Clean and nice room but not all rooms have microwave and fridge. Service could be better. No ice machine or beverage machine but they have ice water in the lobby. It was ok for one night.

My 93 year old husband and I spent two nights at Hotel indigo last week and were very pleased with our experience. The room was nicely appointed in the bathroom was spacious though we did have an accessible room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! Every place in the hotel was very clean, and nicely appointed. We were most impressed with the Front desk staff who were so helpful, courteous, and kind. We want to do a shout out to Susanne, who couldn't have been nicer, as well as professional. The common interest hotel dining room had good food at reasonable prices. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but very convenient and the attendants were also very helpful. Just around the corner on Carondelet Street we discovered the Gallier oyster bar, which had good food at a reasonable price.

Clovia was a wonderful hostess who was very kind hearted. She took very good care of me and my mother in the morning making sure we were good and got everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the workers at the front desks were nice. Will definitely be back!

I was nervous because I'm not much of a hotel person due to bad experiences overtime, but I was relieved!! It was clean and the staff was kind! Parking was easy! Peaceful!! I would definitely recommend a stay at this location and I will return!!

We had an amazing experience with the exception of one thing. The pillows were very flat. Other than that, we had an amazing experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Our flight got delayed a day on a return flight and we were forced to find a hotel close by. They worked us in and let us arrive at 8:30 a.m. from the airport. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable. They offered us the complimentary breakfast when we arrived as well. We slept better at this hotel than we did at a much more expensive hotel in the French quarter. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had a shuttle to the airport for the next morning as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this stay.

Stayed here because of my early flight. Beds are comfortable. Location is number 1. Easy access to the airport.
