Check in was smooth Room : Room are clean. Bathroom is spacious . Location : near to pak bara pier Breakfast is halal and variety of food and taste good If we are coming back to pak bara definetily will stay at this hotel again :)

We spent 3 nights on Koh Lipe at the Sita Beach Resort. Our rooms were a little way from the restaurant and beach, but they did offer to provide us with a ride with a golf cart to and from the room. We had a great view from the room and the balcony was perfect. There was a pool right next to the complex of rooms we were in. Breakfast was pretty good, but limited for vegetarians like us. They did meals in the evening, but the restaurant was empty as everyone walked along the beach into the village. The room was large and very comfortable, and the bed was great.

Overall was nice. Came in late so just a place to sleep. The beach is not for swimming as mostly big boulders. But the pool is super warm and super nice with lots of outside seating in the shade or in the sun. The room was huge and comfortable but the curtains didn't block the light enough for me as I'm use to blackout curtains and some noise from the street and hallways. The breakfast was gigantic buffet and very good. Even for western taste. Lots of fruit options and cereals, eggs, toast. Plus local food. Parking was good.

Secara keseluruhan sangat baik! Lokasi yang baik, perkhidmatan kakitangan yang baik, kemudahan baru dan lengkap. Secara keseluruhannya, cemerlang dalam segala hal. Boleh dikatakan bahawa ia adalah hotel mewah mewah paling kos efektif di pulau itu, jauh lebih baik daripada hotel di atas gunung. Pilihan pertama lain kali.

They have happy hour from 4pm to 8pm during our stay in Aug 2023. Choose the Villa option as it’s slightly higher but worth the price for the stay and location.

Apart from being almost on the beach itself, this place is a bit overrated as far as overall quality of certain aspects of their offer in services and amenities. Room is confortable, view from it is fabulous but…the pillows are horribly hard, woke up with a sore neck, the food at their restaurant is kind of ok if you choose Thai food but for American food, it is, let say, less than average, there are some choices that they scratch from their menu because they just don’t know how to cook it, simple thing bruschetta, club sandwich, breakfast is also pretty boring if you not Asian; cold and uncooked chicken sausages, cold chicken ham presented in cold water bowl, coffee is good though and toast are great, I ended up eating that only…last déception, beach access from beach front villa number 2 you need to walk about 200 meters right to the marina entrance or 200 meters left to the restaurant to get access to the beach that is about 20 meters right in front of your room. There is a concrete wall, high of about 1.6 meters that separates you from the beautiful white sand beach. See photos attached…

Kualiti air laut di pintu masuk hotel ini sangat sederhana. Hanya berjalan beberapa langkah ke Salem dan Oktober dan ia akan menjadi sangat cantik. Hotel ini boleh ditempah dengan pemandangan kolam renang atau taman yang mewah. Jenis bilik lain tidak disyorkan! Bilik taman biasa terletak di sebelah daftar masuk, agak jauh dari tepi laut!

Absolutely amazing location. We’ve stayed in beachfront bungalow, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, had everything in the room more than we needed. There were indoor shower and outdoor shower, separated doors to go in room, through the front door and another directly to the bathroom (in case we came in from swimming all wet and covered with sand), so we did not dirty our room. Cold towels and fresh welcome drinks when we’ve checked-in, polite and friendly front desk staffs. When we’ve entered the room, it was cool with some aroma that made us feel relax. The breakfast was great, many choices of Thai foods and changed everyday. Staffs go out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. Beach in front of the hotel was beautiful, quiet, we can swim and snorkelling there. Walking street was near, we’ve walked there everyday, sometimes just for have some iced tea and thai pancake (Thai Banana Roti). Take a boat trip, it’s worth doing! Definitely recommended this hotel! Staffs are the best!

We were met at the pier by one of the hotel team members who carted our luggage all the way to the hotel. Check-in was a bit odd as there is no front desk so everything is done at the bar. Our unit was at the very back of the resort, backing the kitchen which was very noisy first thing in the morning and woke us up every morning. It's definitely dated and could use some updating. The mini fridge in the unit worked but was literally falling apart and we had a mess of rusty water a few times. Safe in the room didn't work for us. Tons of mosquitoes early morning and at dusk so make sure to bring or purchase good repellent and the coils for the front deck area if you plan to sit outside. No pool but the snorkeling right out front of the resort was really good when we were there. We were told by the owner that throughout the year the visibility and water will change, so although we had perfect water, it won't necessarily be like that in a few months. Some of the fish are a bit aggressive so careful of that. One bit me hard enough that it broke the skin surface and I was bleeding. The beach chairs were nice as well but get taken up pretty quickly. Beach towels were available at the bar. The free breakfast was ok but the coffee was often only lukewarm. Tons of flies flying around the bar area so best to try and get a table nearby to eat at. We had lunch a couple times from the resort and it was pretty good. They brought it right to our table on the beach. Main busy area isn't too far of a walk down the beach. Out of the 7 islands we visited in Thailand, Lipe was the most unfriendly we found as well as the most expensive.

Amazing hotel that overlooks the a cliff on Koh Lipe. The resort is quaint and quiet place and we really felt welcomed by the staff who managed to accommodate us very well. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful aroma therapy scent that was really relaxing and therapeutic. Will definitely want to visit again soon. My best wishes to the staff and Thank you for making our stay wonderful and memorable. Food is decent and nice. We were offered snorkeling and kayaking activities and we had so much fun doing it!

Perkara utama ialah saya juga mabuk kerana hotel 1700+ itu tidak mempunyai kolam renang awam. Kerana hotel terlalu jauh, makan minum hanya boleh diselesaikan di hotel. Restoran di hotel tidak murah. Sebotol kecil Corona adalah 220 baht, bersamaan dengan RMB 47? ? ? Ia sepadan dengan harga biliknya. Sikap servis memang bagus.Mungkin semua duit habis untuk servis. Secara umumnya, saya secara peribadi berpendapat bahawa harga hotel ini adalah 7-800. Lagipun, ia adalah kawasan laut yang paling cantik (kawasan laut lain tidak teruk, jadi tidak perlu risau tentang kawasan laut ini). Saya hanya mengambil beberapa foto hotel dan lokasi pantai. Ia adalah tempat terbaik untuk dilihat. Malah, kebanyakan hotel tepi laut adalah agak baik. Cuaca baik dan filemnya sangat bagus.

The ocean-view villa made me pine for loved ones, as I initially felt guilty for experiencing such a property by myself. I imagined my folks opening the shuttered windows and gazing out at the sunrise each morning. I wished my niece and nephew were sitting on the villa-wide balcony, keeping me company. Yet as the days passed, I fell comfortably in love with being alone in such a magnetic space. Steps from the most intimate, private stretch of Sunrise Beach, Serendipity balances up-scale bohemia with laid-back sophistication. The owner, fortunately, is also a chef—noted in each dish served. Welcoming and gregarious, he was approachable without being overbearing. Honeymoon—yes. Intimate anniversary—absolutely. Elderly parents—possibly a challenge due to the inclined stairways. We stayed in a bungalow room, which was spacious & lovely. A bit tired in places but that is expected I guess in these tropical climates. The bathroom is very spacious & nice. The staff were very helpful, smiling & lovely. Right on the beautiful beach, easy short stroll from your room. Breakfast was a la carte style with a small menu but the simplicity works with the setting & breakfast views are amazing. The pool is a good size however by the afternoon was quite full of bugs/plant debris, which was off putting. Also beware of lots of mosquitos come sunset time (around pool & in room) I haven't given high mark for facilities as its fairly basic /small resort. Main amenity is the pool. The bar restaurant closes at 6pm. No play area for children (though staff are really friendly towards children & welcoming). Overall its a small simple resort, on a lovely beach with lovely welcoming staff. Nice place to relax & unwind.

I randomly chose this hotel and what a nice surprise it was. The room was spacious and clean, fairly large balcony overlooking the sea and the monkeys playground. Last but not least the breakfast was just perfect and remember to order a cocanut(30THB extra) to have with your breskfast. Be aware that the hotel is a bit out of the way, but that was no problem for me because I rented a motorbike. A must is to take a walk through the national park that is just by the hotel.

We spend one beautiful night in a quiet place for very fair price. We definitely will do it again on the way to Satun!

Arrived on 30 sep after a long drive from Singapore. For the price, im very pleased. It is very spanking clean. A small establishment, worth to support them. My review may also be skewered coz i think the owners are cat lovers haha so If you love cats come and support them! We were able to park our car securely in their premises (gates closed in the evening). Simple, but near to various shops, eatery, a great massage place and 5min walk frm the pier for those heading to Koh Lipe. This is not a fancy hotel, but really a good choice for short stays and proximity to many places. Also near to the view point and beach!

Das Zimmer war super sauber und sehr romantisch. Jeden Morgen sieht man den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Zimmer. Ich bin 7 Nächste geblieben. Das Resort liegt direkt am Mu Ko Phetra Nationalpark, The Time Travel Zone. Ich bin jeden Morgen im Park gejoggt. Die Inhaberin und Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin ohne Auto angekommen, aber der Sohn von Inhaberin und die Einheimischen haben mich jeden Tag überall gefahren. Man kann direkt vom Resort verschieden Tour buchen. ich habe ” one day Trip” und noch 2 private Bootfahrten gemacht. Sie waren wirklich mega schön. Wir sehen uns bald...Satun. Jai

位置是有點偏，白天去好一點，我晚上10:00開車自己去的，然後下雨還感覺有點的陰森，哈哈哈哈，但還蠻熱情的。
