Staying at Imperial Stay B&B was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The host/s went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—truly chef’s kiss service. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Communication was clear and timely, which made the entire process effortless. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All the staff here at Hotel 1080 Are Absolutely Amazing! They explained all the Amazing amenities all around the property which are Basement for all the guess and Employees on the breaks! Designated Smoke room for smokers, beautiful lounge area with Flat Screen which is front of the Stage. They have an amazing bar! COFFEE & TEA ARE FREE at any convenience for all guests. Last but not the least I was able to have the choice of my room with walk in glass wall and door Shower? My room was Gorgeouslicios and I would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay here and make reservation at your convenience😍🥰😙🤩😘 I thank you for all the staff that assisted me while I was there for my needs of my questions which were all answered.

酒店位置離肯尼基機場有20公里，有些遠，晚上凌晨到的話從肯尼迪機場到酒店倒地鐵要幾個小時，半天的地鐵線路就快很多，建議打車或接送機服務，酒店附近沒什麼逛的，但是離地鐵站很近，酒店附近有兩個地鐵站，最近的地鐵站的prospect st站，去曼哈頓坐地鐵20幾分鐘就到了，很方便，酒店裡麪設施都很新，電梯很大很快，酒店裡麪還有一個小餐廳提供早餐的位置，早餐很不錯😊，前台服務人員都很友善，晚上酒店大門就鎖了需要刷房間門卡進入酒店，很安全👍這個酒店冬天很暖和，酒店整個公共區域和房間都很暖和，制暖效果超級好，再去紐約這個酒店是我的首選。

When in Brooklyn I always stay at the Ace hotel. It’s trendy and fun lobby with places to sit or work. Great service with modern rooms. Some face the Statue of Liberty. Near boutiques and restaurants. Very nice.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

MMs. ShaniquaOmgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

WWilliamLocation: The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Financial District. Super convenient if you're looking to explore lower Manhattan or have business nearby. Facilities: Facilities are quite basic. Don’t expect much beyond the essentials — the room only came with shower gel and shampoo. No frills, no extras. Service: Service leaves much to be desired. On two occasions, my room wasn’t made until around 6pm — despite me being out from 8am. It was frustrating to come back after a full day and have to wait in the lobby while housekeeping did their rounds. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to consistency and timing in room servicing. Front Desk: Hit or miss. Service ranged from great to below average depending on who was working. The standout was the gentleman who checked us in during the night — polite, efficient, and welcoming. Others... not quite the same experience. Overall: Great location, but very limited amenities and inconsistent service. Would only recommend if you're prioritizing location over comfort and service.

KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

For the price paid, the overall experience felt overpriced for what it actually offers. The rooms and services were adequate, but nothing stood out as truly deserving of the high rates. It was disappointing, particularly because from a Hyatt property one expects a higher level of comfort, attention to detail, and overall quality. While the location is convenient, the value for money simply wasn’t there. In short, a decent hotel, but far too expensive for the experience provided, and not up to the standard one would normally associate with Hyatt.

PPengguna TetamuI think the main advantage of this accommodation is that it is reasonably priced for the location. The space behind the first-floor lobby is also quite charming. The bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well overall, although the connection for the Wi-Fi and TV occasionally cut out. There was no refrigerator, but ice was easy to access, so this was not a major issue for a short stay. That said, there were also some downsides. First, the front desk staff were generally not very friendly and seemed defensive when responding to guest requests. I understand that they may have been tired due to the heavy snowstorm in New York at the time, but I still felt uncomfortable with the way my request was dismissed without much consideration, even though I was willing to pay extra if needed. Second, the room was very cold. I was told this may have been because it was a corner room. After I requested additional heating, the situation improved. Third, the bathtub would only fill halfway. It seemed to be an issue with the stopper, and although I was able to fix it myself, it was still inconvenient.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is in an excellent location but checking in was a nightmare had to queue for over an hour. The lift system is atrocious. The system gives you a lift for your floor and then allocates that lift to everyone else. It takes ages for it to come and then everyone cannot get into the one lift and you start all over again. Could be waiting 30 mins plus for a lift. Everyone complaining about the lifts and sating that it’s the worst hotel because of it.
