Lokasinya sangat baik, betul-betul di sebelah lembu jantan gangsa di Wall Street, sangat dekat dengan pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah, dan sangat mudah ke Pusat Dagangan Dunia dan Jeti Patung Liberty. The location is very nice; safty and not far away to get access to the tourist spots. Staff are helpful ; however, there are some limitation for elevator useage -- only 2 may not enough even in the rush hours and in general use for both house keepers and the guests. Some guests miss over 5 times of waiting; specially for the house keepers with the cart. The room space is quite small but clean enough to stay. The drinking water machine on the ground floor never work so the hotel provide bottle watter on request.

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows.
The bathroom was nice with piping hot water.
The breakfast and the service in the restaurant were awful both at breakfast time and lunch.
Kay on reception was the only member of staff who made us feel welcome and always smiling and very helpful.
We stay in nice Hotel suites all over the world so this was overpriced and underwhelming.

The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Financial District. Super convenient if you're looking to explore lower Manhattan or have business nearby.
Facilities:
Facilities are quite basic. Don’t expect much beyond the essentials — the room only came with shower gel and shampoo. No frills, no extras.
Service:
Service leaves much to be desired. On two occasions, my room wasn’t made until around 6pm — despite me being out from 8am. It was frustrating to come back after a full day and have to wait in the lobby while housekeeping did their rounds. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to consistency and timing in room servicing.
Front Desk:
Hit or miss. Service ranged from great to below average depending on who was working. The standout was the gentleman who checked us in during the night — polite, efficient, and welcoming. Others... not quite the same experience.
Overall:
Great location, but very limited amenities and inconsistent service. Would only recommend if you're prioritizing location over comfort and service.

I stayed here for two nights when I was in New York and loved the cute pods. If you like staying in aesthetic hotels, don’t plan on being in the hotel for very long, and don’t want to break the bank, stay here. You can’t eat or take calls in the pods though - good to be aware!
What I loved:
-Grown alchemist toiletries - they feel so luxe. Also the robe is so nice!
-Location is amazing - walking distance to west village and broadway, easy bus / subway access to anywhere else
-White noise machine - this blocks out a lot of sound and is great
-Bathrooms were pretty clean - I recommend going downstairs
-If you can’t carry your bag upstairs, they’ll send someone to do it which was much appreciated!
What could be better:
-Downstairs has a hot water machine but you need your own teabags or coffee. I bought some from a supermarket but it would be amazing if there was as an option to buy them at the hotel.

It’s centrally located in downtown NY. Near Chinatown. The subway is next to the building. The city view from the window is fantastic. The staff are very professionally trained and very polite and friendly.

First of all I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
Reading reviews before booking it I had some doubts, but my stay was great. The room is small, but there is enough space. For me it was important that there was no noise: almost no noise from outside and no noise from other rooms.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

MMs. ShaniquaOmgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice.

There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking.
Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)!
We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional!
p.s. they also offer a seated bar area.

PPengguna TetamuI couldn’t ask for a much better place to hunker down during the snow before our flight. This place checked all the boxes. Close to the train station where it’s only a sky train straight to idk. The hotel is VERY CLEAN. The staff are excellent including the maids. The continental breakfast buffet was good too. I mean where in New York can you get a free breakfast buffet in the hotel without paying an arm and a leg for it? Istan! I will be BACK. Matheo(sorry i forgot the spelling of his name). He went all out of his way to help me with my room key when i told him that it wasn’t working. I am extremely impressed about this hotel. Btw, they have a gym with a peloton bike in there and some treadmills and bicycle. There’s refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Theres no business center either just an fyi.

HHarpoprahBe careful about their hidden cost, everyday you need to pay around US$50 for their all access fees(lounge, roof top, gym) which is mandatory!
It is not indicated in the booking so I feel cheated that I have to pay for such fees which amount up to US$150 for my 3 nights there.
And did I mention you have to carry all your luggages by yourself which I had to push the luggage trolley myself!
Amazing location but I will not go there again!

Check in was fast and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There are umbrellas to use in the rainy weather and the front concierge staff are happy and greet you nicely.
The location is convenient- close to all main sites of NYC but just far away enough from the noise and bustle so you can have a peaceful night’s sleep. Air conditioning can be adjusted as our room got a little too cool for our comfort.
The luxury king room high floor itself is disappointing. Quite a bit more in cost compared to a standard king room, the room doesn’t have any fabulous views or even a bathtub that can accommodate someone comfortably. One website advertises the luxury king rooms have a ‘spa bath’. This is fact is not true and incorrect. Room slippers are very nice and there are enough towels for 2 people.
Pillows are too soft and the room furniture is tired-looking. Some peeling wallpaper as well indicating the need for a refit.
For the money, there’s no breakfast either and if you wish to extend your checkout after 11am, it’s $100 for 1-3 hours. A bit rich, considering you’re better off getting a lounge pass at the airport or simply go for a walk around this amazing city. To compensate, there’s an awesome diner 50m from the hotel that serves fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Bathroom products are lovely- Balmain and there’s only 1 bathrobe in the room, which I thought was strange, considering the booking was for 2 people. No minibar either… why is this?!
I would stay again simply because of the location but I would not pay for the luxury king room high floor again, as it’s not worth the money. Keep the location but take a standard room.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the Westin Grand Central for a day and service and cleanliness was below standard, so I moved to Hyatt Grand Central for 3 nights. The location was very convenient as it’s right at the top (adjacent) to the Grand Central station. The area was full of restaurants and tourists must visit places - Summit, Empire State Building, Time Square etc. In the hotel, there was a lounge on 16/F which was a good deal especially for a family as it offered continental bfast, snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks and its charged on a per room bases. The staff at the reception and the concierge were friendly and attentive with the usual Hyatt experiences. I will return in my next visit.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is in an excellent location but checking in was a nightmare had to queue for over an hour. The lift system is atrocious. The system gives you a lift for your floor and then allocates that lift to everyone else. It takes ages for it to come and then everyone cannot get into the one lift and you start all over again. Could be waiting 30 mins plus for a lift. Everyone complaining about the lifts and sating that it’s the worst hotel because of it.

Cleanliness & Amenities: Not great. The room wasn't really clean. I found hair on the toilet seat and on the bathroom floor. There was no conditioner left in the bottle, and on my last day, I finished up the soap. It's to wonder if they even clean and check the room before the next guests.
Service: Very friendly and welcoming staff. On the last day, I had a tour and asked to leave my luggage in the lobby. It was easy, and I picked it up later without any problems. However, be aware that a tip is expected and pretty much mandatory. The door man said to leave a tip first before I could leave my luggage. I'd have given something anyway, but I'm just letting you know what to expect.
Breakfast: Do not expect much. You get a voucher that allows you to get one drink, one fruit, and one pastry/bread.
