Hotel 5-Star di Lower Silesian, Poland

Good hotel with a large room. Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc. We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altus Wrocław. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is absolutely beautiful — luxurious, elegant, and truly “wow” from the moment you walk in. The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!

My overall experience at The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery was excellent. The hotel is located near Wroclaw's historic district, in a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, making it very convenient for visiting Cathedral Island, the Old Town, and taking strolls along the river. The building exterior has a stylish design, and the interior blends modern industrial aesthetics with warm lighting. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are all very photogenic. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw.

Freundliches Personal, gute Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück. Der Garten ist klein, erlaubt aber, nachts das Fenster auf Kippe zu stellen, der Innenhof ist ruhig. Altstadt fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar.

A very good convenience is the spa zone open until midnight!

It's an old building but the interior is not at all. It feels like sleeping in the museum as old as history. But the facilities are up to date

I rate my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Wrocław very positively. The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, right next to the Old Market Square and close to major tourist attractions, making it a great base for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel staff is polite, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast deserves special mention – a very wide selection of dishes, fresh products, and a high standard of service. The hotel also offers amenities such as a fitness center and fast Wi-Fi, which further enhance the comfort of your stay. Minor downsides include the rather high prices – especially for parking and some additional services – and some rooms could use a bit of a refresh. Overall, however, the Radisson Blu Wrocław is a highly recommended place: elegant, well-organized, and offering a high standard, perfect for both a short trip and a longer stay in the city.

The room is beautiful... a bottle of water every day. the Matela ... it looks like we are on a cloud.. the hotel is new.. it feels good. The adorable staff is just next to the central Rynek square without noise. a small jewel

That day started at 3 pm. I confessed this before I made an appointment, and a gentleman suggested that he could check in early on the phone. Subject to room availability. Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish! The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed The Marriott applauded with such rude applause. cerium
