Overall the staff was excellent, but the hotel is in the process of being updated (April and May 2022) The breakfast was typical HI Express and quite good. Internet was solid and reasonable performance. The main challenge is that the new beds they installed are EXTREMELY high. Unless you are near 6' tall they can be hard to get into without assistance. The desk clerk said they are talking about buying footstools, but have no timeline for acquiring them. Once we got into the bed, is was quite comfortable. We had 2 rooms, but the first one had a very noisy fan so that party moved to another room when the TV remote would not work with the Direct TV system. All was well in the third room. Speaking of the TV system, they do have a very large number of channels and worked quite well. But I was unable to find a Sleep Timer on the remote. 8-( There is not much else available in this area, so if you plan to stay here, I encourage you to bring a footstool!
