Nice hotel close to Naha city beach, Naminou Shrine, and only a few minutes drive to/from Naha airport (free shuttle service available at fixed times).
The hotel offers good value for money, with the hotel's onsen and breakfast buffet being the clear highlights.
Location is not super close to the Yui Rail station and there are many adult entertainment facilities behind the hotel - so keep that in mind if traveling with family. Walking to nearby convenience stores takes a few minutes, but the hotel has its own 24/7 store that is stocked with all the essentials
Check-in and check-out are done via self service terminals, which were quick and easy to use. But there are also staff members present who can assist and handle things like luggage storage.
Regarding the room, unfortunately there was lots of condensation building up on the AC unit - and with that unit being located right above the bed, occasionally drops of water would fall right onto the pillow and/or your head. Not sure what can be done about this, but I saw another review mentioning it and wanted to confirm that this is indeed one of the few unpleasant aspects of the room / the stay at this hotel.

This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.

Very good communication and the room looks like the pictures. Hotel right by the beach, love the views. I arrived very dry late due to a cancellation from my airline and staff were able to help me to get in even without reservation personal be available at midnight. Only suggestion I would say maybe to add a microwave since family part and 7 eleven have so many items to be heated so would be nice to hit it up better at the room instead of the convenience store. Other than that, very nice and quiet place.

Really enjoyed my 6 nights stay at The Nest Naha. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. They do room cleaning every 3 days but also provide daily towel replacements, trash clearing and two bottles of water every day, so that’s perfect for me.
The free drinks from 6–7pm each evening was a welcome bonus. The infinity pool on Level 14 looked amazing — didn’t get to use it this time, but that’s reason enough to return. Missed their breakfast too, so plenty to look forward to on the next visit.
Location-wise, it’s very convenient. Close to Asahibashi Monorail Station, so getting to the airport or Kokusai Dori is easy. Lots of restaurants nearby and three konbini within walking distance, which is always handy.
Parking at the hotel is ¥1,800/day, which is a bit steep, but there are cheaper options close by so it’s not a dealbreaker.
Overall, solid hotel with a great location. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The room was good overall, and everything met my expectations. It operates according to typical Japanese standards.
The only significant downside was that the air conditioner was placed directly opposite the bed, so it couldn’t be left on overnight.
It would be better if they provided a small guide for foreign guests on how to sort the trash, since there’s only one small bin in the room.
There’s no cleaning service.
The location is generally good, but check which branch of this hotel chain you’ve booked — they’re located close to each other.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very nice experience. The beds were comfy and they also gave us 3 pillows so we were able to make one of them a plushie. The shower room is always squeaky clean and the receptionist were so kind and friendly too. The breakfast is a little Japanese style so if you are used to American style, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you want to try Natto and Soba, don't bother going else, it's included in the hotel's breakfast menu. The location is very close to the airport and just 12 minutes away from the station, so the location is superb, not to mention if you rent a car, there are several parking lots in the area too.

We stayed here with 2 kids age 11 and 13 years old. Location is perfect, right outside the train station, 5 minutes walk to Donki (which has food, groceries, and everything). There is also a hotel carpark (¥1000 yen per day), but if it's full, you can use the public carpark right next to the hotel.
However, there were a few things that could have been better.
1) We requested for an extra blanket but the hotel said they do not have any extra. What kind of hotel does not have extra blankets?!
2) We were informed at check in that they do not do certain type of cleaning every day, for example vacuuming is only every 2-3 days (can't remember the exact details). But we had to request for extra toilet paper and facial tissue because these were not replenished. Understand cleaning isn't done daily but toilet paper should be replenished daily.

PPengguna TetamuIt only takes one to ruin a stay, but this time two selfish neurotic old Chinese speaking women came into room very late at night making so much noise talking and messing with baggage. Upon mentioning disturbance one old woman got angry. That same woman continued to keep me up until 2.16am messing with zipped baggage in bed and dropping heavy objects on the wood above my bed. Total disregard that it was very late and I believe it to be done with deliberation as it was continued for hours after I complained. Then after check in an african woman let her boyfriend in the women's dorm and stand obstructing doorway talking and coming in room. That said african woman and boyfriend were sitting in women's only powder room for hours. Clearly not respecting boundaries yet no one said anything. African woman put all her stuff in my area of room, which I kept clear, and not near her own bed. A very annoying and disruptive night. Not the hostels fault. Usually everything is peaceful here

YYuyuroseReTime located just shy away from Asahibashi station and a perfect walking distance from KOKUSAI DORI shopping street, tourist spots and various supermarkets. The hotel offers capsule rooms, family rooms and a cabin themed room where you are assigned either a top or bottom bunk. You also receive free slippers and borrow sleepwear during your stay. The hotel also offers complimentary basic amenities such as toothbrush, comb, shower caps, razors if you need them.
At the lobby, there’s a beautiful wooden set of keyed lockers to choose to put away your shoes upon entering the building.
The common space is cleaned very frequently, almost every few hours (Japan's standards will make you rethink your definition of cleanliness) and where guests can eat and drink (water and additional soft drinks provided, there's also a vending machine with a nice selection of snacks). The space very pleasantly airy with lots of sun, and overall a nice place to work, snack or relax as the cabin and capsule rooms have no windows.
I loved the creativity as you are essentially sharing a bunk bed with privacy that’s provided with a sliding screen door. It’s decent, with adequate room for luggage but few may struggle if the luggage is quite large as the aisle can be a bit narrow. This can be reflected from your neighbour next door at times~!
I found overall it was very comfortable and I was assigned the top bunk during my long stay. The bed is clean, with complimentary cleaning on the 7th day (10am-3pm), and there’s a decent sized desk.
The privacy of the cabin room is definitely the main highlight about ReTime if one wishes for privacy but reduced budget than a standard hotel room. A slight issue with this kind of arrangement is shutting the screen doors may end up being noisy (the screen door naturally reduces soundproofing). However having stayed for quite some time, I found the bed and room overall very comfortable and decently spaced. If I stayed longer, this would not be an issue as the bed was quite spacious personally.
The shower option as opposed to the public onsen baths is much appreciated as 1) some women are not comfortable with the public baths, and 2) when that time of the month happens...this would reassure future guests planning to come to ReTime. The additional complimentary ammeties such as toner, cleanser and lotion were surpising and great to use also.
Some crticisms regarding the stay: upon entering, I was told check in was at 4pm, which is quite later than average . I found a coin locker nearby but would have liked to be informed I could have stayed in the common area until check in if desired. It was a bit dissapointing as I could have saved a few hundred yen and energy after a flight.
The washing machine instruction was unclear as the yellow button had to be pressed before scanning the touch bracelet, the step which is not in the images, and the staff member assisting was a bit rude (it likely shows the issue with this particular step had occurred many times). Perhaps putting some numbered stickers may help with step by step - especially turning that yellow button to green.
Overall it’s a positive experience to recharge and stay long term, however I personally found that the service can be improved. Please note this is my own personal experience and I'm not affiliated or sponsored by ReTime. All photographs are taken by myself during the stay.

The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. GGraceLcmWe arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about.
However, the service was quite disappointing.
We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise.
What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.
