Cari Hotel bajet di Beijing

"Can’t describe how much we enjoyed our stay here! The staff spoke English well and were attentive to detail. They helped us every step of the way including loading our luggage into the included shuttle bus to the airport. The facilities were new and clean. Their cafeteria has some very good food. The alpacas and squirrels were a wonderful highlight for us animal-lovers. Although we wondered whether the alpacas were enjoying their stay, maybe a bit more green? In short: highly recommended and would definitely come back!"

"We only needed a room to sleep through the night as our arrival time was late and we already planned to head out the day after. For the price, it was worth it as we only needed an airconditioned room. They provided airport shuttle as well but it is important to know that they will let you know to pick you up outside of gate 7, but the driveway right outside of gate 7 is only for buses. You'll have to cross a few large lanes from gate 7. If we had waited directly outside gate 7, we wouldn't have spotted the shuttle. Luckily my husband was observant enough to realise we should be in the lanes across (near the taxi lane) . The bed was clean enough and the shower was ok. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke too and the room was dated but what we needed was fairly simple so it did not bother us."

"The room was great. Only the bidet did not work, but I suspect this would have been rectified, had we complained. Now the downsides: The pool is only open from 11 am on. They require you to wear a swimming cap, and nicely enough they supply some you can use. Not so nicely one of the ones they offer is (or was) white. This one nicely displays the amount of black mold that these swim caps are covered in. Utterly disgusting. They don't seem to dry or clean these caps, ever. There is a lifeguard on duty (his shirt says coach?). Sadly during our swim he decided to eat buns filled with meat in the swimming pool area, the smell was intense and not pleasant for swimming. The changing rooms were quite dirty, both the trash can and the towel hamper were overflowing and there was a smell of damp towels. The breakfast is okay. Sadly we observed a staff member using a rag to first wipe a spill on the floor, then the seat of a baby chair and then finally the table... After this we had questions about the hygiene of the hotel... The hotel is fine, just don't expect this to fulfill the European five star hotel experience."

"Pertama sekali, terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan atas perkhidmatan mereka. Penghargaan istimewa untuk budak lelaki kacak bermarga Ma, yang bersetuju untuk menjemput saya di tepi jalan semasa hujan lebat malam tadi ketika saya tidak membawa payung. Walaupun hujan berhenti sebaik sahaja teksi tiba, itu tidak menghalang saya daripada sangat menghargai kebaikannya. Saya berharap pengurus akan memberikan pujian istimewa kepadanya dalam mesyuarat. Tindakan kecil ini telah memenangi kepercayaan tetamu untuk penginapan akan datang. Kerana membantu bukan kewajipan dan dia boleh menolak, tetapi dia sangat baik hati dan membantu sehingga akhir. Tambahan pula, saya sangat suka pembantu rumah yang membersihkan bilik 8218 pada 12 Julai. Dia sangat mesra, ikhlas, dan cekap. Pemimpin mempunyai mata yang sangat baik dalam memilih kakitangan. Ulasan positif ini saya tulis dengan ikhlas dan sukarela, bukan kerana anda memintanya. Saya sangat gembira menemui hotel anda! Saya berharap dapat menginap lagi pada perjalanan seterusnya. Tetapi jangan tukar kakitangan yang sama ya haha."

"Hotel ni biasa-biasa sahaja, tetapi sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang. Sesuai untuk mereka yang perlu transit kerana ada perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar percuma. Perkhidmatan jemput dari lapangan terbang adalah pada setiap setengah jam, contohnya 12:30 tengah hari, 1:30 petang, manakala perkhidmatan hantar ke lapangan terbang adalah pada setiap jam genap, contohnya 1:00 petang, 2:00 petang."

"Hotel ini benar-benar berpusat, hanya beberapa minit dari Kota Terlarang! Kakitangan yang mesra dan bufet sarapan yang pelbagai. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bilik itu agak kecil dan cermin hanya mencapai separuh badan! Pemanasan tidak dikawal dengan baik, jadi kami memutuskan untuk mematikannya. Pada tahap ini, saya mungkin akan mengesyorkan hotel yang berbeza."

"Looks like the hotel had better days. Pretty nice reception-area with tea and pond with beautiful fish. Room size was good and location is 5-10 min drive from airport. Great with 24-hoir reception! Communication was bad: Before arrival (couple of days earlier) I asked for help to book transfer to airport. I used Trip.com and also the hotel wechat. The replies was basically ”Yes” and ”okey”. (We wanted to book transport around 23.00). I also asked what terminal (2 or 3) our plane would depart from (and providing Flight -information) and I got a reply (same morning we would arrive in hotel) that they would help me figure it out. Once arriving in the hotel (around 20.00) we still had no booking of transfer, and they had not helped to find out information about terminal. The staff could not really speak English. In the end, we had to wait until the 24.00 transfer to the airport and we had to provide all information once again. The transfer was a scary experience. First of all, It was long que to drive to the airport. Instead of driving in to the roundabout leading to the terminal (2) - the driver decided to take a longer road (it would go faster then to wait in traffic jam): out on the highway, then left the highway and found a way to drive back again towards to airport (hint: could be better with a hotel on ”the other side of the airport” Considering the car ques). Since we were running out of time, the driver speeded. During the ride, it constantly called in the drivers 2 cellphones (people wanting to know where to be picked up from the airport etc.) and she kept talking in those phones while driving (fast) aggressively. The (old) minibus was cramed with both people and luggages and felt very unsafe. The short time we spent on the room we learned: wifi does not work. It is ”free” but once connected it does not work. The TV did not work. Room was okey cleaned )with bathroom smelling old and sour). For our 3 hour stay this was fine.nwould not have slept over."

"Convenient as a transit hotel as our flight touchdown quite late. Nearby to Beijing Capital airport. They provided a small breakfast pack consisting of yogurt milk, pastries. Next door there is small convenience shop where you can food, snacks and toiletries. Hotel room is big and comfortable. Hot water shower. Can come support."

"這次入住整體體驗很不錯，剛入住第一間房間遇到一點小狀況，反饋之後酒店經理響應特別迅速，沒有過多推諉，馬上就高效安排更換房間，處理問題乾脆利落，服務態度真誠周到，讓人心裏很舒服。房間打掃得乾淨衞生，環境優美，居住感受很舒心。酒店早餐品類豐富豐盛，口味也很不錯。整體環境安靜，出行也比較方便。工作人員待人熱情，遇到問題能夠及時解決，這點特別加分。一次小小的插曲很快就妥善處理完畢，沒有影響整體住宿感受。非常認可酒店的服務效率，遇到問題不敷衍，切實為客人考慮，後續有出行需要還會優先選擇這裏，也很推薦大家前來入住。"
