"We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention. Breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and luggage storage was free of charge. The location is wonderful! Right by the Bahnhof! The room came with a Füssen city pass for each guess, meaning you can take the local transportation for free for two days. We used the passes for visiting the Neuschwanstein castle (Bus #78), as well as leaving Füssen (as far as Kaufbeuren is free)."

"There were flies in the room, and I spent the whole night fighting them without success. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is very close to Neuschwanstein Castle with many restaurants nearby. The parking fee wasn't expensive, and the hotel even provided free bus tickets, but the bus was too crowded, so it's better to drive."

"You can't fault the location of this hotel and from the outside it looks decent. But inside it's a different story with tired / out dated decor and renovation needed in a few areas. We booked a 'panoramic suite' for three nights which was meant to be a highlight of our holiday but it was disappointing and had no air conditioning so was unbearably hot. It definitely wasn't worth nearly 2000 euros for 3 nights even in peak season. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful though. I rarely take time to leave a review but over a month later I still feel ripped off by this hotel."

"After having visited 3 hotels on the romantic route classified 4 stars and a 3 star in Augsburg where we had very good services we were surprised when entering the room: small, old-fashioned, entrance door with key leaving something to be desired as to safety (visible screws). The television remote control did not work as did the trunk. The shower is a cabin with a rim, in short, very far from the services expected for a 4-star hotel. Well, nothing practical either. The only good point is the view.... the rendering of the room in real life does not really correspond to the photos sold."

Rooms have refrigerator, dining press machine (capsules can be purchased on site 2 pins are inside), cups and glasses in the room. Spacener very comfortable one can go out, rest with sea view. Handtuchs on site, bathroom is available for 5 Euro at the reception. Breakfast very good"

"This hotel is in a beautiful little resort a few kilometres from Fussen and the castles. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake and although busy in the daytime, quiet at night. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had one of the biggest baths I've ever used. We paid extra for a lake view. We could see the lake but only from a side view. We ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs. Which did very nice food. The restaurant staff are also the ones who check you in. They are friendly and helpful. My only criticism was we were not told we were going to be charged to park in the garage. It was difficult to park it has about 8 tiny spaces, we didn't bump our car, but I expect many do trying to park here. If we had been told we were paying to use this garage, even though it was only a few euros, we would of chosen to park elsewhere in town. I would recommend this lovely hotel though, good value, in a beautiful location next to the lake. "

I was told I could pay at the property and booked the property for this reason. They then tried to charge my debit card several times and then cancelled my booking. Whilst at the same time sent me messages saying they look forward to welcome me. I had to find alternative"

"The hotel is very nice overall. Despite not having a large number of rooms, they make it very comfortable for the guests with lots of nice common areas both inside and outside. The proprietors are very helpful and friendly (and speak English well). The location is wonderful being 2 minutes walking from the Weisensee and the various hiking trails. Bed was comfortable and it's very quiet after dark. Breakfast was really nice with so many homemade items. We appreciated everything being vegetarian! We will definitely stay here again. "
