Hotel berhampiran Dataran Alamo, San Francisco

Overall it’s good, I have a room that near to the street at first night , the veiled is great but I hardly fall asleep. But after calling the front desk, they were so efficient and friendly to help me to changed to a room that is much more quiet than the first one. The room cleaning ladies were super friendly and always have a big smile on their faces, 10/10 for the ladies.

Location is good. Good neighborhood with many bus routes nearby. Room maybe small but this hotel is clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but It’s good for the money.

A relatively clean place. The bathrooms were clean too, even if they were shared across all people on the floor. The hotel is close to many bars and restaurants. And getting to Mission District is only a few stops on the 22 bus.

Hotel económico y antiguo que cumple para 1 o 2 noches ( abstenerse tikis mikis o con pretenciones glamurosas ) Pillamos una habitación con baño privado, por aproximadamente 80 la noche . No esperes calidades, es antiguo y entiendo que poco a poco lo van a reformar ya que en recepción están quitando la moqueta por suelo de madera La habitación es de 15 mts y tenía ventana exterior , colchón de muelles algo traquetearo pero que mi espaldao lo acepto al menos 1 noche El baño le han dado un toque y lo han mejorado . La infraestructura es básica pero la limpieza más que aceptable. No esperes lujos, los rellanos huelen algo raro supongo por la moqueta ( típico olor de este tipo de hoteles con moqueta) Resumen , si quieres conocer este barrio es una muy buena opción este hostel hotel . Zona de difícil aparcamiento, es todo tarifado El personal es agradable sobre todo quien nos hizo el check out , un encanto 😊 Te dejan dejar las maletas en consigna . El barrio está muy bien , casi inmeros y a pocas calles de la zona multicolor 🏳️🌈🌈

Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Lage mit einigen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Nicht so viele Obdachlose wie man denkt man sollte nur nicht den Berg nach unten gehen da wird es doch recht schlimm. Der Aufzug ist nichts für Leute die Angst haben. Rezeption war sehr nett Das Zimmer war für eine einzelne Person ausreichend und man kann ein Fenster öffnen. Bringt euch Duschgel mit es ist nur Shampoo und conditioner vorhanden und ein Stück Seife :) Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen wenn ich in SF bin

Dally the front desk is very RUDE !!! We arrived at the lobby and there is one front desk present ( Dally) who is assisting two or three more guest then I saw this online checkin kiosk I opt to used it for convenience so I input my info and the machine confirmed my reservation and requesting me to pay the resorts fee and security deposit which is not yet paid so I inserted my card then this Guy from the front desk loudly said don’t used that it will double charge you. So I quickly removed my card but the transaction have been processed so I have no choice but to finish my transaction and get our key cards then he keep saying I can’t help you now Cant help you now with a RUDE tone and he also went in-front of me telling You DID that too yourself And Can’t help you now …. I’m about to get mad because of his rude attitude towards me. then Bryan arrived he was very hospitable help us out and explained the charge to us and Confirm that there is NO DOUBLE Charge he also mention the name of his rude colleague who is dallie or dally Please take AXIOM because this employee doesn’t know what he saying with his rude attitude toward me … As a hospitality graduate he should treat the guest with empathy and offer his services because its his job. And he can explain it properly and say sorry is out of my scope and ask help from my manager Also when we check out on oct 13 around 7am theres a front desk who has no energy. We greeted him and I asked for checkout He just pointed the drop off keys and has this DO NOT DISTURB ME attitude while we are waiting at the lobby with my partner he loudly said Hey are you guest here ??!! With a condescending tone, he taught my partner was an outsider… We just greeted him 5minutes ago that how snobbish he is he didn’t even remember my partner… Regardless the two women front desk TAYLOR and TATIANA are kind and warm unlike the two FO .

Oh my, what to say Staff are reasonably nice enough. The hotel is a bit, might I say, grungy/dingy. From the wooden pole jammed in the window to keep it shut, the circular blotches of paint above the shower, the toast, coffee, cereal, to the stifling hot temperature without AC. AC is usually not a big deal in San Francisco except for when you need it which might be 20-40 times a year but some people insist on it. Don’t go. I have no idea why people give it good reviews so sorry.

Union was the right price in the very right location, and wonderful people running the place as well. Toilet & washroom were in the hallway, but that was OK with me, as I've traveled extensively outside the West, and done that regularly. BART access is nearly doorstep, which was a top priority - loved it! Location is right at the ”Burrito Triangle”, with lots of other food available, too, so dining is easy. Their complimentary coffee is strong & fresh, but since DIY was permitted, I brought my civet coffee & fill-yourself K-cups. Good place to stay!

ฉันเข้าพักโรงแรมพิโอน่า เป็นเวลา 9 คืน ฉันไปกับพี่สาวของฉัน เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ตอนแรกเราคิดว่าจะใช้เวลาเดินเที่ยวกัน แต่คนไร้บ้านเยอะมาก ฉันกับพี่สาวไม่กล้าเดินกัน จะไปไหนก็ต้องเรียกอูเบอร์ ตอนกลางคืนฉันไม่แนะนำให้ออกไปเดินเล่น เพราะมันน่ากลัว ส่วนพนักงานต้องรับให้การช่วยเหลือดีมาก ฉันประทับใจและคิดว่า ถ้าฉันมีโอกาสกลับมม ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่พิโอน่าอีก และจะแนะนำให้เพื่อนของฉันด้วย อาหารเช้าจะมีขนมและผลไม้น่ารักมาก
