"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay at KOKO Hotel and would highly recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay while visiting Japan. We have no photo of hote"

"The location of this hotel is highly convenient, making it incredibly easy to get around the area. Additionally, the overall facilities were clean, well-maintained, and modern, which provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I also found the staff to be generally friendly, polite, and accommodating whenever I interacted with them. However, there were a few significant downsides that impacted my experience. First, I was quite surprised to find that my room did not have a bathtub. Even standard budget business hotels in Japan typically come equipped with one, so its complete absence here was unexpected and disappointing for someone looking to unwind at the end of the day. Furthermore, the elevator system is highly inefficient; the elevators are programmed to unconditionally stop at the lobby floor every single time, regardless of whether you are heading up or down. Having to make this mandatory detour constantly was frustrating and created unnecessary delays. Overall, while the basic amenities and service are solid, the lack of a bathtub and the poorly optimized elevator logistics hold it back from being a seamless stay."

"My second stay at a Croom hotel. Both times experience has been great. Room is compact but clean. Location wise I give a slightly lower rating only because of the lack.of escalator from the station. The combini outlets nearby are smaller, esp the nearest 7-11. So I ended up going further for the bigger outlets for.more choices. Rooms are very quiet despite facing the road. Overall a happy and comfortable stay."

"Very close to Sakae Station and the Bus Terminal, but if you have a heavy carrier, the walk may be lengthened to an extra block due to a lack of elevators on the nearer side to the hotel. Interesting style of a sliding door between the bedroom and hall/powder room area.  No tub, only shower booth with shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Free coffee daily from 7am to midnight, with breakfast cereal in the morning, and some tea bags. Downside for smokers is, no smoking area in the vacinity. One can smoke at the 7/11 couple of blocks away. One can get a portable ash tray and smoke outside the hotel building.  There seems to be bike rental service available, which I never got to."

"Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The amenities bar is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean, which made the stay pleasant overall. However, the room had a constant smell of fried food, which was quite distracting and affected the comfort of the stay. Overall, a good hotel with excellent facilities, but the lingering food smell in the room is something that should be improved."

"There is no coffee or tea provided complimentarily. There’s no spoon for stirring coffee even if you buy your own coffee or tea. So you also need to buy spoon from convenient shop or bring along a spoon from home when you travel to the hotel. The cleaning is not everyday when when I stay there for 11 nights. When clean up signage is out in the door they are being ignored. So you will not know what to do with the rubbish piled up in the rubbish bin. Even when cleaning was done, the standard was not good. Can still find stain in the sink and the bath. Some of the personnel at front desk also do not provide the standard greetings that would expect from service provider when eyes met. I was there tired and wanted to have a check in early, one of the girl said no negotiation check in at 3 pm. Then another said can check in earlier by 1 hour at 2 pm and and pay 1200 yen. So they don’t really know what they are doing? Instruction on early check in not clear? They also need to pay attention to the maintenance of the room and that depends on the cleaning crew and the maintenance team. Don’t stay near the vending machine room, you will hear dropping of the soft drinks. Beside the human factor at the front desk and the cleaning crew, the restaurant is good and the location is great. Bus stops to the city central is 5 minutes away and if walk to the city is about 15 to 20 minutes depending on where you go. Longer if you get distracted."

"We had a wonderful stay at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The location is excellent—close to shopping areas, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it easy to get around Nagoya. One of the best perks was the free parking, which was very convenient for travelers with a car. We also enjoyed the lounge access, where complimentary snacks and drinks were available daily. It was a great place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall experience offered great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya, especially families and travelers looking for convenience and comfort."

"The hotel is super good and we love it😙😙. We stayed there 3 nights for our grad trip 🧑🎓. The location is excellent, closed to Sakae station, there is a lot of convenience stores around. Staff was nice and service was good, the room is clean and have good sound proof. Bonus points for self laundry facility and the luggage weighing scale. ❤️❤️❤️ Definitely will choose again for sure. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯"
