MMs. ShaniquaOmgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice.

There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking.
Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)!
We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional!
p.s. they also offer a seated bar area.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were amazingly pleasant, the hotel was so cool and clean, the room was so modern… I loved the whole thing! My only negative was that the conditioner in the bathroom was empty but if I was staying for more than one night and if I asked for it to be filled, I guarantee they would with no hesitation. Such a great hotel and a quick walk to Barclays Center!

PPengguna TetamuFlight got delayed and when we arrived, the room we booked was not available. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite on the highest floor and overlooking the hudson river. View was fantastic. Room was spacious but just a bit dusty in some corners. Overall, a nice experience.

PPengguna TetamuGood location, staff were excellent. Nothing was too much. On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away. Close to subway to get around the city. Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about. However, rooms are modern and quiet. Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay.
Paid $125 per room deposit, only down fall was on checking out had another charge on my card, for both rooms and unsure what this is for. Didn’t receive any confirmation or reassurance I will get my deposits back. But overall couldn’t fault the hotel. Roof top bar, probably needs some work, tiles were lose and staff weren’t ready when we went up, so didn’t stop for a drink just went straight back down.

HHarpoprahBe careful about their hidden cost, everyday you need to pay around US$50 for their all access fees(lounge, roof top, gym) which is mandatory!
It is not indicated in the booking so I feel cheated that I have to pay for such fees which amount up to US$150 for my 3 nights there.
And did I mention you have to carry all your luggages by yourself which I had to push the luggage trolley myself!
Amazing location but I will not go there again!

KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

But I agree with a lot of the reviews on Google (please take a look before booking). It is very old, mouldy (on walls, bathrooms, everywhere), dusty, and just not a hotel of this rating. I know this is not an expensive hotel for its location but for the same price I would definitely pick something else next time. It’s not really the cleaners fault but the hotel requires a complete revamp/redo. The carpets are very dirty and old. That said, at least the beds and everything was considered ‘clean’ (albeit old). For the avoidance of doubt… the photos on the platform / website do not reflect the state of it - we had pretty high expectations, and thought we had booked a gem…

FFern WiseHad to rebook a room because flights were cancelled due to the snow storm. Understandable reception was busy. Unfortunately the lady dealing with us was very rude and blunt.
Apart from this stay was good. Location is amazing!

PPengguna Tetamu我定的可以看到帝國大廈的房間，結果衹能在一條線裏看到，實在有點失望。
房間呢，雖然有點小，但裝修的還挺時髦，就是冷氣實在太吵了，還好晚上不熱，也就不開算了。
地理位置是沒得説，離哪哪都挺近的。
酒店自己有一個餐廳，味道不錯的。對solo traveller來説比較方便
