"Holiday trip in May 2026. We were very friendly welcomed in Fendels at the hotel, from the hotel you have a great view to the valley. The room was newly equipped, WC and bathroom separately (a few towels missing), our balcony was small and set to the mountain side. The pool was clean, the water was well tempered. The sauna we have not used, so we can't say anything about it.The breakfast buffet was very good and rich and at dinner you had the choice between different gerechts. There was always a soup and a big salad buffet, the main meal was brought to the table, was always very delicious and there was a dessert. It was a very nice atmosphere at the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and it was all very well thought. There was always a solid table at the dinner. We felt very well and would definitely come back. We have a very good price and service for our room, we will certainly go back to the hotel again."

"We came to skiing, the distance to Fiss was 20 minutes. A apartment with spacious bedrooms, a beautiful shower, good WIFI and a beautiful view of the mountains."

"We were here for 6 nights in March 2026. Very positive: - Variable child animation from 16:00 to 21:00. So the parents could relax somewhat before and after dinner. - Service very friendly - Free parking right in front of hotel - Hotel right in the ski area - swimming pool and several saunas including negative: - Unfortunately no vegan option for dinner, just a vegetarian option. Also at (breakfast)buffet very meat-free - temperature in the room was not controlable itself and was especially warm at night. The only way was to open the windows/balcontours, i.e. waste of energy."
