordered chicken, rotis and fried rice and like the breakfast, the lunch was also tasty. The hotel has a nice pub on the ground floor and in the evening, one can enjoy a drink with frds or family. The staff was extremely helpful especially for a person like me who could not speak Tamil and were always ready to speak to the cab drivers. Recommend stay

Hotel reception, rooms interior, ac and furnishings are ok. I have changed the rooms from 3rd floor to 2nd floor due to toilet sewage gas not venting properly and stinking and suffocating of our family members, even 2nd floor rooms also. Car parking is provided no one helping us to safe parking.

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

Very comfortable and located in the heart of tiruchy. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable. Good value for the price

Overall good stay for family's. But we need to ask them for each and every needs like rooms, hot water, kettle, towels, food service, tv connect, parking. Etc. Actually i have booked premium room after checking with receptionist which they said premium room will good for 2+1 kid when compare with elite room. But they provide elite room when i reach there for check in. After requested only they changed room to premium. Elite room is very small size and even bed, room price also when compare with premium.
