"First time to stay at Manhattan Club hotel, but it was lovely stay and quite reasonable in NYC! Room: very spacious and provides a kitchen which is very convent to eat inside a room! Room temperature of our room was low and we felt a bit cold inside our room 🥶! Looks like a heatingsysten is old so I wasn’t able to set the temperature in our room. Amenities: they only provided minimum amenities…but it was very helpful that we can use a bathrobe! Location: it was convenient to visit many places in NYC, if you would not like to use public transportations this hotel can be convenient as it’s very close to Central Park and other spots!"

"The hotel being at the heart of Midtown Manhattan is stone throw away from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square, the Theater District, Central Park, port authority bus terminal, among many others. There are also lots of grocery stores and restaurants around so you won't worry about food. Staffs are helpful and when you're out of room, they do daily housekeeping, just make sure you remove the ”occupied room” tag on your doorknob. They support sustainability through providing a water dispenser instead of bottled water. The room size is good. Having a mini kitchen is a plus, with microwave oven, kitchen sink, water kettle and mini refrigerator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay especially the hotel's proximity to lots of attractions. "We found the hotel to be dated with poor facilities and poor service. We could not understand how this hotel has a 4-5 star rating with the appropriate 4-5 star charges.we were totally misrepresented by trip.com about the level of accommodation . Room was tired ,dark and dingy, bathroom tiny, with old fashioned inefficient air conditioning. Windows look out on to walls with no natural light. Carpet has seen better days. No hotel operator at night, so could not get early wake up call. The only saving grace was that the location was very good.  I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel at the exorbitant prices that the hotel charges. Perhaps revisit it when renovations have been done to warrant the star rating that is represented. Shame on trip.com for listing the Warwick hotel as a 4-5 star hotel. I would have thought that trip.com would do its job in checking FaceTimes before making a misleading representation."

"Hotel berada di Times Square, sangat mudah untuk ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah, pusat Rockefeller, tempat Broadway dan restoran. Menginap 3 malam setiap malam bayaran adalah berpatutan! Saya mengembara solo untuk bertemu dengan beberapa rakan yang tinggal di NYC. Daftar Masuk Awal tersedia dengan tambahan $50. Memang berbaloi, kerana saya tiba kira-kira jam 0900. Terdapat bar dan Restoran yang bersambung dengan hotel, tetapi saya tidak menggunakannya. Bilik-biliknya sangat kecil, tetapi saya tidak kisah kerana itu hanya saya dan saya keluar hampir sepanjang hari. Saya tidak menggunakan gim, jadi saya tidak boleh mengulas mengenainya. Saya membawa tikar perjalanan yoga saya; terdapat ruang yang cukup untuk berlatih. Benar-benar menikmati penginapan saya. Hanya berharap ada periuk kopi di dalam bilik. Saya sangat menghargai air botol dan makanan ringan di dalam bilik (percuma). Saya melawat muzium warisan Yahudi, Spyscapes, dan melihat Wicked. Saya makan di makmal sushi, Saar, dan Musytari. Semua pengalaman yang sangat baik. Saya pasti akan tinggal lagi."

"Awesome location, hotel is nice with nice lobby, nice reception staff and nice bar at the back; but there just seemed to be missing things for a 4 star hotel for example; No lobby control - we had our stay line up with schools and students just stood all in the lobby blocking doors and exits and basically ran around with instruments forcing themselves into lifts with friends already in line- think we got stuck a few times with 15 minute waits. You’d think there’d be staff directing these kids to slow down or have better control in a 4 star hotel.   Amenities - the room didn’t have a fridge, the tv kept turning off, I called maintenance as the hair dry didn’t work and no one came up to replace as promised. Safety - lastly had basically a druggie threaten us with a knife/box cutter as soon as we walked out the hotel and the bag/door men just watched - so yes it’s a “nice” hotel but they really need to do some minor changes to keep that 4 star service and not just the look of it."

"Great stay. Upgraded with Time Square view. Great view from our room. Good location. Only thing they need to improve should have water cooker coffee machine, body location will be more efficient."

"The location is absolutely unbeatable—being just steps from Central Park, Lincoln Center, and the subway made exploring the city so easy. We also loved the atmosphere. The rooftop bar is a gem with a great vibe and beautiful view, good drinks, offering a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing . Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you are tall, it’s better to book a room with a king bed. The hotel’s design is great! There are many restaurants nearby and a Starbucks right downstairs As a fun bonus for TV fans—the hotel is famous for being featured in Gossip Girl (as Chuck Bass's hotel) and the new Dexter: Resurrection series . It was exciting to stay in such an iconic spot!"
