Hotel berhampiran Pantai Naithon, Phuket

The room we stayed in was exactly like in the pictures, and our balcony faced the pool. The bed was very big and comfortable, and the breakfast was good enough with bread, cheese, coffee, eggs, cake, fruits, little pancakes, and also some Thai options. The beach is very close and it was beautiful during December, no waves, clear water looked like a pool also a lot of shade from the trees. There are pharmacies, one convenient store, some restaurants nearby etc. The staff is nice and kind, but dont expect them to give you tips where to go, eat etc. It is important to know the deposit has to be paid in cash, there are ATMs nearby, but we were not expecting it that is why I am mentioning in the review.

It’s comparatively a new hotel with right near to beach with less public. The main city and some famous places are far. So if you are couple or want to enjoy each other company then good to go. Mostly couples and families here. Staff is good and welcome with a drink. The pool area is amazing and drinks offered .

A good, large hotel for a family vacation. Spacious grounds with two swimming pools, one of which has a sandy beach. Plenty of evening entertainment: billiards, table tennis, hockey, and a gym. Our room was a bit tired and aged. On Friday evening, there was a party on the neighboring street, and the noise continued until 11:30 PM. Breakfasts are varied, with plenty of options and corners where you can get various burgers, soups, omelets, and so on, but many of the European dishes were poorly prepared and tasteless. We once asked for a lunchbox for breakfast because we were going on an excursion. Fortunately, we had our own food in the room. Overall, it's a large, comfortable hotel with good infrastructure, quick access to the beach, and easy access to the airport. The breakfast and the quality of the rooms are questionable.

I had a short stay at the Sugar Marina Resort-Lagoon in Naiyang Beach. This establishment was ideal for a short stay before my flight the next day. What I loved most about the hotel was the decor. From the lobby to the room, the decor was absolutely divine. I also loved the fact that my room had its own jacuzzi. The hotel has its own restaurant, countless pools and a gym. The location is ideal if you want to stay close to the airport but otherwise there’s not much going on in the area.

The location is amazing, walkable access to the beach. No basic amenities provided like dental kit, sleepers etc. Amazed to see Missing or stolen Items rate sheets, never seen anywhere in the world. Rooms located in the backyard garden need painting and plaster, smells of putty paint in rooms. It is better to book a private villa which has a swimming pool 24/7 access. If booking a basic room is not at all recommended..No Swimming pool access to backyard garden rooms, 4 other pools are occupied by Private villa people. Mosquitoes everywhere, they must have mosquito repellent options in the room, which is basic sense not provided at all. Recommended for old retired couples, not at all recommended for families with kids. On this charge better options are available. Please check Room photos properly before booking.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach from March 12–15. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located on a peaceful hill overlooking Naithon Beach, giving stunning ocean views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that made it easy to enjoy the view. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including both international and Thai options, and everything was fresh and well presented. The infinity pools overlooking the ocean were a highlight of the stay and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is also close to Naithon Beach, which is quieter and less crowded than many beaches in Phuket, making it ideal if you want a more peaceful experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Pullman Phuket Arcadia to anyone visiting Phuket. I would happily stay here again.

Overall stay was fine, but definitely it’s not a real 5*, solid 4*. Rooms are big and clean, location is very Nai Yang central, everything is just few steps away. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel is ok for couple of nights stay, but I wouldn’t spend here my full vacation. Hotel shape makes territory very narrow and boring. On negative side. Many small things are not convenient in this hotel. Beds are very hard and bed linen quality is for sure not a 5* level. Air condition in room is extremely strong, we both got sick after first night, sore throat, even I put 23-24° with low fan, but inside room was always extremely cold, I had to switch it off completely from time to time. Maybe because hotel is quite new and aircon system works well, I don’t know. Amenities are placed weird and not convenient at all, you have teapot inside small closet but no electricity socket around, so I had to bring it to bathroom to boil water. Luggage shelve and wardrobe in Deluxe rooms are located inside bathroom! Also big problem with water in shower, you have to wait for hot water and also water pressure is changing all time, can be weak with cold water and then suddenly strong and adding hot, so taking shower isn’t too comfortable. Pools are not convenient, small, almost no area for sun-beds, no trees. We were given a room facing a small side street with cafes and bars, loud music (with low bass) until 3 am from a bar didn’t let me sleep, because it was super loud and disturbing, windows are not good soundproof too. Next day we asked to change the room and staff helped with this and we were given upgrade in another building, room was much bigger. I saw another couple also moving same day, seems like because of same reason. Flooring material in rooms is also very cheap, first time in my life I saw linoleum in 5*. Also first time I saw they will charge you with fine for mangosteen in room, usually only durian. Breakfast is quite good, plenty of choices, good coffee machine, but no tea selection, just a common used teapot with black teabag inside. When I asked for one camomile tea bag for me (because they put it in the room too), I was told they don’t have and tea is only what is on table. Bakery is awful, cheap quality. Fruit choice was good. Even I support smoking free policy in hotel public areas, but they don’t allow to smoke on room balcony too, for me it is annoying and not customer friendly, they have few designated smoking areas on territory.

Bilik ini bersaiz bagus dan sesuai untuk pengembara tunggal atau berkembar yang tidak memerlukan sebarang perkhidmatan. Bilik ini murah dengan katil yang bagus dan balkoni yang kecil tetapi berfungsi. Ia mempunyai tempat urutan kecil yang bagus di sebelah meja penyambut tetamu, terlalu mahal, tetapi semuanya ada di Phuket. Kelemahannya ialah tidak banyak yang perlu dilakukan dan kawasan pantainya kecil dan tidak dibenarkan berenang. Memang cantik dan apartmen menyewa skuter untuk bersiar-siar pada kadar yang agak berpatutan. Ia mempunyai beberapa restoran yang bagus dan, seperti yang dinyatakan, pemandangan tropika yang indah. Walau bagaimanapun, seluruh kawasan tidak bermula sehingga lewat pagi dan ditutup awal. Keseluruhan tempat yang baik untuk tinggal jika anda ingin menjadi sedikit lebih terpencil dan jauh dari patong dan kehidupan malam.

Прекрасный номер в прекрасном комплексе. Новый, сухой, чистый, огромный балкон с ванной. Есть все необходимое для проживания, регулярная уборка. Бонусом всегда 2 бутылки воды. При необходимости собствннники очень оперативно реагируют на все просьбы, и открыты к диалогу. Рекомендую на 5+

Near the beach ( 5 mins by car ) , have nice gym and pool . Standart room is small but has everything you need. However the area is under construction so it might be dusty around the road. Breakfast has limited options but overall is okay. In general is good hotel to relax for 1 or couple of nights.
