PPraew P.• The Japanese staff at reception was great—very helpful and friendly.
• Room was clean with standard amenities, but no toiletries (e.g., toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds).
• No bottled drinking water provided.
• Location is close to the metro.
• Surrounding area felt a bit unsafe—unfriendly neighbors, dirty streets with a lot of trash and bad smells.

FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

PPengguna Tanpa Namathe location is right connected to brussels midi and super good for late night or morning train arrivals. there’s also a convenient store nearby with a friendly man.
only con would be that our TV wasn’t working on the first night and we’ve informed them. they told us the technician will fix it the next afternoon and we reminded them before leaving the hotel but seems like they forgot about it 🫠 survived 2 nights without TV.
everything else was great as expected of pullman.

Room is huge, bed is super comfortable.
Breakfast is great.
Area of improvement. need some form of heating in toilet , eg heated mirror,heated floor .
Overall, great hotel. Highly recommended.

AAims LiJust a place you need in the heart of the city that’s cheap for 1 night. Could have done with a bit more of a clean but it was quiet, dark and just what we needed for a night stay. There was construction going on next door but that didn’t really affect us. The team were accommodating. My only bug was having to pay €5 for luggage storage after staying there for a couple hours but I suppose the hotel was cheap enough. The food location right next door (My Tannour - Wolf) was fantastic!

RRoy AbhishekLocation is 300m from Grand palace and easily accessible by walk (700m)from central, midi. AC, heater, clean and enough light. Be prepared to walk. if you have luggage it can be uncomfortable.
No toiletries, tea pot kettle or body wash. TV not working.
Most charge points are not working. Some did not allow chargers to go in due to small circles.
However, the receptionist did provide us with a spare charger.
Overall a good stay.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIts conveniently located near the Flixbus stop which is why we chose the hotel. Check-in wasnt too difficult and the people behind the desk were helpful, unlike what the reviews say. It is easier to check-in during the weekdays, because they have more staff. Check-out is better on the weekends because its allowed till 11 am. The breakfast is not the best, but passable. The staff was quite friendly, the room was warm and overall not a bad place for 1 or 2 night stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe guy at the reception was talking in a video call during the whole check in. He gave me another type of room at first which I had to go and request for a change. The new room was again the wrong type of room with three beds but at least was quite ok. But it was very cold and humid inside barely managed to sleep! Otherwise the decor of the hotel in general is very nice!
