"It was cheap for solo travelers, and convenient to the tram stop. Parking nearby cost 500 per day. The hotel wasn't very clean; there were urine stains and hair on the toilet seat, and the toilet seat wasn't heated. The front desk staff were very friendly."

"I was very grateful to be able to stay there cheaply during the New Year period. Its proximity to the station was also a plus. However, the room was cold because the heating wasn't adequate. Considering it's a shared house-style hotel, I think the price was reasonable."

"We checked in yesterday and felt compelled to post a review so others considering booking can make a more informed decision, especially from a guest’s perspectives. All the earlier reviews have been helpful, though none highlighted that it is organised into two separate floors with living (and the only toilet) on ground floor and bedroom and bath (no toilet) upstairs. So if you’re up middle of the night for a pee, you’ll have to walk down the quite steep staircase to access toilet downstairs and then back up again to your bed! See photos to picture what I am trying to describe here. The steamboat dinner on both nights were underwhelming (as compared with other hotel dinners) and we had to pay extra for an upgraded version on second night. The breakfast spread in the morning is good with very healthy options. Considering it is a small botique hotel with just 6 rooms, it gets full mark for trying but it just doesn’t have the scale to compete as a luxurious hotel. I feel It is better marketed as holiday units (ala AirBnB with full self catering conveniences etc) to better manage customer’s expectations."

"There's a parking lot downstairs, but it gets full if you arrive too late. There are other parking lots nearby, costing 400-600 a night. The room is spacious enough to walk around even with luggage open. Waiting for the elevator takes some time."

"This guesthouse is very well located; the train station is just a few hundred meters away, there's a convenience store (konbini) very close by, and several other shops nearby. Check-in is easy, there's space to store carry-on luggage at the entrance, a locker for valuables, and a refrigerator. The building itself is very clean and seems new. There are plenty of showers and toilets, and the beds are quite comfortable. The only drawbacks I would mention are the lack of storage for checked luggage, the absence of bedside lamps for reading or other activities, and the lack of hangers or storage space in the rooms. There's a lounge on the ground floor where you can spend 30 minutes eating or pay to stay longer, have a drink, eat what's available, watch TV, Netflix, listen to music, or simply relax. I only encountered one staff member, a woman who looked after the rooms, and she was very pleasant and attentive. I recommend this guesthouse, which is also the most convenient place to stay in the area and the cheapest. I enjoyed my stay there!"
