Just back from a 2 night stay which was for my husbands special birthday. We had a wonderful stay. First time staying here and would definitely stay again if down in Londonderry. One of the most relaxing stays we have had. The decor and a**osphere is lovely and the food and service excellent. All the staff were helpful and attentive. Too many to mention individually as everyone we had contact with was lovely. Just a lovely restful break. Thanks to everyone.

Myself and my partner stayed for one night and we had the best experience from checking in to checking out. Sorcha was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. The room was so spacious and I've never stayed in a cleaner room, not as much as a spec of dust to be seen. The bed was so comfortable and so big. The shower was fantastic. One of the best nights sleep I have had in a hotel. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely deliciou, the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The girl who delivered it to the room was extremely polite and very pleasant. Finally on check out Sorcha & Rachael were so friendly, lovely and polite. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here and we will be returning for sure.
