"Clean and Comfortable room with lots of lights. Very good breakfast. Luggage storage seems not very safe because anyone can go in the storage room without any permits. No one serves you."

"有地下停車場，能停20輛車，需要提前預訂車位。或者，停在店員指定的其他停車場。我們實在累，酒店就放了張允許停車的條子，讓我停在門口臨時停車位上了。 酒店到新天鵝堡大概6公里，開車到售票處最近的7號停車場，也就10分鐘。 房間比國內標準間要大一些，35平米吧。2張1米5寬的床。床很輕，可以自己挪一下，拼成一張超大床，2大2小，沒問題。有洗漱用品、拖鞋。給前台打電話，可以送燒水壺來。衞生間乾濕分離，再加一個小小浴缸。房間門上和地上印有巴伐利亞公主瑪麗亞王后的頭像，也就是茜茜公主的親姐妹。 一樓有早、晚餐，晚餐菜單基本都是德文。看不懂，衹能讓店員推薦了。對於孩子，有漢堡和意大利麪就行了。 有個小夥子前台，特別好，很熱情，口頭語是easy。本來門口不讓停車，他讓停了。本來攜程應該是溝通好住2大2小，但不知為什麼酒店訂單系統上標註的是2大1小，他也讓住了。"

"フュッセン駅から徒歩圏内で、ホテルのすぐ前にスーパーもありとても便利な立地でした。ホテルの建物は古い印象ですが、室内や水回りは清潔でとても広いです。ホテルの廊下や階段、レストランなどはとてもおしゃれでアンティークなものも数多く置いてあり、見るだけでも楽しいです。ルーフトップテラスからの眺めもよく、フロントやレストランのスタッフの方も気さくで、とてもよい滞在でした。"

"The hotel has a superb location, right in the heart of the old town — perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying the local atmosphere. However, cleanliness could be improved, as some areas did not feel as spotless as expected. My room was on the 4th floor, near the exhaust fan, which caused cooking smells to drift in. This made it less ideal to open the window for fresh air, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a fan for ventilation. The staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large luggage can be inconvenient. Overall, it’s a convenient stay for its excellent location, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and ventilation."

"Schönes Hotel in guter Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Allerdings sehr viel Andrang beim Frühstücksbuffet, da der Raum viel zu klein für so viele Gäste ist. Und die Matratzen waren mir zu hart."

"The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well. The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded. Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up. Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal."
