Hotel berhampiran Memorial Tsunami, Daerah Takua Pa

I stayed at the resort on June 7th is my birthday and was truly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional hospitality. The security guard kindly helped me with information about a pharmacy, which I greatly appreciated. During check-in, the lovely lady with long hair provided a warm welcome, while the lobby staff gave clear and comprehensive information about the resort.     A special thank you to Prem, who explained everything so well and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would also like to recognize the bellman (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who was always smiling, friendly, and incredibly polite.     The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were wonderful at recommending menu items. The dinner experience was made even more memorable by the impressive fire show in the evening. Both swimming pools were absolutely beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort.        I was genuinely impressed by everything and my only regret is that I booked just one night. I wish I could have stayed longer! Without a doubt, I will be returning in the future and look forward to experiencing your wonderful hospitality again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Very quiet hotel with lovely green area.Good service,friendly staffs. Love the bed here it softs yet but firm just exactly what I like.Spacious room but the water pressure for shower is a bit weak.Beautiful long beach perfect for walking while the sand/beach is hard enough for ppl with knee/hip problem to enjoy the walk. In the night time when hide level water then its diff to reach other beach restaurants nearby. Bf is very good,offer what u needed. Free minibar such as soft drinks and 4 bottles of water per day n a coffee machine in room. Pleanty of sunbed around the pool n on beach. Perfect stay. Special thanks to FO n Bellboy who helped us when we check out today (01/03)n found out that we have flated tire, they have concerned and helped us to find the place to fix it. We felt truely thankfulness for that. Appreciacted.

Very nice hotel and amenities and right on the beach. They put us in adjoining rooms per the request. Rooms clean and very efficient housekeeping. Breakfast really good buffet and coffee service. Good selection of restaurants, also on beach. Small street with shops and massage 5 minutes walk. The best part is the entertainment centre, with free gym, table tennis and also pay reasonable price for tennis, squash, snooker, pool, archery and a 4 lane bowling arcade !! Great fun and fitness. Highly recommend for chill or activity or both

The Ultimate Beachfront Escape. ”The location is unbeatable, situated right on the beautiful Memories Beach. It’s an absolute dream for outdoor enthusiasts—I spent my days surfing, running along the shore, and chilling by the pool. I also loved that I didn’t have to leave the property for good food; having Thai, Italian, and a cute coffee shop on-site was so convenient. Above all, the staff were so welcoming and provided world-class hospitality. Highly recommend!”

Good location ,beach front . A nice place to stay . Kids enjoy a lot of. All Staff is very humble and helpful . On check in staff member hanif took care of every thing for out check in . Our all our stay was fantastic

Our stay at the Marriott Resort was truly enjoyable. Spending five days there felt like pure relaxation from start to finish. The staff were consistently very kind, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel welcome at all times. We particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The only small thing we missed was a dedicated room for yoga or a bit more open space within the gym for personal workouts. However, this was not a major issue, as the gym was not overly busy and it was easy to improvise when needed. Overall, everything else was excellent and met our expectations fully. The atmosphere, service, and comfort made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to this resort and gladly recommend it to others.

Отель расположен в 7 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Мне понравилось ходить на пляж Nang Thong по грунтовой дороге через территорию заброшенного отеля через лес. Там вы увидите кур с цыплятами и петухов, коров и кокосовые пальмы. Завтраки однообразны. Номера большие и просторные. Есть на чём сидеть - в номере два кресла из ротанга, два стула и табурет, что редкость для Таиланда. Большой телевизор на котором можно смотреть свои фильмы с USB носителя. Горячая вода есть! Мне всё понравилось.

A Slice of Paradise at JW Marriott Khao Lak 🌴 From the moment we arrived at JW Marriott Khao Lak, we were swept into a world of tropical elegance and warm hospitality. Nestled along a pristine stretch of beach, the resort blends traditional Thai charm with modern luxury in the most seamless way. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with local accents, and opened directly onto the lagoon pool—yes, the 2.5 km-long pool that winds through the entire resort like a lazy river. Waking up and diving straight into the water was a dream. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant teams, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Dining was a highlight. From the beachfront seafood BBQ at The Waterfront to the authentic Thai flavors at Ta-Krai, every meal was a delight. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and ambiance made it worthwhile. We also loved the little touches: the JW Garden where herbs are grown for the kitchen, the serene Quan Spa, and the family-friendly amenities like the kids’ pool and activities. Evenings were magical, with golden sunsets and live music by the beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with world-class service and a touch of Thai soul, JW Marriott Khao Lak is a top-tier choice. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return.

The Hotel is cozy & the concept is cultural. But, 1. The room soundproof is bad, i can hear someone walking outside the corridor & even i stay at 4 floor i can here people talking loudly in the late night at the lobby… the sound travel through the staircase up. 2. Overall breakfast was good. 3. This is a non smoking hotel, but the smoke detector in the room are covered, during check out i did ask the reception staff. They just ignore my question on their Fire Alarm System. Above is not complain, is just my comments. Thanks

The hotel is very beautiful with a great atmosphere. The layout of each zone is well organized. I stayed here for two nights during a long weekend, and the place was quite crowded since many guests came at the same time. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. Parking space is limited, but guests can park outside the hotel and use the shuttle service provided. The room was spacious with a large bed. I chose the room with direct pool access — it was amazing! The bathroom was separated into wet and dry zones, and all the amenities were fully provided. There was even a capsule coffee machine for guests — excellent! The air conditioning system is digital, and there’s also a ceiling fan. Two key cards are provided. The hotel has a fitness room for guests, and there’s a bar by the beach which is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. However, I have a few complaints: the room was quite dusty — when I wiped the table, there was dust on my hand. The pillows, blanket, and bedsheets had a musty smell, as if they hadn’t fully dried. Also, breakfast time felt a bit chaotic because guests had to wait in line, and there were times when plates, spoons, and glasses weren’t restocked quickly enough. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with just a few small issues that could be improved
