Hotel berhampiran Jambatan Duan, Hangzhou

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategik. Hanya 200 meter berjalan kaki ke Tasik Barat, dan stesen MRT boleh dicapai dalam 10 minit berjalan kaki. Di sekitar hotel juga terdapat pelbagai pusat membeli-belah dan medan selera yang lengkap, menjadikan urusan pengangkutan dan mencari makanan sangat mudah. Sarapan pagi di hotel ini juga sangat pelbagai, dengan hidangan Cina dan Barat yang semuanya lazat dan memuaskan. Ini pasti akan menjadi pilihan utama saya untuk kunjungan seterusnya.

Solid, comfortable stay in West Lake District I had a good overall experience at the Mcsrh Hotel in Hangzhou’s West Lake District. The location was convenient—close enough to get around easily without being right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I appreciated that they brought a fridge to my room upon request, which was a nice touch. Facilities were adequate for what I needed, and everything worked as expected. If you’re looking for a straightforward, comfortable place to stay with decent service and a convenient location, this hotel does the job well.

Kami menyukai hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan dan persekitarannya. Kawasan ini tenang, dan hanya mengambil masa 5 minit untuk sampai ke Tasik Barat. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah yang besar di sebelah hotel. Anda boleh mendapatkan KFC, Starbucks dan Pizzahut dengan mudah dalam masa 3 minit. Kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang melawat Hangzhou.

The check-in staff were truly excellent, making a warm and efficient first impression. The location could not be more convenient—just two minutes from the subway, with easy access to a shopping centre and West Lake. Inside, the room is impressively large and modern in style. The only minor drawback is that it tends to be a bit dark, which at times makes it hard to see clearly. Amenities are adequate without being exceptional—functional and in good order. The lobby, however, stands out as particularly artistic and visually appealing, adding a unique character to the property. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Secara keseluruhannya mempunyai pengalaman yang indah. Kakitangan sangat mengalu-alukan dan menampung sejak saya tiba. Bilik itu bersih dan serba lengkap, menampilkan semua kemudahan yang saya harapkan. Katilnya sangat selesa, dan hiasannya moden lagi selesa. Lokasi hotel ini sempurna, terletak berhampiran dengan tarikan utama, restoran dan pengangkutan awam. Hidangan sarapan pagi setiap pagi adalah lazat dan menawarkan pelbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi setiap citarasa. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat satu isu yang sedikit menjejaskan penginapan yang sempurna: kalis bunyi. Malangnya, bunyi bising dari lorong dan bilik bersebelahan agak ketara, terutamanya pada waktu malam. Ini menjadikannya agak mencabar untuk mendapatkan tidur malam yang lena sepenuhnya. Walaupun kesulitan kecil ini, saya masih sangat mengesyorkan untuk perkhidmatan yang cemerlang, lokasi utama dan keselesaan keseluruhannya. Nilai untuk wang adalah hebat! Biliknya luas dan terang, kemudahannya baharu dan mudah digunakan, dan sarapan paginya enak dan lazat. Perkhidmatan ini responsif, dan penginapan adalah selesa dan bebas kebimbangan. Ia mesti dipuji!

We had a wonderful stay at 西湖存翠居. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few steps away from the West Lake attractions, yet tucked into a peaceful, green neighborhood. We especially loved waking up to the sound of birds singing and even meeting some friendly local cats along the way. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — truly warm and welcoming. We initially booked two nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended for one more. For the first two nights, we stayed in a second-floor room with a huge window and a cozy tea table with two comfortable armchairs — it was such a relaxing space. For the final night, we tried a room on the fifth floor. It might be a bit challenging for taller guests due to the ceiling height, but the private balcony with a swing and beautiful mountain view more than made up for it. All the rooms feel thoughtfully designed, cozy, and comfortable — you can really tell that great care has been put into considering guests’ needs in every detail. Staying in such a serene, nature-filled environment while still being so close to everything is truly priceless. We would definitely love to come back.

Saya menempah bilik tanpa ruang tamu dan ia sangat berbaloi. Lokasinya sangat strategik. Apa yang paling memuaskan ialah ia terletak hanya beberapa minit dari Tasik Barat, dan stesen metro ke Stesen Keretapi Timur juga hanya beberapa minit jauhnya. Di sebelahnya pula terdapat restoran hidangan Hangzhou dan kedai skarf sutera. Satu-satunya yang kurang memuaskan adalah tandas. Sistem siraman (flush) tandasnya agak aneh; airnya naik dahulu sebelum turun, yang membuatkan saya sedikit tidak selesa. Selain itu, semuanya baik-baik saja dan layanannya sangat teliti. Saya cadangkan agar waktu perkhidmatan mesin pengering dilanjutkan.

We stayed at Hotel Atour (Hangzhou West Lake) from 17–21 April 2026 and were very impressed by the excellent service throughout our stay. Despite our late check-in at around 11:00 pm and missing the midnight porridge service, the front desk staff (沐远) kindly allowed us to have some food in the café even though it was closed, which we truly appreciated. During our stay, one of our companions sprained her ankle and could barely walk. The housekeeping staff (梓薇) promptly informed the front desk, and the front desk staff 十苡went above and beyond by escorting her to the hospital in a wheelchair and helping her receive proper treatment. She recovered quickly and was able to continue our trip the next day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff’s attentiveness and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hangzhou.
