"The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel): The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔 This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what. It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent! I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems & needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞 Ricardo"

"Close to metro and there is a mcdonalds and supermarket next door. Overall experience was average, which for the price was not what I was expecting. Very small single rooms."

"Room was as described and check-in/out process was straightforward. Very nice stay close to Tiburtina station. Air conditioner worked perfectly, was brilliant for coming back after a hot day out in Rome. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Recommend for sure!"

"Everything works, but the owner doesn't spend much on renovations and maintenance. The water in the toilet was slow, the bathroom window could not be closed. With a little effort it would be a very good hotel, so it is only average. The breakfast was plentiful. I also bought dinner once, it was mediocre. The pillows were too hard for me."

"就在termini附近的一處居民樓，比較方便。附近有公交車和地鐵。感覺是居民區，門口這條路感覺也是比較安全的。位於一樓不需要搬樓梯，但是門檻和走廊裏有三到四級小樓梯要走。 店主母女非常熱情，待人真誠！給我們家一樣的關懷。和我們介紹了附近景點的交通，推薦了一些好吃的街區，還不斷提醒我們注意防盜。看到我的轉換頭稍微不符合標準，還借給我們轉換插頭。正值跨年還為我們送上了手繪的賀卡和甜酒，非常驚喜，感謝！ 很驚喜的是發現這裏提供早餐，是店家媽媽負責提供，很好吃！品種很豐富！ 房間是密碼鎖。房間比較寬敞，打開兩個箱子之後轉角處走路稍有擁擠，但還可以。衞生間乾淨敞亮（圖中是還沒有開燈）。衣帽架上有單獨的包掛衣架，這很方便👍整體房間不多，晚上很安靜，床很舒服。 隔壁還帶了狗狗入住，所以應該是寵物友好。房間電視可以登錄自己Netflix或Disney+看電視。"

"I was attending a conference and needed a nice hotel to unwind from a stressful year, but I was booked in a basement room, it was dark and smelled fungi, the walls are dark, the curtains are dark, it was a horrible 3 days of my stay as I’m also claustrophobic, I felt closed on in underneath, the floors looked wornout , that basement room was nothing different from what one would leave home. This room was close to the house service staff room, no floor mats as on the other side and I was woken up by trolleys, and chatting from staff starting their cleaning everyday, just an overall bad choice to offer to any client. The staff I found at reception on first (Naustica) was such a sweetheart and nice and helped put me in a much better room on my last night, and the room upstairs was wonderful, clean , modern and spacious and much better curtain choice. Marco at the reception on my checkout was also such a sweetheart. Given a second chance, I would still choose this hotel, as it is in such a lovely neighborhood, the staff are friendly, the breakfast was fine, but provided I don’t get that basement room ever again, but rather the type of room I got on the final day. Overall it’s a nice quality hotel, but it can also do with a modern touch and upgrade in bathrooms and floors, one can see they are well maintained but are outdated and worn out."
