"Unacceptable handling of guest vehicles – no support after complaint The hotel staff parked our car far from the hotel, hidden near an abandoned building and dense vegetation. Scratches on the car were clearly visible. Thanks to the GPS tracker, we managed to locate it ourselves. Despite reporting the issue at reception and via email, we received no response. Completely unprofessional. Guests – be very careful where they park your vehicle. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"Holiday at the Marina Palace Hotel Caorle As you can see from the booking, we booked a double room with balcony and sea view in the Marina Palace Hotel 4S. When we arrived we were taken directly to a room (no. 58) in the adjacent Marina Dependance Caorle (3 stars). We immediately noticed an unpleasant odor in the room, we immediately reported the matter to the hotel staff and we were immediately assigned another room in the Marina Dependance (n°52). Little did we know at this point that we were not staying in the 4 star hotel we had originally booked. After a few hours at the pool (which was still under construction and with the unpleasant sight of a crane) we returned to this room and immediately encountered the same smell as the first room. We immediately contacted the reception again, after which we were asked to go there. Once again we had to carry our heavy bags downstairs as there is no lift in the building in question. The reception staff apologized and assigned us another room, this time in the Villa Delfa (3 stars). The whole house is in very bad condition and the room does not meet the requirements and price of a 4 star hotel. At this point we realized that all along we had been assigned to other houses and had not been given a room in the 4 star hotel as booked. So we took our bags back, went back to reception and confronted the staff. We showed you our booking confirmation of the Marina Palace Hotel (4 stars), after which we were told that the Marina branch also bore this name and that we had booked a room in the branch. However, on Booking we saw that all three hotels can be booked under your own name. We told the staff and insisted on a room at the Marina Palace Hotel (4 stars). We were told this was not possible as all rooms were full and we were given the choice between Villa Delfa and Marina Dependance. Since we had no other choice at that time and the room had already been paid for in advance, we took another room in the annexe (no. 43). Then we were also told to leave the air conditioning turned off because it might smell. The room was very small and the only good thing was that there was no smell. However, with the air conditioning turned off due to the hot weather, it was very, very hot in the room. There was no balcony and the view was of various ventilation systems and metal pipes. All in all we were very disappointed with the way you were treated as a guest in this house. We told the staff twice that we would like to speak to the owner/manager. However, this never showed up and upon checkout we were asked to pay for parking and two sunbeds, which we used on the beach. Even in this case it wasn't there "

"Excellent hotel facing the sea, a three star of superior quality compared to others tried. The breakfast is truly excellent, rarely do you find that variety and abundance! The lady at the reception was very kind and professional, she allowed us a late check out to enjoy the sun for a few more hours. We had a good weekend, we will return next time in Caorle."

Staff: they are always kind, smiling, extremely kind to the children, for which we are especially grateful. Rooms: the price-value ratio is excellent, the air conditioning is quiet and cools the room very quickly. Cleanliness and silence everywhere. Restaurant: we used the full board service, the food follows the Italian cuisine, sea and fish dishes are dominant, we loved it. Pool: clean environment, no crowds due to the size of the hotel, there was always free space by the pool. Parking: free in the hotel parking lot. Animator programs: in the hotel every day, the girl is very kind to the children. In the evenings, there is an open-air stage next to the hotel, the shows are definitely worth seeing. Beach: 100 meters from the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. Strongly recommended!!"
