"It's a good apartment solution. There were building works right by our windows, which wasn't ideal in the morning, but overall we had a good time. Definitely would have loved it slightly cleaner (hoovering). I think it's always appreciated to find tea bags in the hotel room, even in a self-service accommodation."

"Airco en panne générale depuis longtemps selon le peu d'explications données à l'accueil. Chambre étouffante car plus de 30 degrés et pas le moindre ventilateur de secours. Pas d'excuses ni très tracassé de la situation. Nous avions réservé 4 chambres pour être proche de la RTBF le lendemain matin. Nos invités français ont passé une très mauvaise nuit car pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car bien trop de bruit avec la chaussée. Dommage car chambres très spacieuses."

"We had good stay, room was good size and it was clean. Room had a nice rooftop balcony. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade your TV’s to smart TV. Breakfast buffet was nice had plenty of options even halal food which was great. Hotel parking was couples of minutes walk away but there are pay and display parking just outside the hotel. I am disabled so I have parked there free of charge. You can register your car for free disabled parking anywhere in Antwerp central you can search on google and send picture of your blue badge with your application. I recommend to register before you visit because it takes 24 hours to process."

"Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Personnel très à l’écoute mais beaucoup de petits défauts dans la chambre pour un hôtel 5 étoiles : calcaire, pas de brosse à cuvette, meuble un peu usé. Très belle piscine, le petit déjeuner est bon assez varié. Son emplacement n’est pas loin du centre ville donc c’est parfait."

"We reached the hotel in the early morning after a long distance flight. The staff were very welcoming and kindly let us use a private room to get changed before storing our luggages. The room was spacious and very clean. You can tell the staff had taken efforts to maintain them. We chose the hotel mainly for its location. It's close to the European Parliament (walkable). And you will find the hotel right after exiting the metro station, which means it's also very convenient for you to go to other tourist attractions. Highly recommend it!!"
