PPengguna Tanpa NamaBagi percutian keluarga, kami memilih bilik keluarga di hotel ini, dengan satu katil besar dan dua katil kecil, cukup untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 kanak-kanak. Bilik ini kecil tetapi selesa, dan air mineral botol turut disediakan. Penghawa dingin dalam bilik berfungsi dengan sangat baik. Hotel ini hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pintu keluar C stesen Wan Chai, 8 minit berjalan kaki ke hentian tram (ding ding car), 15 minit berjalan kaki ke Star Ferry, dan 5 minit berjalan kaki ke perhentian bas lapangan terbang. Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Jika kami datang ke Hong Kong lagi di masa hadapan, kami pasti akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini lagi.

YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out.
The rain shower was broken in my room.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it .
The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners.
The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying.
Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.

DDratiniThe hotel facilities and services are excellent, the staff members are highly professional and react promptly and efficiently to enquiries. The laundry service is excellent in particular - they even provided mini detergent blocks and softener sheets!
The scenery and location are also excellent, in some way it is quite a walk from Central but there is also a Fusion supermarket branch nearby... can't complain as I manage to buy even meds when I suffered from a light flu.
Super pleasant stay and I couldn't wait to be there again!

KKingsley SiuI have stayed at this hotel multiple times and continue to choose it for my visits. Given the frequency of my stays, I sincerely hope Hotel Cozi may consider offering a VIP or loyalty recognition in the future.
During my most recent stay, there was a minor incident where my hair was briefly caught in the hair dryer. Fortunately, no injury occurred. I appreciate the hotel’s prompt and responsible response in replacing the hair dryer immediately.
Overall, I remain satisfied with the service and hospitality, and I would still recommend this hotel to others.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaStaying here for second time. The room was a bit old and the curtain doesn’t work well but as a solo traveler, it was ok. The door is not well soundproof. I would prefer the first time I stayed here. However, with this price in HK, I would say I am still ok with overall experience.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in another.
The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The view is definitely better on the higher floors — my parents stayed on the 31st floor and had a lovely view, while our room on the 12th floor didn’t have much of a view, but honestly, we were mostly there just to sleep.
There was bottled water in the room upon arrival, but when we asked for more the next day, we were told to get it from the gym. Also, the cone-shaped paper cups in the gym were not very practical — that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel has a gym for those interested.
The location is very convenient. We used the tram frequently to explore Hong Kong, and it’s very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping mall nearby, plenty of places to eat, and a supermarket right across the street.
The room overall was nice. There was a slight humidity smell, but that seems to be common in Hong Kong. Keeping the air conditioning on helps a lot.
It would be great if the hotel had universal power outlets.

We had a great stay at Venetian Hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui! The location is honestly one of the best things about it — it’s right in the center of everything in TST. There are so many food places just outside the building, so finding something to eat was never a problem.
The MTR is also very convenient, only about a 2-minute walk from TST Station Exit D2, which made commuting around Hong Kong super easy. If you’re coming from the airport by bus, you can simply stop at bus stop #14 (Mirador Mansion), which is very close to the hostel.
Another thing we appreciated was the housekeeping. They collect the trash every day, so when we came back our bins were already clean. They also changed our bedsheets and towels even though we didn’t request it, which was a really nice touch.
Just a small tip: they sometimes offer room upgrades when you arrive, but you can always say NO if you want to stick with your budget.
We stayed on the 13th floor, and that floor has a free water refilling station (which the other floors don’t have), so that was a big plus for us.
The only downside is that the elevator in the building can be very slow, especially during busy hours. But overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Great option if you’re looking for a budget place in TST!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel provided super good class mattress. Even much better than 5 star hotel. My room is on 21 floor and the city view is beautiful. The hotel price is not high in compare with other 4 stars hotel in hotel. I definitely will go back to stay in this hotel because I want to have a good sleep

HHoneyFlyOur room is big only two people stay but i think it can fit 4 on it the see view is amazing its just that they don’t gice complementary WATER its my first time staying at the hotel that didn’t give Water 😅 location is a little far because its sea side hotel but they has service shuttle so overall its a nice Hotel and Stay
