Excellent central hotel if you go to passport procedures or in the government offices, the restaurant with delicious breakfast and very good attention from the staff, the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, since the floor was not very clean and they did not give cleaning service the next day even if we request it

The service was great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! Especially the fresh and natural juices!! Only thing was, opened our room door and there was no electricity? Front desk didn't inform us... Went to the front desk, then was told it was a key card that needed to be used into a key card slot in the room. (Never had seen this or heard) been in several hotels. (Learn something new everyday). Other than that. Nice stay.

Excellent attention, fast service, good facilities, we only have a very rich and varied buffet breakfast, a little more expensive than I used to pay in my city, but it was worth it.

The girl at the front desk was very good! The boy was also very patient. The light bulb in the first room we checked in was not working, the toilet flush was broken, and the door lock was loose. Later, we were given a second room, which was not as big as the first one, but everything worked. The boy who took us in was very patient.

The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location. The breakfast was good too. The problem was that my room, #606, was the room closest to the elevator. The walls are obviously not very soundproof….so all morning, all I heard, was “DING-DONG”, every few seconds, when the elevator arrived on the 6th floor…WHY does there have to be a bell 🔔 when the elevator stops on the floor anyway??? I could not sleep!!! How come the hotel cannot figure this out? Surely, I am not the first person to complain about this?
