Hotel terbaik di Agrigento

This was a good base for exploring the area. We stayed 3 nights in a room with a very marginal sea view, though others have better so specify you want a full view in your booking! Easy access to the beach. The restaurant is well priced and food was excellent. Very nice house and restaurant staff, but the reception staff could do with some charm training.

Io e la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare un viaggio in Sicilia, tappe Palermo, Agrigento e Catania. Ad Agrigento era impossibile non andar a vedere la Valle dei Templi, allora abbiamo scelto questo hotel, siamo rimasti entusiasti su tutti i punti, la struttura è eccellente ma forse le persone che ci lavorano lo sono di più, gentilissime ed estremamente cordiali. Hanno saputo rispondere con competenza a qualsiasi domanda e poi la cena, che dire, ottima, non mi immaginavo che il ristorante di un hotel fosse così! La cura nelle pietanze servite è sicuramente da 10, hanno un cuoco o cuoca oltre ogni aspettativa, ripeto non solo nel cucinare, ma nel servire, nel consigliare, nel raccontare e spiegare le pietanze, il tutto non si limitava a degli ottimi cibi ma era condito anche da quel sapere che i gentilissimi camerieri hanno saputo raccontare a dei semplici commensali. We had the most amazing stay at your hotel, the staff at the hotel were so friendly, attentive and helpful. We went for my birthday trip, so they upgraded our room to one with a balcony and the views from our balcony were absolutely beautiful. There were 3 restaurants at the hotel, each one was different, our favourite was Donna Floriana because of the views from the table. The spa in the hotel was also one of our highlights. Every night there was live music from Marika dicostanzoo who we became very good friends with, the most beautiful voice! From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a little shoutout to Marilena, Sciascia and Sandro but all of the staff were amazing.

Villa Athena has been the top hotel in Agrigento and one of the well-known luxury hotels in Sicily for decades. We could not get a reservation there on our first trip to Sicily, but this spring we were able to stay for 2 nights. The location is as amazing as pictures and website show - you can look our your window or sit in the garden with a full-on view of the Temples. Absolutely stunning. Having said that, location and view are only one part of the hotel experience. Our room (temple view) was extremely small, but very well-maintained; the bathroom was decent-sized and totally modern. Still, it was the smallest room we've had anywhere in Europe in a long time, let alone for a 5-star hotel. Since we were there before summer, breakfast and dinner were served in a totally indoor space without any view and decorated in an ultra-modern style, which left us a little cold. And while the front desk staff were very welcoming, the restaurant staff did not add much to our experience -- on the first morning, we were ignored (for ordering coffee or seeing a menu) until we called someone over and we never got a single smile from anyone. We were so surprised that I mentioned it - quietly - to the front desk person. It actually made us decide to have dinner elsewhere. On the second morning, the breakfast staff was friendlier, but I have to say that it colored our opinion of the hotel. We were happy to have finally stayed at the Villa, but if I were to return to Agrigento, I'd seek out an alternative. If the Villa advertises itself as a 5-star experience and charges accordingly, it needs to deliver. We'd be willing to stay in less luxury but with warmer, more personal service.

The hotel is spectacular with wonderful decoration. super friendly employees. Everything is impeccable from the lobby, the bar, the restaurant and the spectacular rooms. It's a 4-star hotel, but it looks like a 5-star hotel, wow

For me this hotel give me one of the best vacation experience! The front desk staff two women and a young men when out of their way to help me whit every need I had even if it was out of there responsibility and or scope of work. I needed to travel to Palermo airport but the train authority was working on the rails we spend a lot of time figuring out what was the best plan of action to make this 3 hours trip a great experience w/o me spending 12 hours waiting for my flight at the airport. So I took the bus and spend only 2 hours at the airport to come back home Bravo!! Noeme the pool attendant and Alfonsa the room service ladie were particularly helpful in making my day go by smoothly and enjoyable wile sleeping well. The breakfast staff remember how you like your coffee after the fist morning, do I need to say more?

Ottimo prezzo, struttura un pò datata, ma pulita, personale gentile e bella piscina. Colazione buona, anche se servirebbe un pò più di varietà.

Arrived on a Sunday at 1.00 p.m. No bar, no food available. However room was ready but nothing in mini bar to eat. Bar didn't open until 3.00 p.m. Only serves drinks, crisps and ice creams. Restaurant didn't open until 7.30p.m. Lunch not available any day at resort. Room alright and bed comfortable. Hot water supply very erratic. Bathroom fittings not great. Had to ask for kettle, mugs and spoons to make coffees/teas. Housekeeping team good and cheerful. Breakfast deadly, totally lacking in imagination. Resort restaurant served good food but wonder when the menu was last reviewed/changed. Waiting staff warm and friendly in the main. Pool area good and pool itself not heated but in the hot weather that was not a problem. Adequate sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. Excellent beach close by resort. A car is a must as places to eat in immediate vicinity of resort scarce. Also one will be needed to explore and there's lots to do and see. Key thing to know is that Sicily is the biggest island in the Mediterranean ( about the same size as Wales) so getting across to say Siracusa or Taormina is a three hour drive there and then back
