Hotel terbaik di Dambulla

This was the second time I visited Heritance Kandalama and it was better than the last stay especially I would like to mention the Guest Relations Executive Miss. Yoshina for taking care of our family and fulfilling all our needs with all the needed information with her efficient style and making the stay comfortable also big shoutout to the chefs food was beyond amazing and the restaurant staff was very active as well and also the suite was amazing with all the amenities that should be there in a room overall a 10/10 experience and a must visit place in Sri Lanka ♥️

I had a wonderful three-night stay at Jetwing Lake as a foreign tourist. I was a little nervous as to what to expect traveling to Sri Lanka as part of the tourist bio-bubble, given the current COVID- related restrictions. However, my concerns quickly dissipated, and I was so happy with my choice to stay at Jetwing Lake. This was the perfect base from which to explore the sites of the Cultural Triangle. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and well maintained. My Super Deluxe room was very spacious, had a beautiful bathroom (and lovely soaking tub), and a lovely patio/deck overlooking the pool and lake. The room was equipped with all the modern comforts. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied. The Sri Lanka fare did not disappoint, including the chicken curry and potato and leek burger. The cheesecake was also a delightful surprise. What set this hotel apart was the service, though. Everyone went out of their way to see to my every need, from learning my dining preferences to greeting me by name. The hotel staff even organized an afternoon cricket session, just for me. It was an incredible experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend to anyone interested in staying (whether locals or foreign tourists alike). Such a great experience!

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There was a nice backyard as well. The hotel was beautiful, with a really good view to the Lion Rock. The swimming pool was cool. The food was tasty and with a great variaty (with western and local options). There was live music every night. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff very friendly and very helpful were greeted with such a warm welcome. This property is more than 100 years ago. The food we had for dinner was the best food we had in Sri Lanka. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. We would highly recommend this place as it's in a great location very near to the Lions Rock.

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature and beautiful birds, so quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower is great, the rooms are spacious. Short walking distance to Sigiriya rock and to Sigiriya town. The pool is beautiful and extremely clean, with an awesome view. Stuff are really helpful and extremely cordial. Special mention to the restaurant staff. The food is amazing, the chefs are lovely. A special thanks to Sunil and Guilan (the restaurant staff) they represent the best of Sri Lanka, the people. Will always be in our hearts. If we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitively will stay here. Ayubowan.

MAGICAL !! sayang sekali kami hanya menghabiskan 1 malam di resort ini .... ia adalah tempat untuk detoksifikasi, memutuskan hubungan, mencari di dalam dan meneruskan perjalanan mencari jiwa untuk berhubung dengan diri anda sendiri! Seluruh tenaga tempat ini suci! Dari cara kami disambut dengan bunga-bunga candi ketika kami berjalan ke pondok kecil kami ke wangian semula jadi di dalam bilik dengan bunga-bunga segar yang dihiasi di semua sudut bilik, tempat tidur dan bilik mandi .... semuanya menawan . Wifi hanya di ruang santai / biasa ... jadi anda tidak boleh tinggal di tempat anda sepanjang hari ... jika anda kebetulan pergi pada bulan Januari / Februari, itu hanya hebat kerana ia akan menjadi sedikit sejuk di lewat malam ... dan menghirup udara bersih segar sungguh mengagumkan! Hidangan bufet termasuk kaunter memasak langsung dan cukup bervariasi ... tidak banyak variasi untuk vegetarian tetapi secara keseluruhan penyebaran yang baik. Saya ingin kembali dan hanya berada di sana beberapa hari dan mengendurkan keindahan yang tenang dan bersih. Terdapat juga pusat ayurveda di dalam premis untuk mereka yang berminat .... Saya cadangkan, ia patut dicuba dan harganya juga bagus.

I had an excellent experience with my stay in Amaya, a beautiful place to relax and yummy buffet breakfast with many regional food to choose. The room was definitely the biggest I’ve ever been and very clean. I would definitely recommend and come back again

We stayed 2 nights here. The staff was amazing, the property was good, rooms were nice, food was a buffet with different variety. Only drawback was the bathroom doors were not closing in our room. The safe wasn't working, the replacement safe was with keys, so wasn't safe. The management was informed of the same, but nothing was done about it. Bonus: We got to be a part of a Sri Lankan wedding which was being held at the property.

I'm a frequent traveler and I was tempted to try out this hotel as I came across one of their offers. I called the hotel and checked their availability and placed a temporary booking. Then I confirmed the offer and made the payment and requested them to send the booking confirmation. I had been trying for 3 days to get a booking confirmation from them!!! But still had NO success. I travel a quite a lot and sending a booking confirmation is a matter of few minutes usually. I was surprised why it is taking them days to send a simple booking confirmation. I have made more than 10 calls over the past 3 days to ask for the booking. Also, to my surprise I found that the last few calls made to the landline were intentionally picked up and cancelled. (This is a FIRST in many of my travels). Also, I had the feeling that the first female agent who picked up the reservation was clueless. She was not good in her English, so I spoke to her in Sinhalese. Whenever I inquired about the booking she will reply saying it will be sent shortly. But it never came in the first 3 days. What a waste of time! Finally on the fourth day another reservation executive picks up the call and sends me a booking for a different set of days. I tried to call and ask them to correct it. But the hotel never picked up any of their phones. So i finally decided to cancel the booking. I'm sure they have made a Blunder somewhere!!! hence this reaction! I have seen hotels make mistakes before but the quality hotels always try to make amends and will usually try to check with the customer and correct it. This is a good sign of the lack of quality and lack of training of the staff. If the staff is this negligent and rude even prior to your arrival, I'm glad I didn't go there to find out!
