The Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names. The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation. The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area. The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products. The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu. The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island. Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night. The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna. Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience. On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel. We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

We stayed in superior room No. 2507 in May 2026. Overall, the impressions were positive. The room is in good condition, everything shines and sparkles. 2 king size beds, semi-hard mattresses, 2 pillows each, a bedside table, a lamp between them. The TV is not a big Samsung, not a smart TV. The refrigerator is small, without a freezer. It contains paid nuts, beer, water. 2 bottles of water, sugar, tea, coffee, cream, 2 cups, 2 glasses, a kettle - the standard set of each hotel. Balcony with access to the jungle, with dryer, 2 plastic. armchairs, a table, and an unpleasantly humming air conditioning fan unit. This is a minus. The built-in air conditioner with controls on the wall blew where it was needed - not on the bed! The downside is that there is a door to the adjoining room; you can hear perfectly well what is going on with your neighbors. The toilet is standard with a hygienic shower. The shower room is large with a rain shower head on top. The pressure is strong, hot water comes out almost immediately, which is a definite plus for the hotel. It was a little dark in the washbasin, and I had to go out to the mirror and go into the room to shave. There is also not enough light in the room. Thais invariably create evening intimate twilight😁. The door is locked with an electronic lock and 2 key cards are issued. We had a reservation without meals. But according to stories, the food on the Chanalai network is not even bad. They provide 3 towels, including a beach towel. There are 2 swimming pools. There are jets of Jacuzzi hydromassage with good pressure. Second pool on the roof. Everything in the pools is great, only for children. Depth 1.1 meters. Swimming is very difficult, your feet constantly touch the bottom! There is no territory. The building is shaped like the Russian letter P, and the same shape is the pool with sun loungers and a bar. We checked in at 13-00, offering welcome ice cream and a sweet drink. Opposite the hotel there are a number of fruit outlets, a restaurant and a minimart store. 500 meters to the nearest seven/11. And 900 meters to the beach. There is a one-time transfer to the Jangceylon shopping center in Patong, we took advantage of it on a rainy day. Markets and retail chains in Patong, unlike Karon, are very developed. Summary: not a bad 3 or 4 star hotel, it’s up to you to decide. The downside is the depth of the pools. Отдыхали в улучшенном номере №2507 в мае 2026. В целом впечатления положительные. Номер в хорошем состоянии, всё блестит, сверкает. 2 кровати Кинг сайз, полужесткие матрасы, по 2 подушки, тумбочка, светильник между ними. ТВ не большой Самсунг, не смарт ТВ. Холодильник маленький, без морозильной камеры. В нем платные орешки, пиво, вода. 2 бутылки воды, сахар, чай, кофе, сливки, 2 чашки, 2 бокала, чайник – стандартный набор каждого отеля. Балкон с выходом на джунгли, с сушилкой, 2 пластик. кресла, столик, и что неприятно гудящий блок вентилятора кондиционера. Это в минус. Встроенный кондиционер с управлением на стене дул куда нужно - не на кровати! Из минусов это дверь всмежный номер, слышимость прекрасная, что происходит у соседей. Туалет стандартный с гигиеническим душем. Душевая комната большая с тропической лейкой сверху. Напор сильный, горячая вода почти сразу идёт, что несомненный плюс отелю. В умывальнике темновато, для бритья приходилось выходить к зеркалу в комнату. Света в комнате тоже не хватает. Тайцы неизменно создают вечерний интим-полумрак😁. Дверь запирается на электронный замок, выдают 2 карты-ключ. Бронь у нас была без питания. Но по рассказам кормят в сети Chanalai очень даже не плохо. Выдают по 3 полотенца, в том числе пляжное. Имеется 2 бассейна. Есть струи гидромассажа джакузи, с хорошим напором. Второй бассейн на крыше. Всё в бассейнах прекрасно, только детям. Глубина 1,1 метр. Плавать очень тяжело, постоянно задевает ногами дно! Территории нет. Здание русской буквой П, и такой же формы бассейн с лежаками и баром. Поселили в 13-00, предложив приветстве

Hotel ini mungkin jarang dipilih oleh warga negara China; sepanjang 3 hari saya menginap, saya hanya melihat 4 orang China, berbeza dengan Sheraton di sebelah yang penuh dengan mereka. Gaya hotel ini adalah resort Barat yang lama, dengan bilik yang luas dan kolam renang yang besar, sesuai untuk bersantai. Mungkin saya bernasib baik kali ini, harga kurang dari enam ratus semalam, sangat berbaloi. Satu-satunya kelemahan besar adalah sarapan; pilihan makanan agak terhad, dan perkhidmatan panduan perlu diperbaiki, tetapi bagi saya yang selalu bangun lewat, ini tidak terlalu memberi kesan. Lokasi hotel sangat baik, keluar sahaja ke pantai, ada 7-Eleven dan dobi dalam 5 minit berjalan kaki, dan hanya 10-20 minit berjalan kaki ke Jungceylon. Lokasinya mudah diakses dan pada masa yang sama cukup tenang pada waktu malam. Asalnya saya menempah bilik pemandangan taman, tetapi petugas kaunter depan telah menaik tarafnya kepada bilik pemandangan taman matahari terbenam semasa daftar masuk. Ruang bilik luas dan susun aturnya baik, ada sofa dan meja kerja, bilik mandi luas dan bersih, dan terdapat dua kerusi berjemur di balkoni, memberikan suasana percutian yang santai di hotel. Secara keseluruhannya, saya rasa cukup bagus, agak seperti Wyndham Shangri-La di negara saya; walaupun tidak terlalu mewah, tetapi dengan harga ini, apa lagi yang boleh diminta? Jika harganya sesuai lagi, saya pasti akan menempahnya semula lain kali. Fasiliti: Kemudahan di dalam bilik lengkap, walaupun agak lama, tetapi dijaga dengan baik. Bantal kerusi berjemur di balkoni agak usang, tetapi tidak menjejaskan keselesaan. Kebersihan: Bersih dan kemas, mencapai piawaian 5 bintang. Persekitaran: Hotel ini mempunyai kira-kira 3 blok bangunan mengapit 2 kawasan kolam renang, sesuai untuk bersantai di hotel, keluar sahaja ke pantai, dan ada restoran berdekatan pantai yang menampilkan persembahan band pada waktu malam. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan mungkin agak sedikit, tetapi secara umumnya sikap mereka sangat baik, dapat menguruskan pengurusan bagasi dan pembersihan.

Even if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature). While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order. But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny. Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.” After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime. This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol. I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high? In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out. I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average. P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

four-night stay at this hotel. The loft-style design is beautiful, modern, and full of character. Our room offered a stunning water view, a very comfortable bed, and waking up to that scenery was a true highlight of our trip. The layout is fantastic, featuring two smart TVs—one in the living hall and another in the bedroom—both allowing for seamless streaming and mobile connectivity. The accommodation was exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a kitchen, microwave, large fridge, toaster, water boiler, capsule coffee machine, and convenient British power outlets. Coffee and tea sachet are available and refillable. The bathroom was well-stocked with body gel and shampoo, and the shower water temperature and pressure were excellent. We also loved the welcoming touch of a small gift: a custom luggage tag personalized with my name's initial. A special mention goes to the ”Magic Box” concept—a brilliant initiative that ensures a completely undisturbed stay. The hotel’s commitment to sustainability is highly commendable. From the eco-friendly surrounding habitat and minimal use of paper and plastic, to the reusable glass water bottles and alternative-day room cleaning, their green efforts are clearly visible. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a convenient mini gym available on the 6th floor, and avid joggers will absolutely love running around the beautiful Laguna area. The dining options here are excellent. The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and the dinner pricing at the cafe is very reasonable. We loved that they feature a different culinary theme every night with delicious food, alongside a fantastic tap beer buffet option. A la carte & in-room dining menus is available during day and night. We also appreciated the convenient mini-mart located right beside the all-day dining cafe. The location is fantastic, with a 24/7 minimart, medical clinic, and Boat Avenue’s vibrant dining and wellness options nearby. This chic hotel exceeded our expectations. There's many people to thank you for making our stay comfortable, but Kudos to receptionists Khun Bonus and Khun Mintang, service Khun Nu-Nong— the true stars of Cassia Phuket. Your outstanding hospitality ensures we will definitely return! 😉🥳👍🙏

Hotel Saii Laguna terletak di Laguna Phuket. apabila tiba, kakitangan menyambut kami dengan mesra, prihatin dan menghidangkan minuman alu-aluan. Bilik besar, cantik dan selesa. boleh melihat tasik taman yang indah dari bilik kami. kami menikmati minum petang percuma di bilik yang dihias berhampiran lobi. Kolam renang adalah besar, bersih dan boleh melihat matahari terbenam yang indah. kami menyediakan bot percuma ke perkampungan terusan, kami menikmati makan malam kami di mana .selepas makan malam membeli-belah dan kembali ke hotel dengan bot. secara keseluruhan, Saii Laguna Phuket adalah resort yang cantik dan besar. Akan tinggal lagi lain kali jika datang ke Phuket lagi.

Pros - super attentive staff and problems are resolved quickly  - Great views from room (see photos) - Huge private pool (though most is in the shade) - Outdoor hot tub Cons  - Not ‘luxury’ as the hotel name implies - old worn furniture in most rooms (see photos) though we were moved somewhere better very quickly after complaining. - Huge service charges and taxes - No beach - Villas so close together that you can hear families with children next door (we haven’t extended our stay for this reason)  - Restaurants and food are poor - no western breakfast (sausages/bacon etc), the stake house we eat at was glum to say the least. I’m actually leaving this place to get on a plane with diarrhea - Poor value for money compared to other resorts at this price point (JW, Four Seasons, Ritz etc)

Saya menempah bilik deluxe pemandangan laut, tetapi pada hari saya pergi untuk mendaftar masuk, terdapat sedikit kekeliruan, jadi saya menaik taraf ke vila peribadi, tinggal di sana selama satu malam, dan memindahkan bagasi saya keesokan harinya. Ia adalah satu pembaziran masa, tetapi saya fikir tiada apa yang boleh saya lakukan dan semuanya baik-baik saja. Saya bersarapan selama dua hari dan rasanya menu berbeza pada hari pertama dan kedua. Telur dadar itu sedap walaupun pemuda itu bekerja keras di bawah terik matahari. Pastikan anda pergi dan mencubanya. Anda boleh membawa kereta ke pantai dan menggunakan kereta untuk datang. Secara peribadi, saya lebih suka kolam di sebelah pantai. Baik untuk bermain dengan kanak-kanak juga. Terdapat rumput, buaian, berkayak dan gol bola sepak. Saya tidak dapat menggunakan kayak kerana ombaknya kuat. Terdapat beberapa cicak kecil di sekitar resort, yang comel.

The room is very quiet and spacious. The bathroom has shower and tub. The hotel offer the bus to the city center. Big pool and nice towels service in the pool and you can bring your towel to the beach
