"We checked in one location but had to drag our luggage to a second location down an alley of cobbled stones closer to the river. We were rewarded with modern charming rooms decked with kettle, coffee maker, complimentary water and even a small bottle of red wine. Slept with the windows wide open in April as we can’t control the temperature of our room. Room was new, clean. Our room look different to the Internet photos. I guess the hotel has rooms with different configurations. Location is fantastic. Hotel located in the city centre."

"A special thank you to the young lady at reception, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. She guided me through the directions to the hotel, helped resolve my parking situation after I forgot to reserve a parking space, and made the whole arrival process completely stress-free. She also kindly provided an extra pillow, which made my stay even more comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. Small gestures like these make a real difference and are a wonderful reflection of the hotel's hospitality."

"A wonderful location, right on the water overlooking the swans and lovely promenade. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The B and B was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails as I was setting up reservations. The breakfast was healthy and ready for us when we came downstairs. Our rooms were spacious, and allowed us to relax and recover from a long days adventure. We arrived by train, and was an easy walk once we headed towards the river."

The hotel furniture and amenities are quite practical and adequate. The included breakfast is well stocked with good variety. The only question is the charge of 10 Euro for parking your car there, while there are ample of street parking right next to the hotel."

"Our start was not very good as we struggled to find the hotel with a car. It is located on a walking street so we had our fair share of driving around before realized we had to stop at the poles and call the hotel to be able to enter to the street and the parking place. However, after finally finding it, we enjoyed the hotel a lot! The location is unbeatable straight in the center, and rooms were very modern, cosy and quiet. We also loved the breakfast with a lot of homemade and healthy products, the best we had in the whole 10 day roadtrip! Overall, a great stay and would recommend."
