TTraveling LesThe location is amazing, very close to the subway, a lot of good eateries around, easy to move around. The personnel were very polite and nice. In general, I liked the hotel, although the room felt a bit dated and non sound-proof. But for Hong Kong, it was a good deal.

YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out.
The rain shower was broken in my room.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it .
The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners.
The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying.
Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.

DDratiniThe hotel facilities and services are excellent, the staff members are highly professional and react promptly and efficiently to enquiries. The laundry service is excellent in particular - they even provided mini detergent blocks and softener sheets!
The scenery and location are also excellent, in some way it is quite a walk from Central but there is also a Fusion supermarket branch nearby... can't complain as I manage to buy even meds when I suffered from a light flu.
Super pleasant stay and I couldn't wait to be there again!

KKingsley SiuI have stayed at this hotel multiple times and continue to choose it for my visits. Given the frequency of my stays, I sincerely hope Hotel Cozi may consider offering a VIP or loyalty recognition in the future.
During my most recent stay, there was a minor incident where my hair was briefly caught in the hair dryer. Fortunately, no injury occurred. I appreciate the hotel’s prompt and responsible response in replacing the hair dryer immediately.
Overall, I remain satisfied with the service and hospitality, and I would still recommend this hotel to others.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaStaying here for second time. The room was a bit old and the curtain doesn’t work well but as a solo traveler, it was ok. The door is not well soundproof. I would prefer the first time I stayed here. However, with this price in HK, I would say I am still ok with overall experience.

ZZhuzimaikeSaya menginap di ParkLane Hong Kong kerana dijemput untuk Pameran Lukisan Antarabangsa Hong Kong yang diadakan di Perpustakaan Pusat Hong Kong. Lokasi hotel yang berdekatan sangat memudahkan perjalanan saya untuk urusan perniagaan ini. Kakitangan kaunter penyambut tetamu dan pembantu tingkat sangat membantu. Salah seorang kakitangan wanita di kaunter penyambut tetamu malah menaik taraf bilik saya secara percuma. Saya sepatutnya menginap selama dua malam, tetapi saya daftar keluar pada jam 6 petang hari kedua. Sarapan pagi mempunyai lebih banyak pilihan Barat dan sangat sedikit pilihan Cina, tetapi ia memadai. ParkLane Hong Kong terletak di lokasi yang strategik berhampiran MTR Causeway Bay dan perkhidmatan trem 'Ding Ding', menjadikannya mudah diakses. Tepat di seberang hotel adalah Victoria Park, dan terdapat banyak kedai serta restoran berdekatan. Yang paling penting, pengangkutan sangat mudah.

We had a great stay at Venetian Hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui! The location is honestly one of the best things about it — it’s right in the center of everything in TST. There are so many food places just outside the building, so finding something to eat was never a problem.
The MTR is also very convenient, only about a 2-minute walk from TST Station Exit D2, which made commuting around Hong Kong super easy. If you’re coming from the airport by bus, you can simply stop at bus stop #14 (Mirador Mansion), which is very close to the hostel.
Another thing we appreciated was the housekeeping. They collect the trash every day, so when we came back our bins were already clean. They also changed our bedsheets and towels even though we didn’t request it, which was a really nice touch.
Just a small tip: they sometimes offer room upgrades when you arrive, but you can always say NO if you want to stick with your budget.
We stayed on the 13th floor, and that floor has a free water refilling station (which the other floors don’t have), so that was a big plus for us.
The only downside is that the elevator in the building can be very slow, especially during busy hours. But overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Great option if you’re looking for a budget place in TST!

-Our room is nice and clean.. everyday they clean our room and get our trashes..
-everyday they serve bread in the morning for free and they have 24/7 free coffee and water at the lobby..
-it has lots of store within the area
-affortable price
The only disadvantage i can think of is that its a bit far from the mrt station.. esp if you have kids like us that we carry and walk a bit far everyday from the station.. though the area is okay bec theres a lot of store, 7/11 and restos

HHoneyFlyOur room is big only two people stay but i think it can fit 4 on it the see view is amazing its just that they don’t gice complementary WATER its my first time staying at the hotel that didn’t give Water 😅 location is a little far because its sea side hotel but they has service shuttle so overall its a nice Hotel and Stay
