"Good location Spacious room Good environment The only downside was the artwork of a lady in the room. It was a little unsettling, especially when the lights were off and the glow-in-the-dark words “I hate u” appeared. 酒店很好，这个室内设计太阴了 前台开了个联通房（尾房），直接能走进邻居的房间（中间门锁坏了），和陌生人面面相觑很尴尬，为了安全考虑只能换房了。"

"We stayed 2 nights and thank god it wasn’t any longer. As much as the bed was a very large bed and comfortable, the surrounding around was grotty. Brussels in general around here was awful. The room was pokey and small, walked into things while staying there. Forget being any bigger than slim, the bathroom was a shoe box! Your back is basically touching the wall, while facing the basin and the toilet roll holder is right in your face when you’re sitting on the toilet and your head almost touching the wall in front of you lean forward. No room for you to dry yourself in the bathroom itself unless you stand in the shower and do it. The hotel itself is beautiful, but lacks in the room which is the important part. Check in and out system is ridiculous. They’ve set up 3 ways to do so. Online via email, in person or on their check in kiosk. The issue with this, is you’re still made to go to reception! What’s the point of saying you can do it all online or at the kiosk if I still have to go to someone at reception? Remove your unnecessary online/kiosk. When checking in, I felt hostility from the staff member when I said I got an email to check in at the kiosk and I’ve already done it, so I didn’t want to waste more time doing it again. Then when I checked out via email, I got a notification to say the city charge was paid and I could leave. Thankfully for the hotel, I needed to drop my luggage and the lady still asked for my room number and said I still needed to pay for the city tax. Another example of a failed online system, just a waste of time. Then when I came back to get my luggage, I found that the tag with the same number was on multiple bags and the girl came out with 2 bags that weren’t mine and eventually had to come in and look for it myself. Apparently they used the same number but the girl gave me the wrong colour tag to my luggage tag. Again, another stupid system. Why are you not using unique numbers? Instead of relying on the same numbers but different colours?! All in all, stay somewhere else. There are nice parts of Brussels, but this area is not it and the closer you are to Brussels Nord station, you’ll feel like you’ve just entered Skid Row. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the area. Nice big gym for a hoteland probably the very few positives about the stay."

"Very old/ run down amenities (leaking faucet, clogged sink and the fan was very old and super noisy so i could barely use it) and the pillows were super stiff and uncomfortable. The lights in my room flickered every now and then and the whole hotel smells like mildew. Nice staff, decent location and the room was very quiet but besides that i don't recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel in Brussels city. The hotel and the rooms i booked was clean for the both! When you entered in the lobby you will smell the good and refreshing! The reception is very helpful. Also the cookies when you checked in was so good. When I come back to Brussels for the next time, I would book this hotel again."

"Overall, we enjoyed for staying at this hotel. The location is good as it situated at the heart of the city. It is within the walking distance of the major tourist attractions and the customer services were indeed excellent. The room space is big enough with the price per night stay. Will come back again if I pay a visit to Brussels again."

"Hotel is located at city center. Walking distance to shopping malls, tourists sights and many others. Plenty of food choices and coffee shops nearby. Hotel itself seems running old, old-school design. The use of interior color is heavy and dark; some places have visible stains, e.g. floor carpet, chair cover etc. Room is spacious though. Just feel some places are not well cleaned. The coffee cup, after two hot water wash, still had visible grease on surface. Good thing is free bottle of water is offered to the guest in the room. Overall, okay for short-term stay in Brussels."

"Decent Hotel just a short walk from the north or the center train stations. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good tv with a couple of English stations. Teakettle and coffee packets. Good water pressure in the shower but not the sink. Decent buffet breakfast."

"The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills."

"Location is generally good and a just few steps to Metro from where you could connect to Brussels Midi in around 20 mins. Near shops/small restaurants. Around 15-20 mins away from Grand Place which is my favourite historical attraction in Brussels, surrounded by many eating places and shops. The lounge smells so nice, inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean, fresh-smelling simple room/toilet. Felt like Japanese themed. Good water pressure. Water may spill out of the cubicle as it is half open.You need to move to the left of the shower cubicle to ensure water wont splash outside. Nespresso machine provided for coffee lovers like me. 4 pods free then buy the rest that you’d need for a fair price, I think. The table is quite small but they provided an extra stool. Has a properly working air-conditioning system. Green-coloured wall panels, quite relaxing to the eyes. The space is adequate. Bed is quite comfortable. Ensure to put the “Do not disturb sign” as you may be awakened by staff cleaning the other rooms which happened after the first night. Windows couldnt be opened. Had a bit of sneezing during day 2 but room was serviced which helped a lot. A tablet was provided where you could request for extra amenities. It was very useful. Was quite pleased to have stayed here. Will recommend."

"So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻"
