This hotel is a hidden gem for people who appreciate beautiful things. There are many functional details and smart features that made the stay delightful. There is nothing better than a restorative & powerful hot shower after a whole day of walking and climbing stairs. The carpet is beautiful and as luxious on your steps as in Puli or Upper House in Shanghai. I particularly love the awning window that opens to the gentle muffled noise of the street. Lanshe hotel is part of the reason I enjoyed my time in Hangzhou despite the rain that happened to pass through during the visit.

YYorkshireThis was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as nice as we remembered. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are very clean and there are lots of lovely views and relaxing activities to do. The food at breakfast and at the evening buffet was delicious and we enjoyed National Day fireworks in the evening. The outdoor pool was very clean and relaxing to use and the jacuzzi was very warm. My daughter loves the play area and we had fun in the arcade. We really enjoyed our stay.

客房空間開闊通透，居住舒適度拉滿，淋浴區還貼心配備防滑墊，細節之處盡顯用心。大概是會員權益，預訂的時候可以免費升級房型，結果房型升了兩檔，太驚喜了☺️ 每晚酒店還貼心提供暖心夜膳，清甜銀耳湯搭配茶葉蛋，暖意滿滿😊
因日常需要飲用中葯，早餐時段帶去餐廳熱葯，第一天遇到熱心阿姨，主動借用蒸屜幫忙加熱（在早餐時段結束前，沒有影響其他客人用餐），熱好後還細心用紙包裹好，貼心叮囑小心燙手。第二天去餐廳用餐，先把葯放在餐桌上，轉身取餐歸來，便看見桌上放着滿滿一碗熱水，原來是餐廳工作人員見湯葯放涼，特意備好熱水方便我温葯，還細心叮囑把控温度，避免過燙傷胃。
一路收穫滿滿温情，服務細緻又暖心，整體入住體驗極佳，下次再來杭州依舊首選這家！

I recently stayed at VOCO Hotel at Thousand Island Lake over the weekend, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with amazing scenery around the lake. The rooms were spotless, the staff were warm and professional, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was also one of the highlights — a great variety of food and everything tasted fresh and well prepared.
However, there were a few things I found disappointing. Trip advertises several “free gift coupons,” but in reality they mostly feel like a strategy to encourage you to spend more money rather than actual complimentary benefits. It was a bit misleading.
Another thing that felt excessive was the hotel photo service. They give you only 3 free pictures, and if you want additional ones, they charge ¥80 per extra photo, which I honestly find quite exorbitant for simple pictures.
Aside from these issues, the hotel experience itself was wonderful, and I would still recommend it for the cleanliness, location, service, and overall comfort.

PPengguna TetamuI visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

However, just one thing you have to know there was no ”cold” air conditioning in the room not because it was broken, it was not installed. When I called front desk, I was informed the air-conditioning unit only had one mode of operation i.e. heat.
I got an electric fan for my duration of stay. Thank God it was March not hot in the room. When we closed the windows at night, the electric fan definitely helped a lot.

PPengguna Tetamu每次來西湖就是為了清修放鬆，這是多年來一直選擇的落腳地。雖然改名了，整體品質變化不大。地理位置很好，避開湖畔喧鬧的人流，南天竺或外雞籠山站下走進村落深處、穿過片片龍井茶園和香樟樹便是，夜間風吹葉聲，早起蟲鳴聲，真正鬧中取靜。無論向西去往上天竺、靈隱、獅峯山、九溪，還是向東去往茅家埠、外西湖，公交和打車都非常方便，徒步也可吃得消。國有資產，建造較早，設定稍顯老，但相比較地理位置和房間寬敞面積，性價比非常高，畢竟不是來特種兵，每次都是要住很多天的。改名後雖然中晚餐不提供了，但五分鐘走到村頭，就是若干家杭州本地口碑超高的餐廳。遠離喧囂，枕山而居，是杭州慢生活度假的絕佳之選。
