超出預期 真的很好 我們四個人一起定的套房 依山傍水 距離亞龍灣高鐵站步行8分鐘 巨近 我們相約出來玩 距離周圍的景點都挺近 打車也方便 有免費停車的位置 更讓我們意外的是早餐 真的太好吃了哈哈哈哈哈哈 他們早餐是7-10點供應 超級推薦炒河粉 巨好吃 我們連着炫了五天哈哈哈哈哈 在三亞這個美食荒謬的地方 酒店的早餐封神 還提供一次性浴巾等等 非常好 而且員工的辦事效率也高 因為房間是三張床 我們四個人 一開始説可不可以➕張床 後來員工非常好的幫忙拿了好幾層被子 哈哈哈哈哈 衞生非常乾淨 天天小度小度關燈 不過裏屋的小度希望改進一次 沒有連上智能開關 還有酒店無限提供的礦泉水是綠色農夫山泉的

酒店不算大就3層樓，但設施都很新，而且還有電梯，房間住着挺乾淨的，很簡約。我住的房間在1樓有個露天陽台。環境很好，既能看到美麗的田園風光，又能呼吸到新鮮空氣。帶娃來，在雷公馬星球小童樂園玩，孩子特別喜歡，還有可以採摘的水果。位置也算好找，在國道邊上，離亞龍灣也就二十來分鐘車程，我們去檳榔谷才幾公里。

剛開始訂了一晚，後邊又訂了兩晚標間和帶浴缸的，推薦帶浴缸的，房間很大，很温馨，我換了自己的小被子和床單被罩，白天去海邊吃當地美食，晚上泡泡澡，一天相當奈斯，老闆娘特別特別好，非常熱情，還可以洗衣服，房頂可以晾衣服，晚上上去晾衣服的時候還能看到滿天的星星，早上有叫醒服務，是雞叫哈哈哈彷彿回到了小時候的老家，很安心很熟悉，小村裡很靜謐，很乾凈，旁邊還有大片的芭蕉林，住了五天，要去陵水和萬寧了，咱們明年再會～祝老闆娘新年快樂哦～

Positives:
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even one of the staff members spoke English. The room itself is very spacious and nice.
Negatives:
This hotel is sooooooo far from EVERYTHING. The money I spent in didi’s I should have booked a different hotel. The lack of ambience at the pool makes it feel awkward. After one short visit to the pool, I started going to the beach club at the Rosewood hotel because the vibe was better. The cleanliness of the room was a bit questionable. I asked if I could pay to add breakfast to my 3 night stay, and I was told no. So I’m not sure how breakfast is because I wasn’t able to enjoy that. The hotel signs indicate there is a spa and a 24 hour restaurant but I never found those amenities. The Chinese restaurant on level 3 is fine. It’s a little pricy if you’re just dinning alone.
Overall:
I enjoyed my stay because the hotel room itself is pleasant, but I don’t recommend this hotel because the location is very inconvenient.

首先 房間 還有衞生整潔寬敞乾淨，但是我不滿意的第一點：在24號早上的九點半左右，被海南的客房大姐吵醒！（因為説的是海南話）她在走廊外面不知道是跟同事討論什麼 ！聲音非常大！非常！一直説什麼抹布抹布！還有什麼天氣熱汗水多！你搞衞生可以 但是能不能請不要叫喊那麼大聲！然後就開始搞旁邊房間的衞生 ！拖地的聲音非常大！拖把一直撞到牆角的聲音！還有挪桌椅板凳的聲音！非常影響我的睡眠休息！

SSantanaXieWe’ve stayed at a lot of IHG hotels and this one misses the mark. From check-in to check out the service was really just almost amiss , the only person who greets you with a friendly face was the housecleaning. A lot of people come here because it’s very kid friendly which it is BUT the overcrowded toys and game machines really brings the whole level and atmosphere of the hotel down. Our stay was not bad but not good either in comparison to a lot of other hotels. We travelled with a baby and booked a crib in advance but upon arriving there was no cor for us to use for the first night. Breakfast hall feels like a school cafeteria with people pushing ahead of you, this is not the hotels fault but … you get my point. If you want a nice relaxing holiday this is not the right place for you, if you want to keep your keeps busy and go shopping this would be ok for one night , maximum 2. All in all not bad but won’t be returning.

PPengguna TetamuThe Banyan Tree Resort Sanya in my personal opinion one of the best holiday resorts I have ever experienced It was absolutely perfect, the resort environment was amazing and the attention to detail was beyond 5 stars. The staff at the hotel were all able to speak in english to me and made my visit very convenient. The front office manager Iris was not only extremely friendly but also absolutely amazing in accommodating everything I asked for in a very prompt and professional manner.
The private beach at the resort was amazing with very calm and clean waters making relaxing at this resort devine, the facilities at this resort are immaculate , everything from the restaurant, corridors to perfectly stocked souvenir shop was amazing.
The resort is located a 10 minute taxi to the local town we enjoyed water activities such as surfing and diving we participated in and a selection of restaurants for all pallets however the restaurant at the hotel was delicious with a range of western and Chinese food. We choose the wagu burger and pizza and the food tasted exactly as we get back home.
I Fully recommend the Banyan Tree Resort Sanya to any westerners looking for a premium resort in Chinas paradise island.

TTeobisataI stayed at Yalong Bay Earthly Paradise Birds Nest Resort in Sanya. The resort is marketed and priced as a luxury property. While the location, room quality, and cleanliness were satisfactory, the service level was severely below what is acceptable for a hotel in this category.
This was not an isolated incident but a consistent pattern of operational inefficiency and lack of professionalism.
Service Quality and Staff Preparedness
Throughout the stay, many staff members appeared very young and inexperienced. While this is not inherently negative, the lack of visible supervision, structured coordination, and professional training was evident. This may partially explain the repeated service failures, but it does not justify them — especially at this price point. A luxury resort must ensure proper training and management oversight.
Dinner Experience
The restaurant had very few guests, yet the staff forgot to provide basic cutlery (forks and chopsticks). No one monitored the tables, and water was not refilled unless specifically requested. Even fundamental hospitality standards were not met.
Breakfast Management
Breakfast operations were disorganized. There was a waiting list based on arrival order, yet guests who arrived after us were allowed to enter before us. We were traveling with a small child, which made the delay particularly uncomfortable.
As compensation, staff promised to send fruit to our room. The fruit never arrived. Offering apologies without follow-through demonstrates poor internal coordination and lack of accountability.
Checkout and Transportation Failures
On departure day, we had to request luggage assistance three times before receiving support. We then waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to reception while several buses passed without stopping for us. During this time, we called reception three times without any effective resolution.
Because of this disorganization and delay at checkout, I was forced to postpone a lunch meeting in Sanya with a very important guest of mine who was waiting for me. This was a significant professional commitment. A luxury resort’s inefficiency directly impacting a guest’s business obligations is unacceptable.
Communication and Safety Concerns
No staff members spoke English. For a resort charging international luxury rates, the absence of English-speaking personnel is a serious limitation for foreign guests.
Additionally, there was no visible safety guard near the swimming pools, which raises concerns, especially for families with children.
Hotel Environment
The hotel’s reserved areas were crowded with external tourists mixed among hotel guests, resulting in noise, confusion, and a complete lack of exclusivity. The atmosphere was chaotic rather than relaxing. The resort does not appear structured to accommodate international travelers seeking privacy and refined service standards.
Overall Assessment
I have stayed in numerous high-end resorts worldwide where service is proactive, coordinated, and client-focused. At this property, service was consistently inadequate and far below the level expected for the rates charged.

During our stay, it happened to be our baby’s second birthday. Sharry prepared a birthday surprise for us that went far beyond anything we expected. It was not just a simple room decoration, but a genuine celebration of a child’s growth, done with real care and heart.
The room was beautifully decorated, but what moved me the most was this: almost all hotel staff personally wrote handwritten birthday wishes for our baby, folded each note into a heart, and placed them together in a glass bottle. Seeing that bottle filled with so many handwritten messages from different people was incredibly touching. It wasn’t just five-star service — it was warmth, sincerity, and human connection.
What made this experience even more special was that Sharry learned we had stayed at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand, in October last year, and that our wonderful experience there was the reason we chose the JW Marriott brand again. After hearing this, she went the extra mile and coordinated with the team in Thailand to record a birthday greeting video for our daughter.
Receiving birthday wishes months later from familiar faces we had met before, from another country, was incredibly emotional and meaningful for us. It truly showed a level of care and connection that is very rare.
The hotel also prepared a birthday cake for our baby, and the next day surprised us again with a lovely animal-themed cake. The care didn’t stop at one moment; it continued throughout our stay.
In addition, our room was upgraded, and during the entire stay, Sharry checked in with us daily about our experience, always attentive but never intrusive. This kind of thoughtful, genuine service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of.
Objective feedback:
• The sound insulation of the room door is not very strong, and corridor noise can be noticeable
• Breakfast is average, without many highlights
• It would be great if the breakfast area could include clear allergen labeling, which would be very helpful for guests with food allergies
• The hotel feels more business-oriented and mature in style, and the overall resort atmosphere is not particularly strong
Overall, this is a hotel with solid facilities and exceptionally warm, thoughtful service. The sincere, unrequested, and carefully executed details made this stay truly special and memorable.

PPengguna TetamuI was pleasantly surprised by hospitality and care of the personnel. We arrived late, almost at midnight, they sent a personal transfer to meet us. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, comfortable and cosy. Worth every spent yuan! The breakfasts were diverse and tasty. The pool is a bit cold in the morning. The children's one is nice.
The room was spacious, the cleaning, water and bathroom amenities were provided every day!

PPengguna TetamuEarly check-in was possible. Room was very spacious, although it was not brand new. I found the imperfections in furniture and room garnitures to be quite charming, giving it a South-East Asian touch of a very well aged guesthouse. The outside area is very beautiful and properly maintained with a lot of great scenery and places to chill. Two pools - warm one and natural temperature one - we had a pleasant time swimming in both. Seaside is fine, with sunbeds maintained by the hotel, located under mangrove trees’ shade. It is a pretty busy area for a reason, good for sunbath relax and swimming in the sea, so better come early for the best spots. The service was excellent in every department. Restaurants inside the hotel served good food, especially we liked Thai cuisine. Snack station nearby the beach is also good. They even have a fresh fruit shop with a variety of tropical goodies, reasonably priced for a hotel location. We didn’t try out spa however it seemed decent. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a way longer than expected waiting time to get into our room after an exhausting 4hrs of drive and experienced a 60min delay in receiving our luggages from the concierge.
I was so close to rate this the worst out of 20 five star hotels I stayed with past year. But here came Rachel - she quickly got in touch with me after hearing my complaints, helped expedite the process, and proactively offer help throughout our stay here.
More importantly, she was super responsive when I called for leaving my passport in the room after the checkout. Within 2min, she got our passports and waited at entrance so we didn’t have to waste time parking etc.
Rachel made a 1 star experience 5 here - I’ll come back for sure

Makanannya lazat, dengan banyak pilihan, termasuk masakan kebangsaan. Terdapat pacifier, kentang goreng, ubi keledek, jus, teh, susu, susu soya... banyak pilihan untuk kanak-kanak! Wanita pembersih, nombor 16, sangat baik; dia memastikan semuanya bersih, menawarkan petua berguna dan membantu. Bilik-bilik dibersihkan setiap hari dan menyediakan syampu, perapi, gel mandian, berus gigi, sebotol kecil ubat gigi, sabun dan topi mandi. Bilik kami termasuk selipar, jubah, peti keselamatan, TV dan SKALA! Cerek dengan cawan dan teh, peti sejuk (berfungsi dengan baik), dan tiada penyesuai diperlukan untuk kedai! Terdapat tuala pantai (biru) dan tuala hotel biasa (putih). Tandas boleh dilihat, tetapi terdapat tirai jika itu mengganggu anda. Tab mandi terletak di balkoni (tidak kelihatan dari tingkat satu). Pemandangan sangat cantik. Duduk pada waktu petang, makan atau minum, sememangnya indah! Kolam renang dibuka sehingga 11:00 malam di tingkat satu. Ia selesa, terdapat ikan (untuk kaki anda) berdekatan, air dibersihkan setiap hari, dan daun dibuang. Lif berfungsi dengan baik dan tidak terlalu sesak. Terdapat tempat letak kereta untuk moped (sangat mudah jika anda menyewanya dengan harga 50 yuan/hari). Ia terletak di kawasan yang baik dan selesa. Anda boleh pergi ke mana sahaja anda mahu. Laut dekat, 15 minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Bas ulang-alik percuma beroperasi dari hotel secara berjadual, tidak perlu menempah. Kami menaikinya sekali untuk merasai cara ia berfungsi, tetapi kami menyedari anda juga boleh berjalan kaki untuk mengenali tempat itu dengan lebih baik dan melihat sesuatu. Terdapat banyak kedai kopi, restoran dan pasar raya (semua orang mempunyai menu dalam bahasa Rusia). Semua penduduk tempatan mengelilingi bandar dengan moped! Trafik sangat sesak! Kami hanya memesan teksi dua kali (melalui DIDI, 60-80 yuan untuk kad PREMIUM) pergi dan balik dari lapangan terbang. Meja penyambut tetamu di tingkat satu boleh membantu anda memesan teksi, menambah nilai akaun Alipay anda (ia diterima di mana-mana, tetapi tidak semua terminal menerima kad daripada Bank Pertanian Rusia), menerima wang tunai, memindahkan wang dan ada yang berbahasa Rusia. Ada yang berbahasa Inggeris. (Secara amnya, semua orang di bandar menggunakan penterjemah, dan ini tidak menjadi masalah.) Terdapat juga wakil agensi pelancongan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang boleh mengaturkan perjalanan ke luar bandar. Hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia dalam keadaan baik. Kelembapan adalah tinggi, begitu banyak perkara (seperti di bandar) mungkin kelihatan tidak sesuai. Sila ingat itu! Walaupun dengan semua ini dalam fikiran, kami menikmati penginapan kami.

EE.DeI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. The food was tasty with lots of options, and the hotel itself felt very comfortable and welcoming.
I want to give a special thanks to the room attendant, Xi Qiang. He was so kind and attentive, always keeping my room clean and cozy. His friendly service truly made me feel at home.
Overall, this hotel has everything you need – great location, good food, a nice atmosphere, and wonderful staff. I would be happy to come back again and highly recommend it to others.

KKhulan hulanClose to the beach and close to the Atlantis water park, but otherwise, far from everything.
The facility seemed old. our room's AC was making noise, especially at the night and couldn't sleep well, when we called the service to get it fixed, but later on it was still making noises.
The slide in the pool was only for kids :(
