Was such an amazing hotel! I would highly recommend this and return! My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon and was astounded at the cleanliness and hospitality of the place. There was a drinks bar with really good coffee and green tea latte available throughout the day (for free). The bathtub was so clean and came with bath salts too! This hotel is also affiliated with the Fanbi town group which allows you to shop in all 3 buildings (right next to the hotel)

We stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

Идеальные апартаменты! Они огромные для Японии, очень много места и это прям радовало каждый день. Очень приятный хозяин, всегда был на связи. В апартаментах было всё необходимое, а обогреватель воздуха в ванной спас и высушил наши вещи, после ливня. А ванная какая шикарная, она огромная, в ней может поместиться европеец, если не два! Есть кухня и посуда, если вы хотите есть и готовить дома. Обязательно посоветую номер всем друзьям.

Kelebihan: 1. Bilik dan tandas bersih dan kemudahan disediakan. Tidak akan memberikan gambar bilik seperti dalam gambar. 2. Kalis bunyi sebenarnya bagus kerana terdapat balkoni kecil yang menghadap stesen kereta api dan saya suka pemandangannya. 3. Jarak berjalan kaki, kira-kira 10 minit atau lebih bergantung pada kelajuan berjalan kaki anda ke Tsutentaku, Shinsekai atau Donki. 4. Saya sangat ingin mengatakan ”Arigato” dan memuji tuan rumah kerana menjawab semua soalan saya sebelum mendaftar masuk dan semasa proses daftar masuk saya (apabila saya menghadapi masalah). Mereka menjawab semua pertanyaan saya tepat pada waktunya. 5. Stesen kereta api yang terletak berdekatan mempunyai laluan JR, Metro atau Nankai, yang boleh membawa anda terus ke Stesen Minoh-Kayano, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka atau Lapangan Terbang Kansai. Perancangan yang betul diperlukan untuk menaiki kereta api yang anda perlukan. Keburukan: 1. Kami mempunyai 2 bagasi sederhana dan 1 bagasi kecil dan hampir tidak dapat membuka 2 bagasi sederhana penuh walaupun mempunyai almari. 1 bagasi kecil boleh dibuka sepenuhnya di tengah-tengah antara 2 katil tetapi ia akan menghalang laluan ke balkoni (jika perlu pergi ke sana). 2. Kawasan dapur dan tandas, menjadi agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan pemanas tidak dapat sampai ke kawasan itu. Tidak pasti sama ada lantai mempunyai pemanas. 3. Walaupun terdapat stesen kereta api berdekatan, masih perlu berjalan kaki kira-kira 8 minit ke atas bergantung pada kelajuan berjalan kaki anda. Jika anda datang dengan kereta api JR, tiada lif atau eskalator di pintu keluar berdekatan ke penginapan. Kami terpaksa membawa semua bagasi turun ke pintu keluar. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda menaiki laluan Nankai ke lapangan terbang, maka tiada masalah dengan bagasi kerana terdapat 1 lif yang beroperasi di pintu masuk berdekatan. 4. Jalan raya pada waktu malam menjadi agak sunyi dan menakutkan jika anda berjalan bersendirian tetapi saya percaya ia baik-baik saja di Jepun. 5. Tiada restoran/restoran dan pasar raya dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan, saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini dan saya sentiasa menginap di kawasan ini semasa perjalanan saya ke Osaka kerana kurang orang ramai dan kemudahan untuk sampai ke lapangan terbang. Satu perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian, sila lengkapkan semua pra-pendaftaran yang telah dihantar oleh hos melalui e-mel kepada anda untuk memudahkan daftar masuk. I loved the facilities from this hotel. Which is we have the room with washing machine. Becoz every single time I came to Japan I only bring less shirt to save my luggage space🤣 The room is comfortable and they have quite complete amenities. For the breakfast not much choices if I compare with another hotel that I stayed before, but enough. One of Recommended hotel in osak

THANKS to Trip.com — I stayed at Hotel Arashi in May 2026 and was happy with my choice. ＞Location It was around 3 mins walk from Ebisucho Station (惠美須町) 1B Exit (with elevator access) — look out for Restaurant SUKIYA (すき家) at the traffic light junction, then turn left at the adjacent alley, you will see the main entrance. Alternatively it was about 10 mins walk from JR Imamiya Station (今宮駅). From KIX Airport, I took the Nankai Airport Express Line and made a switch from Tengachaya (K20) to Ebisucho (K18) Station; the journey cost ¥1160 (970 + 190). Facing the main road (Hotel APA side), turning left, it would be a short walk from Denden Street ＞ Nippombashi ＞ Namba area. Turning right, it would be a short walk from Denden Street ＞ Tsutenkaku Tower ＞ Tenshiba Park ＞ Tennoji Station. Along the main road from Ebisucho to JR Imamiya Station, there were plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies and restaurants (some opened til late). ＞Cleanliness Hotel Arashi was housed within an apartment block (newly opened In 1Q26). The level of cleanliness was well maintained (although some renovation works were ongoing). During my 7D6N stay, front desk provided 2 cleaning services (1 basic + 1 full). ＞Services Hotel Manager (Ms Li) was on duty almost 7/24 at the front desk. I enjoyed my interactions with her as she's friendly and effective. ＞Facilities I chose this property partly because the room is well equipped, including a washer. It would be even better if the washer had a dryer function (but the toilet had it whilst the balcony received strong sunlight in the morning, so it was OK for me). ＞Cons The Naniwa Police Station was nearby. Almost every night, I was woken up by some loud police sirens (which was annoying).

The location is conveniently located between shinsaibashi and namba station. It is not too noisy and crowded in the area. Location was amazing for shopping, whenever we had too much to carry we would head back to drop everything off and take a quick rest. There are many great food options nearby like ichiran, okonomiyaki ajinoya hoten, onigiri gorichan, gyukatsu motomura and idaten. The room had ample space for our 4 huge luggages and 3 cabin luggages. The room might be slightly dark but there is sunlight in the morning. The toilet bowl, bathtub/shower area and sink is in individual rooms. It may be convenient or inconvenient for some. However for the room we stayed in, we struggled to find areas to hang our clothes while showering as there was no hooks to hang them in the shower area. The soundproofing is not the best but not too noisy. The hotel breakfast is great! I loved the corn soup, rice, curry and their eggs. Their croissant is fragrant and tasty too. They had a wide spread of salad that rotates. They had salmon avocado salad, wagyu beef salad and pork with carrot sauce salad (my favourite). They had yogurt and fruits too. They also had a small gym and a lounge with a pool table.

Kami sampai di Osaka pada tengah malam, jadi mencari tempat itu adalah satu cabaran kerana tiada papan tanda seperti hotel besar. Walau bagaimanapun, selepas beberapa pusingan di sekitar blok, kami menemuinya. Ia tidak membantu kerana pintu automatik untuk masuk ke tempat itu berwarna hitam pekat. Walau bagaimanapun, kami menemuinya, dan kami kagum betapa mudahnya arahan pemilik untuk mengakses unit tersebut. Ia adalah kali pertama kami di Jepun jadi kami kagum dengan semuanya. Pertama sekali, tempat itu bersih. Ruang bagasi cukup untuk 4 bagasi besar dan 2 bagasi bawa pulang, serta 4 beg. Terdapat tempat untuk kasut kami dan ruang almari untuk pakaian kami. Cermin seluruh badan adalah satu kelebihan! Bidet tandas sangat menyeronokkan, & pancuran mandian/bilik mandi mengeringkan pakaian kami yang telah dibasuh, dibasuh dengan mesin basuh di dalam unit. Katil agak keras tetapi kami bertahan. Kami sentiasa pulang ke rumah dalam keadaan keletihan kerana berjalan kaki sejauh berbatu-batu jadi kami gembira untuk berbaring di atas katil dengan cadar & selimut yang selesa. Untuk makluman: kopi percuma hanya sesuai untuk 1 hari setiap orang, bukan setiap hari. Sekarang, kami telah memasukkan sarapan pagi dalam tempahan kami tetapi saya rasa tuan rumah tidak menyediakannya lebih awal jadi apabila kami sampai di Cotti Cafe di tingkat bawah, gadis yang bertugas itu berkata tiada sarapan pagi untuk kami. Saya terpaksa menghubungi tuan rumah. Dia kemudian memohon maaf dan menghantar seseorang untuk menghantar baucar serta beberapa bekalan yang kami perlukan di dalam bilik seperti lebih banyak tuala, sabun tangan untuk sinki dan tuala kertas. Dia juga bercakap dengan gadis di kaunter untuk membiarkan kami menikmati sarapan pagi. Terima kasih! Penginapan kami menyenangkan, tenang dan selesa. Tidak jauh dari stesen kereta api, restoran dan sudah tentu, DOTONBORI! Tempat kegemaran kami di Osaka! Kami akan kembali!

Saya suka lokasi dan dapur berkongsi di tingkat bawah. Kakitangan sangat membantu. Namun saya dapati bilik itu agak terlalu kecil dan agak sukar untuk membuka bagasi saya. Tirai pancuran mandian perlu ditukar kerana ia berkulat apabila dibuka. Tempat duduk tandas dipanaskan secara konsisten, saya tidak dapat mencari butang untuk mematikan. Katil di atas lantai sahaja. Mempunyai akses mudah ke kedai mudah beli berhampiran.

I had a great stay at Hotel Lucky in Osaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location was very convenient, with train stations, convenience stores, and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Osaka.
