"This store is relatively new and the facilities are in good condition. The lighting design of the room is reasonable and there are various choices according to needs. Breakfast is also rich. Chico State University is worth seeing."

"Owners are very nice trying to make a living on a shoestring. However, this is perhaps the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Everything is on the cheep and tacky. Furnishings that clearly came from the bottom end of a second hand store. The rooms smell strongly of disinfectant but are clean. WiFi doesn’t work. Ice machine is broken. The pool is unusable hasn’t been maintained and is just an algae pond. The grounds are unkept and littered. An insect scampered away when I turned down the bed. The rooms have been painted over but there is over spray everywhere. There has been an attempt at a fix up but with cheep materials by someone without basic skills."

"Disgusting, run down, and dangerous. Room I was given had stains everywhere and a window that is wide open and cannot be closed or latched. Asked for a different room. Second room was just as bad but had dried puke everywhere instead of a broken window and dirty clothes someone left."
