Habitación espectacular, muy limpia, amplia, cama cómoda. La estancia ha sido fantástica. El spa es increíble. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de más. Volveremos

La experiencia y estancia aquí ha sido muy buena, era la segunda vez que venía aquí con mi pareja y esta vez ha sido mejor que la anterior. La nevera de la habitación funcionaba correctamente, la localización del hotel está perfecta, tiene muchos supermercados cerca y también restaurantes de comida rápida. En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación seguía oliendo a tabaco a pesar de que era una habitación para no fumadores, igual que la primera vez que estuve aquí. El secador tienes que estar pulsando un botón todo el rato y al final se te cansan los dedos, y al menos en nuestra última habitación no había enchufe en el cuarto de baño, por lo que no pude plancharme el pelo frente al espejo. Por lo demás, el trato fue muy bueno y la cama muy grande y cómoda.

This hotel is a little gem it’s my second time here and love it the rooms are immaculate breakfast amazing and staff are super nice ❤️

I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

La ubicación para lo q buscábamos nos quedaba cerca.Fácil de aparcar en la calle. El centro está a 20min andando y fácil de llegar,todo en línea recta. Instalaciones correctas.desayuno buffet adecuado.Habitacion grande con aire acondicionado y baño completo.Personal atento y agradable

Good hotel near to lots of restaurants, large comfortable beds, great shower with lovely extra large fluffy towels, didn't have food as I think the breakfast seems to be overpriced at 14 euros pp, cheaper to eat out.

Strange hotel really! On arrival, it's one of the most beautiful buildings and approach we've seen in a long time. The hotel has been built next to the castle and is totally in keeping with its surroundings. On arrival, the reception area is stunning and the staff helpful and friendly. However, it went rapidly downhill on opening our room door. The first thing we noticed was the curtain hanging off its rail! It's a big room with very little furniture and what there was, was a bit tatty. We were disappointed so headed back to reception to change rooms. Pretty much the same but the curtains were ok. This time the room smelt of drains! Having never stayed in a parador before, we were expecting a bit of luxury, maybe our mistake. The room was pretty basic with standard hard beds, no cushions on the sofa, no little extras. The building deserves better! Room was very clean and large but just lacking any wow factor or a hint of luxury. For an overnight stay, it's a great location and clean, just don't expect a beautiful room in keeping with the building. Fantastic views day and night

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma devo dire che questo hotel mi ha entusiasmato. Personale di ricezione molto cordiale. La stanza che abbiamo ricevuta, ampia e bella . La colazione, superlativa. Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Il caffè. Possibilità di scegliere diverse cialde con la macchina Nespresso.

Todo espectacular, nos encantó, fuimos por primera vez e iremos todas las veces que vayamos a puerto de Mazarrón. La piscina de niños espectacular y el trato de los trabajadores de 10. Repetiremos!!

First time at this hotel but have used many hotels over the years in this resort as a four-star hotel I would rate it on the lower four stars staff was a little hit and miss at times left standing for nearly ten minutes with ice creams in my hand? and one evening i was the second person at the bar the barman knew I was waiting but managed to serve five customers then walked away i had to call him back to request bar service, Pool area was nice and clean with clean fresh towels and always sun loungers empty pool was the best outdoor pool it was like a bath ( only open this year July August ) could have stayed in it all day long the lifeguard spent a lot of time on his mobile which is a concern when you have small children in and around the pool area. the kid's entertainment lady? well, she may as well have not been there we had an active two-year-old in our group and she never once approached us the. we stayed in both front sea view rooms and also their apartments. sea view rooms were nice but a little dated and I have to say the beds were the worse hard beds ever like sleeping on concrete? if you don't have a back problem when you come to leave you will have not 4-star beds at all. the apartments appear to sit around the corner away really from the hotel down a local street they offer ground-floor or first-floor apartments ground floor apartments are not very private even with the small hedge in front the hotel offers parking but lots of on-street parking around the local area if you do not mind a short walk the beach is a flat easy 10 minute walk away so to the mud baths. the spa within the hotel was a little expensive but very nice and the saltwater pool offers something different but please remember hats and googles

Reservamos 7 noches a finales de agosto. La verdad que la experiencia ha sido buenísima. Una habitación amplia, limpia, cómoda, con excelentes vistas a la piscina y el Mar Menor. Cogimos Pensión Completa y nos sorprendió gratamente tanto por su variedad, como por el precio de las bebidas. Las piscinas que tienen son excelentes, con unas temperaturas que parecen climatizadas, camas balinesas gratuitas y dos jacuzzis a pie de piscinas también gratuitos. Tienes tanto el mar menor como el Mediterráneo q escasos 100 metros y con una playa enorme, sin aglomeraciones. El único pero que le pondría, sería que 15 euros/día de parking me parece excesivo.

連續住了兩晚，很舒服！四周就有商場和超市，很便利！前台的小姐姐也是很好！非常非常推薦，如果有需要還會選擇這裏！

El hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad de Murcia. Frente al Río segura y las zonas verdes.

El hotel está en el corazón de murcia. Las instalaciones son muy buenas él área de la piscina es genial con su bar y luego por la noche el bar funciona hasta la madrugada. El trato de los camareros del área de la piscina son muy simpáticos y amable y las habitaciones muy confortables

Hotel midden in centrum met niet directe parking. Deze is 2 straten verderop waarbij je daarna een eindje nog moet lopen richting hotel. Voor de rest prima chique 4* hotel met comfortabele bedden en privé badkamer.
