LLalla LatifaFrom the moment you step into this hotel everything is amazing. The pool, the breakfast, the surroundings and ofcourse the beach. The staff is realy nice and you feel well taken care of. In case of doubt, book this resort!

PPo. R.The front office staff provided excellent service during check-in and clearly explained the hotel information. The room was not as old as expected, it was spacious, and the hotel is located right on the beach—quiet and perfect for relaxation.
However, the swimming pool was not clean, with leaves floating in it.
Overall, the stay was good, but I was disappointed during check-out. After I had already left the hotel and was making a U-turn to head home, a security guard stopped my car to ask for a transfer slip for the melon water charge. The front office staff had asked him to do this.

I believe the staff should double-check all documents more carefully before guests leave, rather than asking for payment proof afterward. Fortunately, the security guard was polite and humble.
Please consider improving how the front office handles and resolves such situations.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right, and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, we had everything we needed and more. A special thanks to K. Snow at the front desk for going above and beyond during our check-in. Even though our booking wasn’t yet in the system, she made sure everything was arranged quickly and smoothly, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. We also want to give a big shout out to K. Nat from the recreation team. She made sure we had a great time during the activities, always cheering us on during bowling and checking in on us while we played badminton to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Every time we passed by someone, they greeted us with a smile, which made us feel truly valued and at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

PPlum31Moracea has a really good location on one of the most picturesque resort beaches in Khao Lak. The rooms are decent, though the resort may be starting to show its age a bit. The only issue we had with our rooms were truly poor pillow quality. We ended up swapping to the lounger pillows and throwing the cases on them instead.
The resort seems to have handled the issue many other reviewers mention about people booking sun loungers way in advance and leaving them ”vacant” for hours. If you're out around 7-9am, you ought to find a nice seat by the beach. Even later would still work.
We had some terrific service in general at Moracea. Staff seemed hospitable and friendly, even by Thai standards. We did feel that restaurants and bars could certainly be improved in general, but not at all related to the staff. The food quality for dinner/lunch was really bland, and we opted to eat out every meal aside from a nice breakfast (which had plenty of variety for our tastes).
We would certainly book again.

Там вы увидите кур с цыплятами и петухов, коров и кокосовые пальмы. Завтраки однообразны. Номера большие и просторные. Есть на чём сидеть - в номере два кресла из ротанга, два стула и табурет, что редкость для Таиланда. Большой телевизор на котором можно смотреть свои фильмы с USB носителя. Горячая вода есть!
Мне всё понравилось.

NNopastNofutureOur stay at Le Méridien Khao Lak was absolutely wonderful and perfect for a family getaway. We traveled with our two year old twins, and the resort could not have been better suited for families with young children.
The entire property is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well maintained. There are so many pools to choose from that it never felt crowded, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day.
One of the highlights for our children was the playroom. It was a great escape during the hottest hours of the day, and they absolutely loved spending time there.
The atmosphere throughout the resort was warm, welcoming, and very family friendly. Whether you want to relax, swim, enjoy the beach, or keep the kids entertained, this resort really offers everything.
We would absolutely come back and can highly recommend Le Méridien Khao Lak for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Thailand.

BBJT26Was good location and resort for a few days. Was very busy over Christmas period, mainly with families. The same brand in China is much higher quality. Towels on arrival had holes and lots of loose threads which was really disappointing from this brand. Good choice at breakfast but many things ran out regularly as just so many people. A very different experience to going to a Pullman resort in China.

BBeh.T.WThe Hotel is cozy & the concept is cultural.
But,
1. The room soundproof is bad, i can hear someone walking outside the corridor & even i stay at 4 floor i can here people talking loudly in the late night at the lobby… the sound travel through the staircase up.
2. Overall breakfast was good.
3. This is a non smoking hotel, but the smoke detector in the room are covered, during check out i did ask the reception staff. They just ignore my question on their Fire Alarm System.
Above is not complain, is just my comments.
