"The location, the room, and the staff were all excellent. The only negative point was the breakfast. The products were low-quality: coffee, milk, water, and juice were practically nonexistent. The croissants were frozen. We had no choice but to leave with empty stomachs. And the food served was so wasteful, which is a shame."

"I went with my girlfriend for the holidays to ski and have a little getaway. This bed and breakfast style hotel was really nice because of how homey they made it feel. All the staff members were really helpful and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient. Our only concerns were that there was no compensation for not having access to the sauna (broken) and there were a few inconsistencies between staff members, one might say something is free and another might come back and explain that there is in fact some cost associated with that service. Other than that we had a great stay, the rooms were excellent with fragrant soaps, clean robes, and great bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend 👌"

"A superb hotel with a warm welcome. Everything one needs could be found at this hotel that made our 2 night stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the superior suite with its own lounge and seperate bedroom and ensuite bathroom; plus small balcony. Centrally located for restaurants and services of the town. Close to the amenities of the public park and railway station. The citadel old town is 25 mins walk uphill. The propertiers provide good private parking for cars, and garage parking for motorbikes and bikes. A breakfast room and bar compliment the facilities."
