"Excellent hotel in Canillo, just after Andorra. Absolutely preferable to the busy Andorra and the locals who drive like they are perpetually competing with tourists. Hotel that meets all expectations, quick check-in and check-out, friendly and helpful. In summer the restaurant is closed, but at the café-bar they serve some snacks that are a good substitute for dinner. We had a double hamburger and fried chicken fingers, all very good at a fair price. The room is also very good, large, very comfortable bed. My wife and I slept very well. The plus is given by the presence of the bidet in the bathroom, almost impossible to finf in those areas. The breakfast was also very good, there was everything we needed and more. The motorbike was parked in the underground garage for a small supplement. The total price paid was absolutely honest and in line with the quality and services offered, if I were to return to those parts again I would definitely return to the Font d'Argent. Thank you and to everyone."

"Loved this place - the setting is amazing yet still convenient to everything, and the rooms were great. THey're rustic, but yet in a great way. Very spacious, comfortable and well done. And the people there were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Breakfasts were great too as were snacks or drinks during the day if you needed anything. It's also super convenient to some great hiking and biking."

"There’s no way this hotel can be 4 star - where’s the hotel inspector? Very misled by the listing details - for example reference to spa & fitness centre - simply not true. The hot tubs & 3 pieces of equipment available to use for exercise at best could be described as domestic style/ home gym (but this is still stretching the truth). There is no food available out of the strict breakfast times & of an evening it’s frozen pizza reheated. At 4 star level it’s not unreasonable to expect high end breakfast options - not over ripe bananas taken out day after day & hot dog sausages cut up - please! The only Spa option was massage by local provider By Kalma on set days. Suite itself was ok save for the tiniest ensuite possible & kitchenette locked & only available at additional surcharge of 10€ daily… Shuttle bus availability also misleading - a small battered camper van available during 8am - 5pm (collection at agreed meeting points …) my disappointment matched with anger that this hotel can deceive the public like this. Charging for water another gross insult. Water & complimentary snacks are commonly available in hotels even with less star rating than this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, such cheapskates!"

"From the first moment we were completely enchanted by Ski Plaza Hotel & Wellness: as soon as we arrived at reception we were offered a welcome drink with unparalleled smiles and friendliness. From that moment on, the entire stay was characterized by friendliness, hospitality, and excellent room services. When we arrived at mealtime it was yet another surprise: full of options for diverse meals, with vegetables, fruit, alternatives for vegetarians and excellent cooked dishes of fish, meat and seafood. We really wanted to return to this space. The ski lift is approximately 300 m away on foot and there are parking areas next to the hotel. We would like to thank the entire team who made our stay a real pleasure. Without any doubt, we want to repeat."

"Stayed here for a short, two-night stay and it proved to be a great first experience in Andorra. It is easily reachable by public transportation from Andorra la Vella as it is located on the main road and it’s also great basis to visit the famous ******* bridge and the Roc del Quer viewpoint. The room was super comfortable with both a bath tub and a shower and lots of storage space. Especially enjoyed the breakfast with lots of local tastes and flavors. The reception staff was a highlight, they went out of their way with kindness and hospitality. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if returning for hiking in the nearby gorgeous mountain ranges."
