Hotel berhampiran Kuil Lingyin, Hangzhou

I really liked this hotel. It's very authentic. There's a lovely cat living inside, and the receptionists are wonderful :). We were treated to tea and local sweets. The hotel is located near a famous park and attractions. There's a wonderful coffee shop with really delicious coffee nearby, as well as a small market and food court. The hotel is imbued with a Chinese atmosphere.

I chose this place because of I wanted to be away from the city quiet and because of their cat. I think I made a good choice though the room I selected was a little small. The place is a short walk to Lingyan temple and there are some nice restaurants nearby. Taxi can't get in during the weekend. So, be prepared to take the bus and walk a little. It may be a little tricky if you have big and heavy suitcases. The bus station is close to the place. Overall, it was a good and enjoyable stay. The owner was chatty and helpful. I enjoyed our chats.

Good accomodations! Very near the west lake, just 15 min ish walk. Around the hotel you have a good coffee cafe and a lot of restaurants. But the walls and door are not very sound proof, so when people are loud in the hall, you might be disturbed a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at 西湖存翠居. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few steps away from the West Lake attractions, yet tucked into a peaceful, green neighborhood. We especially loved waking up to the sound of birds singing and even meeting some friendly local cats along the way. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — truly warm and welcoming. We initially booked two nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended for one more. For the first two nights, we stayed in a second-floor room with a huge window and a cozy tea table with two comfortable armchairs — it was such a relaxing space. For the final night, we tried a room on the fifth floor. It might be a bit challenging for taller guests due to the ceiling height, but the private balcony with a swing and beautiful mountain view more than made up for it. All the rooms feel thoughtfully designed, cozy, and comfortable — you can really tell that great care has been put into considering guests’ needs in every detail. Staying in such a serene, nature-filled environment while still being so close to everything is truly priceless. We would definitely love to come back.

This hotel is truly exceptional. Despite our late arrival, the staff welcomed us with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. When we were unsure where to dine, a member of staff graciously accompanied us on foot to a nearby restaurant. The following morning, they arranged a complimentary taxi to a most convenient location close to the subway, where taxis are easily available. What impressed us further was their thoughtfulness: ten minutes before our departure, they came personally to our room to kindly remind us and ensure we were ready. Breakfast, too, was exquisite—every detail of our stay was simply perfect.

超級滿意這次國慶來杭州旅行住天目山亞朵，乾淨衞生、家庭出行房間夠寬敞、床夠大，有一大一小兩張床外加一個小沙發，老媽誇了好多次住的舒適，牙刷軟和，全是細節！ 地理位置也不錯，環境安靜不嘈雜，樓下有足道、白天走累了可以去捏腳，打車到西湖、靈隱寺、西溪濕地都是十來塊錢的距離，超級滿意！ 離開杭州當天把行李放前台超級方便安心，狂誇前台小姐姐！

The location is near Lingyin Temple and Fei Lai Feng. However, due to the closure of the roads, we were unable to get a taxi to drive us into the hostel on our first night (Sat). We were stuck somewhere outside about 1.5 km away with all our luggages. We had to wait till the curfew was over before we could hail another taxi to enter the area. It was a scary experience as it was about to rain too. So do take note of the road closure timings. Quaint set up in the hostel with all the necessary amenities — even a toilet with bidet.
