A hotel I previously stayed at was booked, so I enquired with Villa Rosenaw who had space. It is a fairly new hotel with only about 12 rooms. Mine was a very spacious junior suite with a wonderful bathroom. There is plenty of space to store clothes and the safe actually fits a 15” laptop. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt modern, while still retaining a cosy feel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very positively surprised both by the menu and the food quality. The staff were very helpful and the receptionist even translated and printed the story of the building for me. They absolutely went above and beyond. There were two minor things I would have liked a little different: It would be great to have a list of TV channels and the coffee machine at breakfast seemed a bit too small for a hotel. But these are only minor and do not detract from the fact that this is a great hotel. We have already decided to use the hotel again next time we visit our business partners in this area.

The hotel is very easy to reach, parking for free next door, small and old town very convenient for a nice afternoon walk. Hotel personell itself very welcoming, restaurant offers good standard of food and nice quality. Offered half board with voucher (needs to stay like this because sometimes vouchers never enough and don’t cover food even) is best choice I experienced in Czech Republic. Definitely come back.

Perfectly located with a large parking. The staff is friendly and efficient. Room is oldish, very classical style. Few technical problem in the bathroom: bath strainer was not leak-proof, shower impossible to fix in desired position with most of the water on the wall… breakfast was fine but the coffee machine was not really user friendly. Overall, not really impressive for the price…
